Objective:To observe the applying effect of teamwork cooperation model of encephalopathy in the clinical teaching of Neurology.Methods:Sixty undergraduate students who practiced in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 30 students in each group.The control group was arranged for internship according to the traditional department-based model,while the experimental group was arranged according to the teamwork cooperation model of encephalopathy discipline group.The theoretical examination scores and clinical skills scores of the two groups were compared,and the Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise(Mini-CEX)scale was used for dual evaluation by teachers and students from seven aspects:inquiry skills,physical examination skills,humanistic care,clinical judgment,communication skills,organizational effectiveness,and overall clinical competence.Result:There were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in theoretical examination scores,clinical skills scores,and dual evaluation by teachers and students(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional teaching model,the teamwork cooperation model of encephalopathy discipline group has achieved better results in the clinical teaching of Neurology.

This paper aims to focus on and implement strategies for preventing and resolving medical complaints and dis-putes at their emergence.The hospital promptly compiled a summary of the main problems and concerns reported from patients o-ver the past few years.It combined medical practices with the characteristics of admitted patients with severe diseases,complex treatment plans,and high risks.Since 2020,this hospital has been actively engaging with intractable high-risk patients and de-veloped a scheme that engaging clinical departments,medical management,and dispute management departments together to con-duct preoperative/pre-treatment communication.With a focus on patient management,this hospital upholds the concept of the pa-tient-centered humanistic philosophy in the process of doctor-patient communication to enhance the quality of communication.Consequently,the hospital has benefited from the communication scheme,achieving satisfactory effect in ensuring a solid medical safety and reducing the incidence of medical disputes.

BACKGROUND:The number of patients in need of organ transplantation in China is increased by more than 10%per year. Due to the lack of voluntary donations, China is facing a more severe donor shortage than other countries. What are the specific reasons for the shortage of donor organs in China? What is the attitude toward organ donation in Chinese citizens? What factors are affecting the implementation of organ donation in Chinese citizens?
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the influence of traditional Chinese ideas on the wil ing of Chinese citizens toward organ donation after death.
METHODS:By random cluster sampling, 900 persons selected from different social classes as research objects received questionnaire survey. Self-made questionnaire consisted of cognition, attitude and behavior of the public in face of organ donation.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1) 55.16%of persons thought that the main purpose of organ donation was to help others, 24.22%thought that the main purpose of organ donation was a manifestation of social morality, 11.94%thought that organ donation was the continuation of their lives. (2) There were 70.00%who said donations should be used for the cause of organ transplantation, in order to save more lives, and the average score was 2.53 points;while the number of persons who proposed donor organs would be applied in medical teaching was similar to that in pathological anatomy, and the average score was 1.72 and 1.75, respectively. (3) 65.01%of the public supported cardiopulmonary death standard to judge death, 24.33%supported brain death standard to judge death, and moreover, 10.66%of people did not know what to take. (4) 50.52%of people thought that the main factors affecting the organ donation was traditional Chinese culture and ideas, fol owed by the donation program and family feelings. The study found that traditional Chinese culture and ideas are the main factor affecting organ donation in the public, most people think that cardiopulmonary death standard is better to judge death and that the main purpose of organ donation is to help others that organ donation should be applied firstly to organ transplantation in order to save more lives.

Based on the investigation of the scale of recruiting students in Chinese medicine colleges,the author thinks that Chinese medicine colleges and universities should develop the specialities featuring Chinese medicaine and the related rising specialties to provide personnel support for the development of the modern industry of Chinese medicine.

This article takes the society demand of talented persons' knowledge structure as the guidance,discusses how to construct the curriculum of management majors in colleges of Chinese Traditional Medicine,widens the students' knowledge in curriculum setting,trains the students to study independently and strengthens practical ability,effectively improves students' comprehensive quality,builds the reliable foundation for their employment and provides outstanding talents for the medical department and medicine enterprise.

To resolve the problems in current higher education of Chinese medicine,this paper proposed the solution in course setup,which included attaching importance to traditional Chinese culture,strengthening review of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) classics,setting medical methodology,absorbing famous modern doctors' medical cases and practicing clinical tutorial system in undergraduate course.

Guided by the modern constructivism of the educational psychology theory,the author have carried out the teaching reformation on the students majoring in Applied Psychology in the past three years,and in combination with the characteristics and teaching requiement of each key course,explored many kinds of teaching mode such as the teaching mode of the scaffolding instruction in the operating experiments,of the random community practice,of the group supervision,of the problem-based anchored instruction and of the clinical situation etc.And the the preliminary effect has been got.

The authors investigated the medical higher universities enrollment and specialty setting of international economic & trade situation and proposed to strengthen the study and bold attempt of the differentiation of international economic & trade situation as well as to appropriately add some new branches to this specialty.Meanwhile,medical institutions must emphasize their medical characteristics.

This stued examined the effects of nutritional support in 56 patients suffer from COPD. The influence of nutritional support on lung function and arteny blood gases after infusion of an amino acid solution (7% Fan Ming) were observed. The results suggested theft PaO2, FEV1. FVC levels were increased significantry compared to the control group. PaOz decreased significantly in Fan Ming infusion group compared 100 control group.
