Objectives:To establish the Chinese Healthy Lifestyle Index(CHLI),which can be applied to comprehensively assess healthy level of lifestyle among Chinese population.Methods:Potential indicators were screened through literature review.Enrolled indicators were determined by the Delphi expert consultation method and the weight of the indicator was assessed by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Finally,the CHLI was obtained though weighted sum.Results:In both rounds of correspondence,the positive coefficients were 92.9% and 93.8%,and the expert authority coefficients were 0.846±0.027 and 0.861±0.030,respectively.The coordination coefficients Kendall's W of the importance scores on primary/secondary indicators were 0.482/0.451 and 0.535/0.557 for the first and second round of consultation,respectively(all P<0.001),indicating a good coordination between expert opinions.The final index system of CHLI includes 5 primary indicators and 28 secondary indicators.Regarding the weights of primary indicators,the highest weight was assigned to diet(0.239),followed by psychological health(0.220),physical activity(0.198),nicotine exposure(0.175)and sleep health(0.167).The combined weights of the secondary indicators ranged from 0.009 to 0.198.The consistency ratios of the AHP judgment matrices were all less than 0.1,indicating the results were credible.Conclusions:The CHLI can be used to comprehensively evaluate the healthy level of lifestyle among Chinese population.

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of tacrolimus combined with Jisheng Shenqi pills and Sijunzi decoction in treating spleen-kidney deficiency type lupus nephritis in patients. Methods:A randomized controlled study was conducted on 82 patients with spleen-kidney deficiency type lupus nephritis admitted to Weinan Central Hospital from January 2019 to December 2023. The patients were divided into a control group ( n = 41) and an observation group ( n = 41) using the coin flip method. The control group was treated with tacrolimus, while the observation group received Jisheng Shenqi pills and Sijunzi decoction in addition to the control group's treatment. All patients were treated for 2 months. The clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores, systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index (SLE-DAI) scores, chronicity index (SLE-CI) scores, renal function (cystatin C, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, transforming growth factor β 1, procalcitonin, silent information regulator 4 (SIRT4) levels, and adverse reactions (gastrointestinal discomfort, dizziness, rash, liver function abnormalities) were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group [95.12% (39/41)] vs. [80.49% (33/41), χ2 = 4.10, P < 0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores, SLE-DAI scores, and SLE-CI scores in the observation group were (4.24 ± 0.96) points, (9.04 ± 1.40) points, (1.22 ± 0.17) points, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group [(8.13 ± 1.06) points, (12.78 ± 1.82) points, (1.37 ± 0.19) points, t = 17.41, 10.42, 3.76, all P < 0.05]. The levels of cystatin C, blood urea nitrogen, and serum creatinine in the observation group were (1.49 ± 0.42) mg/L, (5.20 ± 1.30) mmol/L, (93.27 ± 5.22) μmol/L, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group [(2.16 ± 0.46) mg/L, (6.26 ± 1.27) mmol/L, (103.29 ± 5.07) μmol/L, t = 6.88, 3.73, 8.81, all P < 0.05]. The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, transforming growth factor β 1, and procalcitonin in the observation group were (3.24 ± 0.87) mg/L, (32.27 ± 6.57) μg/L, (14.11 ± 2.34) μg/L, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group [(4.48 ± 0.81) mg/L, (40.34 ± 7.52) μg/L, (18.26 ± 2.79) μg/L, t = 6.67, 5.17, 7.29, all P < 0.05], while the level of SIRT4 was significantly higher in the observation group [(0.47 ± 0.06) mg/L] compared with the control group [(0.37 ± 0.04) mg/L, t = 8.87, P < 0.05]. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group [4.87% (2/41)] was slightly, but not significantly, lower than that in the control group [14.63% (6/41), χ2 = 2.21, P > =0.05]. Conclusion:Tacrolimus combined with Jisheng Shenqi pills and Sijunzi decoction in treating spleen-kidney deficiency type lupus nephritis can significantly improve clinical efficacy, reduce TCM syndrome scores, SLE-DAI scores, and SLE-CI scores, improve renal function, alleviate inflammation, and has good safety.

