Objective To investigate the anatomical structure and surface location of the Lieque(LU7)acupoint.Methods Firstly,the anatomical localization descriptions of the Lieque(LU7)acupoint from classical medical literature were reviewed and summarized.A total of 21 participants were recruited from Shandong Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University from January to March 2025.A Cartesian coordinate system was established over the Lieque(LU7)region on the right forearm.Following standardized manual pressure stimulation,the coordinates of the participant′s reported acupoint sensations were recorded.Based on surface pressure mapping result,10 participants were arbitrarily selected for acupuncture intervention.Upon elicitation of acupoint sensation,the ultrasound imaging was used for real-time visualization of anatomical spatial relationships between the needle tip and distal radial osseous landmarks.Five red latex-perfused adult upper limb specimens were selected for microdissection of the Lieque(LU7)regions pre-localized via ultrasonography,achieving definitive structural characterization of its anatomical strata.Another 10 participants were arbitrarily selected to find the physical structure of the Lieque(LU7)acupoint using ultrasound,and the similarities and differences of acupoint sensation responses were verified using acupuncture needle insertions into both the demarcated zone and peripheral tissues.Results The descriptions of the localization of the Lieque(LU7)acupoint in ancient books can be summarized as"one and a half cun above the wrist side"longitudinally,and"at the intersection head,between two tendons and two bones in the hollow"transversely.During surface pressure application,the sites of the participant′s elicited acupoint sensation were anatomically concentrated in the proximal depression adjacent to the radiopalmar ridge,specifically at the transitional interface between the extensor pollicis brevis tendon and scaphoid bone.During acupuncture-induced acupoint sensation,ultrasound imaging demonstrated that the location of the needle tip was located within the proximal depression adjacent to the radiopalmar ridge,accompanied by arterial hemodynamic perfusion signals into adjacent osseous interfaces.Microdissection findings revealed perforating branches of the radial artery traversing the cortical bone interface within the Lieque(LU7)acupoint region.Acupuncture stimulation at the proximal depression adjacent to the radiopalmar ridge elicited consistent acupoint sensations in all 10 participants,and the acupoint sensations differed from those of other surrounding tissues.Conclusion The anatomical structure of Lieque(LU7)acupoint is located within the proximal depression adjacent to the radiopalmar ridge,characterized by the presence of"hilus of bone"structure.

OBJECTIVE To explore the risk factors for postoperative infectious endophthalmitis,distribution of pathogens and peripheral blood interleukin-17(IL-17),matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)in the patients with cataract and analyze the significance.METHODS A total of 60,000 patients with cataract who received surgical procedures in Daqing Eye Hospital from Jan.2018 to Jun.2024 were recruited as the research subjects.The aqueous humor and vitreous humor were collected from the patients with postoperative infectious endophthalmitis,and the isolated pathogens were identified.The baseline data were com-pared,the risk factors for the infectious endophthalmitis were analyzed.The levels of serum IL-17,MMP-2 and IGF-1 were compared,and the efficiencies of the indexes in prediction of infectious endophthalmitis were analyzed.RESULTS Totally 65,600 eyes involving 60,000 patients were enrolled in the study,21 of which(21 patients)were diagnosed with infectious endophthalmitis,with the incidence rate 0.032％.All of the 21 eyes were cultured positive for pathogens,among which gram-positive bacteria(73.08％)were dominant.Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis showed that complication with diabetes mellitus and vitreous overflow were the risk factors for the postoperative infectious endophthalmitis in the cataract patients.There were significant differences in the levels of serum IL-7,MMP-2 and IGF-1 between the infection group and the non-infection group after the surgery for 3 days(P＜0.05).Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis showed that the levels of serum IL-17,MMP-2 and IGF-1 after the surgery for 3 days could predict the occurrence of postoperative infectious endoph-thalmitis in the cataract patients,and the joint detection of the three indexes has highest predictive efficiency(P＜0.05),the area under the curve was 0.950,with the sensitivity 95.24％,the specificity 81.91％.CONCLUSIONS The incidence rate of postoperative endophthalmitis is 0.032％among the cataract patients.The complication with diabetes mellitus and vitreous outflow are the risk factors.The gram-positive bacteria are dominant among the pathogens.The changes of serum IL-17,MMP-2 and IGF-1 levels are closely associated with the occurrence of en-dophthalmitis,which has predictive value.

Objective:To investigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of intraneural perineurioma.Methods:From June 2015 to June 2022, 11 patients with intraneural perineurioma confirmed by surgery or biopsy in Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University were retrospectively collected, all of whom underwent high-frequency ultrasound examination. Clinical data and sonographic characteristics were collected. The maximum cross-sectional area of the affected nerve was recorded and compared with the corresponding site of the contralateral nerve.Results:All the 11 cases of intraneural perineurioma were single neuropathy. The sonogram showed that the affected nerve was spindle shaped and thickened. There was a statistical difference between the maximum cross-sectional area of the thickened intraneural perineurioma and the corresponding site of the contralateral nerve [(0.158±0.043)cm vs (0.044±0.012)cm, t=8.669, P<0.001]. The fascicles of the affected nerve were thickened with loss of normal fascicular definition, but there were still hyperechoic linear separation among the fascicles. Conclusions:High-frequency ultrasound may be a valuable technique for the diagnosis of intraneural perineurioma.
