Objective:To explore the mediating effect of chronic disease self-efficacy between fatigue and social support in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:This study was a cross-sectional study. From July 2020 to April 2021, convenience sampling was used to select 376 patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy in the Shandong Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University as the research object. The General Information Questionnaire, Fatigue Scale-14, Chronic Disease Self-Efficacy Scale and Social Support Rating Scale were used to investigate the patients. Structural equation modeling was used to test the mediating effect among variables. A total of 376 questionnaires were distributed, and 372 valid questionnaires were recovered, with a valid recovery rate of 98.94%.Results:Among 372 breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, the total scores of the Fatigue Scale-14, Chronic Disease Self-Efficacy Scale and Social Support Rating Scale were (10.61±1.81) , (5.00±2.53) and (43.42±12.59) , respectively. Chronic disease self-efficacy was positively correlated with social support in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy ( r=0.493-0.648, P<0.01) , and social support was negatively correlated with fatigue ( r=-0.703--0.234, P<0.01) , and self-efficacy was negatively correlated with fatigue ( r=-0.729--0.220, P<0.01) . Chronic disease self-efficacy played a partial mediating role between fatigue and social support in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy (β=-0.335, P<0.01) , and the mediating effect accounted for 47.59% of the total effect. Conclusions:Social support can indirectly affect fatigue through chronic disease self-efficacy in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Nurses should focus on improving the chronic disease self-efficacy and social support of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.

Objective:To study the inactivation efficacy of pulsed light with different irradiation intensities on microorganisms, so as to provide a validation for the design of sterilization techniques.Methods:Using Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC25923) and Bacillus subtilis (ATCC9372) as experimental bacteria. The carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to evaluate the inactivation efficacy. The exponential dilution method and the pour plate method were used to measure the inactivation efficacy. The scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope were used to observe the effects of different irradiation intensities of light on bacterial structure. The bacterial control group (CO group) and the bacterial test group (T group) were set up with the same initial concentration in the experiment. In the CO group, the bacteria without pulsed light irradiation were cultured in parallel for 30 s, 60 s, and 90 s. In the T group, bacteria received irradiation 50 cm, 100 cm, 150 cm, and 200 cm away from the pulsed light source respectively, and the irradiation time duration was set as 30 s, 60 s, and 90 s for each distance.Results:The inactivation rate of ATCC25923 was 100% and that of ATCC9372 was 99.9% when they were 50 cm and 100 cm away from the pulsed light source for 30 s. When the irradiation distance was increased to 150 cm, the inactivation rates of ATCC25923 for 30 s, 60 s, and 90 s were 81.9%, 95.4%, and 100%, respectively; and those of ATCC9372 were 76.0%, 92.3%, and 99.9%, respectively. When the irradiation distance was increased to 200 cm, the inactivation efficiency of pulsed light was significantly reduced; the inactivation rates of ATCC25923 at the three detection time points were reduced to 24.5%, 38.8%, and 48.8%, respectively, and those of ATCC9372 were reduced to 14.2%, 20.0%, and 28.5%.Conclusion:Pulsed light can quickly eradicate microorganisms, and its inactivation rate and efficiency are closely related to the intensity of irradiation.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of nutritional risk and malnutrition,and the application of nutrition support in hospitalized patients with surgically treated gynecologic malignant tumors.Methods 237 hospitalized patients with malignant tumors receiving surgery in Department of Gynecology of Beijing Hospital from January 1 to December 31,2013 were continuously sampled.Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS 2002) was performed in the morning the day after admission.NRS 2002 score ≥ 3 was considered indicating nutritional risk.Malnutrition was judged in accordance with NRS 2002.The application of postoperative nutrition support was recorded.Results The nutritional risk screening was applicable in all the patients (100％).The prevalence of malnutrition was 5.1％ (12/237) in the whole study population,9.2％ in the elderly (≥65 years),significantly higher than that in the patients ＜ 65 years (2.7％) (P =0.034).The nutritional risk rate was 21.1％ (50/237),which was 29.9％ in the patients ≥ 65 years and significantly lower in the patients ＜ 65 years (16.0％) (P =0.014).The nutritional risk rate in the patients with ovarian and endometrial cancers was higher the rate in those patients with vaginal and vulvar cancer was lower.47 patients (19.8％)received postoperative nutrition support,all being parenteral nutrition,including total parenteral nutrition in 13 patients (5.5％) and single transfusion (providing two or more than two amongs glucose,fat emulsion,andi amino acids) in 34 (14.3％).Tube feeding was not applied in all the patients.33 cases (66％) in the 50 patients with nutritional risk were supported by parenteral nutrition,while 14 cases (7.5％) in the 187 patients without nutritional risk were supported by parenteral nutrition.Conclusions There is nutritional risk in the patients with gynecology malignant tumors,the rate of which is higher in elderly patents (≥ 65 years) than in the patients of other age groups.Therefore,attention must be paid to ensure adequate postoperative nutrition support in the elderly patients.

Objective:The occurrence of numerous tumors, particularly classical Hodgkin's lymphoma (CHL), is related with Ep-stein-Barr virus (EBV) infection. However, the incidence of CHL and its association with EBV varies significantly with ethnicity, geo-graphic location, sex, and age. This study investigated the association of EBV infection with CHL in Northern Chinese Han population. Methods:EBV-encoded small RNA (EBER) was detected in 136 cases of CHL through in situ hybridization. Results:A total of 37 cas-es were EBER positive (28%). The mixed cellularity (MC) subtype had the highest positive EBER rate of 49%(23/47;P<0.001), fol-lowed by lymphocyte-rich subtype with 30%(3/10), nodular sclerosis (NS) subtype with 14%(10/73), and 1ymphocyte depletion with 0%(0/2). Our study identified a single age distribution in the third decade. Moreover, NS subtype showed an evident single peak in the third decade. However, MC subtype had a lower peak in the fifth decade. The incidence of EBER showed a bimodal age distribution with two peaks in the first and fifth decades (21.6%and 24.3%, respectively). Conclusion:CHL in Northern Chinese Han population was associated with EBV infection, particularly the MC subtype.

Objective To evaluate different angiocardiographic techniques of congenital heart disease in children. Methods 11045 pediatric patients with congenital heart disease were performed angiocardiography using cut film, cine film and digital subtraction angiography(DSA) equipments. Different angiocardiographic techniques were used. Results The diagnostic accuracy of cut film with conventional AP and lateral views was 80.5%,the diagnostic accuracy of cine film with angulated views was 90.0% and the diagnostic accuracy of DSA using non-ionic contrast medium with angulated views was 96.5%. Conclusion Dynamic picture angiography with digital subtraction using non-ionic contrast medium under rapid injection is the key for claiming the high quality imaging diaguosis of congenital heart disease in children.