Objective: To investigate the clinical and pathological characteristics of cervical lymph node metastasis in papillary thyroid microcarcinoma (PTMC), and provide a basis for the individualized surgical procedure. Methods: Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 940 PTMC patients admitted to the Department of Thyroid Surgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, from January 2016 to June 2018, including 206 males and 734 females, with a gender ratio of 1.0∶3.6. Age ranged from 18 to 78, with an average of (45.5±10.6) years. The correlation between gender, age, cancer size, multifocality, BRAF^V600E gene mutation, complicated with hashimoto′s thyroiditis, extrathyroidal extension and lymph node metastasis were analyzed. SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Chi-square test or rank sum test was adopted for comparison between groups, and logistic regression analysis was adopted for multivariate analysis. Results: There were 397 (42.2%) patients with central lymph node metastasis (CLNM) and 104 (11.1%) patients with lateral lymph node metastasis (LLNM). Univariate analysis showed that male, age < 55 years old (χ²=24.485, P<0.001), bilateral cancer foci (χ²=8.100, P=0.004), larger length-diameter (Z=-0.016, P<0.001), and BRAF^V600E gene mutation (χ²= 4.918, P=0.027) had a higher CLNM positive proportion, and LLNM positive proportion was higher in male (χ²=6.584, P=0.010), bilateral cancer foci (χ²=26.669, P<0.001), larger length-diameter (Z=-4.991, P<0.001), extra-glandular invasion (χ²=16.862, P<0.001) . Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender (OR=2.091, P<0.001), age (OR=1.551, P=0.010), cancer lesion length (OR=5.285, P<0.001) and BRAF^V600E gene mutation (OR=1.648, P=0.038) were independent risk factors for CLNM in PTMC patients. Gender (OR=1.657, P=0.032), bilateral lesion (OR=2.610, P<0.001), tumor length diameter (OR=7.420, P<0.001) and extrathyroidal extension (OR=2.611, P=0.005) were independent risk factors for LLNM. The optimal critical values of tumor lesion length-diameter for risk assessment in CLNM and LLNM were 0.6 cm and 0.8 cm, respectively. Conclusions For PTMC patients with negative cervical lymph node had risk factors for lymph node metastasis, preventive dissection of central lymph nodes was recommended, and preventive dissection of lateral lymph nodes should also be comprehensively considered, by evaluating the extrathyroidal extension.

Objective To explore the significance of abnormal lipid metabolism induced by hypoxia in mice with pulmonary hypertension.Methods Thirty male C57BL/6 mice were chosen and were randomly divided into the model group and the control group, each consisting of 15 animals.The mice in the model group were exposed to chronic hypoxia for the development of hypoxic pul -monary hypertension model , and the mice in the control group were housed in the chamber at the normal ambient air .Right heart cathe-terization was used to measure right ventricular systolic pressure in the 2 groups, Masson method was used to observe the small pulmona-ry vascular vessel remodeling , and the ELISA method was used to detect levels of high density lipoprotein ( HDL-C) , cholesterol ( TC) and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C).The expressions of HMG-CoA reductase (HMGCR), low density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR) and ATP binding cassette transporter A1 (ABCA1) gene in the liver tissue were detected by real-time quantitative PCR.Results The right ventricular systolic pressure (40.12 ±8.22) mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa) and right ventricular hypertrophy index (0.352 ± 0.050) in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The pulmonary artery vascular wall of the model group was significantly thicker than that of the control group .The HDL-C level of the model group was (26.20 ±3.73) mg/dl, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the levels of TC and

Objective:To compare and analyze the value of diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) of 1.5T magnetic resonance (MR) in differential diagnosis for localized prostate cancer, chronic inflammatory response and benign hyperplasia.Methods: 80 patients with localized prostate cancer were enrolled in the research. The signal to noise ratio (SNR) of DWI, ADC value and semi-quantitative classification of DWI on lesions were measured, and the diagnostic efficiencies of them were compared by using ROC curve.Results: In the 80 patients with localized prostate cancer patients, there were 52 malignant lesions and 43 benign lesions in peripheral band, and there were 31 malignant lesions and 46 benign lesions in central gland. The ADC values of prostate cancer in peripheral band and central gland were 0.91±0.12 and 0.86±0.15, respectively, and they were significantly lower than that of normal tissue (1.68±0.23 and 1.28±0.31) and benign lesions (1.24±0.21 and 1.12±0.16). The semi-quantitative classifications of DWI for benign lesions were significantly higher than that for malignant lesions in peripheral band and central gland, respectively (x2=20.88,x2=12.14;P<0.05). For the diagnostic efficiency of ADC, the sensitivities of benign and malignant lesions in peripheral band and malignant gland were 91.3% and 79.1%, respectively, and the specificities of them were 89.6% and 70.2%. And they was significant higher than the corresponding sensitivities (71.2% and 51.3%)and specificities (78.4% and 65.8%) of DWI imaging.Conclusion: Both of DWI and ADC of 1.5T magnetic resonance are the important indexes in differential diagnosis for prostate cancer, chronic inflammatory response and benign hyperplasia, while ADC value is better than DWI image in the clinical efficiency.

Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of CT angiography(CTA) in detection of the accessory renal artery(ARA).Methods The renal artery CTA in 100 cases was reconstructed retrospectively with volume rendering (VR), multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), maximum density projection (MIP) and curved surface reconstruction (CPR).Results In all 200 kidneys,ARA were 47 with an incidence of 23.5% (47/200).The incidence of ARA in male and female were about 17% and 13%, and there was no significant difference between them.The ARA in the upper pole of the kidney was 25 (53.1%), and in lower pole was 22 (46.9%).It was showed on MIP with a display rate of 100%, on MRP of 93.6%, on VR of 90.4% and on CPR of 85.1%.Conclusion CTA is a safe, rapid, noninvasive and economical method for the diagnosis of ARA.It is helpful for surgical renal operation, interventional therapy and renal transplantation.

Objective To retrospectively summarize the normal reference range of trachea wall thickness,lumen diameter,wall area and wall area ratio[WA%=mean wall area/(mean wall area+lumen area)]of Chinese healthy adults,and its related factors. Also,to observe the difference of inner diameter between superior and inferior bronchus.Methods Based on computer measurement techniques of bronchus,a CT quantitative analysis was carried out in 701 cases of normal healthy people who had negative results in lung cancer screening of health examination at our hospital.Results The value of trachea wall thickness,lumen diameter,wall area and wall area ratio was(1.322 mm,18.024 mm,78.93 mm2 ,0.27)respectively.In different gender,the trachea wall thickness,lumen diameter,wall area and wall area ratio had statistical significance (P<0.05).Also,they had good consistency with gender (r=-0.512,-0.472,-0.559,0.315).In different gender and age,the difference of inner diameter between the superior bronchus and inferior bronchus was always a positive value.Conclusion The CT quantitative analysis method has advantages of convenience,direct-vie-wing and accuracy.It is good for quantitative detection and research of bronchus structure.Bronchial wall thickness,lumen diameter, wall area and wall area ratio have significant difference because of gender.The inner diameter of superior bronchus is always greater than that of the inferior bronchus.

BACKGROUND:Liver regeneration is the key factor influencing the prognosis of living donor liver transplantation. There has not been the research on special miRNA of liver regeneration after living donor liver transplantation. OBJECTIVE:To analyze the variation of miRNAs expression profile after rat reduced-size liver transplantation at certain time point, select and verify target miRNA which can provide targeting intervention strategies in liver regeneration after rat reduced-size liver transplantation and provide theoretical evidence for liver regeneration after living donor liver transplantation.METHODS:The reduced-size liver transplantation models were established. miRNAs microarray was used to detect miRNA expression. In differentialy expressed microRNAs, real-time quantitative PCR was utilized to detect target miRNAs. The credibility of miRNAs microarray results was verified. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Compared with rat liver tissue in the sham operation group, 11 miRNAs up-regulated in reduced-size liver transplantation, including let-7b-5p, let-7c-5p, miR-101a-3p, miR-103-3p, miR-130a-3p, miR-142-5p, miR-186-5p, miR-199a-3p, miR-21-5p, 221-3p and miR-34a-5p. Four miRNAs were down-regulated, including miR-26b-5p, miR-150-5p, miR-19a-3p and rno-miR-146-5p. PCR test further verified that miR-221-3p and miR-199a-3p expression changes approximated the chip results at 24, 48 hours and 1 week, indicating that results of miRNA microarray were believable. These results verified that it exists variation of miRNAs expression profile after rat reduced-size liver transplantation, which picked out and verified the target miRNAs.

Objective To investigate the relationship of serum resistin and pancreatic necrosis in the patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods Twenty-eight patients with SAP admitted to our hospital from March 2008 to November 2008 were divided into two groups according to the CT scan imaging: necrotic group and non-necrotic group. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to test the serum resistin levels. An ROC curve was depicted to predict the pancreas necrosis. Results There were 21 patients in the non-necrotic group and 7 in the necrotic group, and there was no significant difference in terms of sex, age and baseline disease (P>0.05). The resitin levels ranged from 0.1730 ng/ml to 7.4923 ng/ml, with a mean (3.7102±1.6987) ng/ml. The area under the curve of resistin values was 0.884±0.108 (95%CI:0.672～1.097), asymptote signals 0.003, then it was calculated that P=0.003, which was>0.50. Conclusions The serum resistin may be of clinical value to predict the pancreatic necrosis.
