Objective:To investigate the feasibility and safety of implementing a domestic vehicle-mounted remote mobile robotic surgical system in thyroid surgery applications, integrated with 5G communication technology.Methods:Using the main system located on the vehicle-mounted mobile robot operating platform of the 960th Hospital of PLA Joint Logistics Support Force and the slave system of Weifang Traditional Chinese Hospital, the remote radical thyroidectomy 5G communication technology, and analyze the clinical and information transmission data of two female patients who underwent remote mobile robot thyroid cancer surgery on October 21, 2024 at Weifang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Results:The remote radical thyroidectomy was conducted by the robosurgeons utilizing a vehicle-mounted mobile robotic surgical system, and the procedure was successfully completed without necessitating intermediate open surgery. The operation durations for patient 1 and patient 2 were 135 minutes and 108 minutes, respectively, with 7 and 13 lymph nodes dissected, respectively. The average delay in surgical data transmission was recorded at 61.9 milliseconds, with no instances of signal interruption or frame loss. The procedure proceeded smoothly, without any jamming, and the audio and video transmissions were consistently clear. Follow up for 21 days after surgery showed no complications such as hoarseness, skin damage, or lymphatic fistula.Conclusion:The implementation of a vehicle-mounted remote mobile robotic surgery system for thyroid surgery has demonstrated safety and feasibility. Furthermore, the utilization of the 5G network offers rapid data transmission and minimal latency, closely approximating the therapeutic efficacy of traditional robotic thyroidectomy.

Objective To identify the clinical characteristics and therapeutic effect of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients with diffuse alveolar hemorrhage (DAH).Methods Clinical characteristcs,diagnosis,treatment and outcome in 34 patients hospitalized in The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2006 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The incidence of DAH involvement of SLE was about 0.39％.Median age was 19 (interquartile range (IQR) 11.75 ～ 32) years.The duration of SLE before clinical DAH was 6 months (IQR 2 ～ 15.75) months.The main clinical manifestations of DAH were cough,dyspnea and fever.The SLE disease activity index (SLEDAI) score was 19.5 (16 ～ 25)points and anti-dsDNA antibody titer elevated markedly (38.2％).The overall mortality rate was 73.5％,however patients who chose department of rheumatism have lower mortality (52.9％).And treatment of CTX was associated with mortality (OR =0.059,95％ CI 0.006 ～ 0.554,P =0.013),as well as steroids and immunosuppressant combination therapy.Conclusions The clinical symptoms of SLE with DAH is often atypical.There is manifestation of cough,fever,dyspnea and etc.Imaging and broncoscopy can assist the diagnosis and its prone to the pulmonary infection and high mortality.Early diagnosis and application of CTX combined with conventional dose of hormone theraphy can in early diagnosis and reduce the mortality.

Objective To investigate clinical manifestation of unspecified functional bowel disorder (UFBD), the features of coexistence with functional gastrointestinal disorder (FGID) and its relationship with psychological factors and sleep disturbance in the Chinese Army servicemen.Methodsc FGIDs were diagnosed based on the RomeⅢ Modular Questionnaire. The subjects were 189 servicemen with UFBD (UFBD group) and 372 without FGID (control group). All subjects completed symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire.Results'Have to rush to the toilet when having a desire to defecate' was the most frequent symptom of UFBD (93.7%). More than one half of UFBD patients had the symptom 'a feeling of incomplete emptying as bowel movements' or 'straining during bowel movements'. Twenty-eight percent of UFBD subjects had combined FGID (namely cFGID). Among them, the most frequent was proctalgia fugax (7.9%), followed by cyclic vomiting syndrome (6.3%), functional fecal incontinence (6.3%), functional dyspepsia (4.8%) and belching (4.8%). The UFBD group scored significantly higher than the control group in the global severity index (GSI) and in all SCL-90 subscales (P<0.05). The scores of the four domains (sleep quality, sleep latency , sleep disturbance and daytime function disorder), total PSQI score and proportion of poor sleeping quality were significantly higher in the UFBD group than in the control group (P<0.05). The subjects scored significantly higher in combined FGID group than in UFBD group in GSI and in all of SCL-90 subscales, except for phobic anxiety subscales (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in each domain, total PSQI and proportion of poor sleeping quality between the cFGID group and UFBD group (P>0.05).ConclusionPathogenesis of UFBD may be closely correlated with psychiatric and psychological factors and sleep disturbance. cFGID are associated with an increased severity of psychopathological features.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of selective laser trabeculoplasty (SLT) as treatments of secondary glaucoma after intravitreal silicone oil injection. Methods Forty-five cases(45 eyes) of silicone oil glaucoma (SOG) from June 2014 to April 2016 were enrolled and divided into two groups according random digits table. The SLT treatment group had 21 cases (21 eyes), and drug treatment group had 23 cases(23 eyes).Intraocular pressure(IOP)changes were recorded 1 d, 1 week, 3 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months,4 months,5 months and 6 months after treatment.Results The decrease of IOP in SLT group was (11.47 ± 2.23), (11.27 ± 2.59), (10.43 ± 2.55), (11.93 ± 2.71), (13.75 ± 2.57),(13.93 ± 2.65),(10.45 ± 2.53)and(12.73 ±2.86)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa).IOP of the control group decreased respectively (7.53 ± 3.29), (9.57 ± 3.49), (8.78 ± 4.21), (8.74 ± 3.86), (6.12 ± 4.41),(7.84 ± 3.26),(8.84 ± 4.25),(8.24 ± 3.56)mmHg.There was significant difference between the two groups 1 week, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months,4 months,5 months and 6 months after treatment (t = 4.17, 1.38, 2.89, 6.32, 3.89, 5.32, 5.19, P < 0.05 or < 0.01). Conclusions SLT is a safe and effective option for the treatment of patients with SOG.
