ObjectiveTo find out whether there is any difference in the monitoring results of mosq-ovitraps placed in different orientations in multi-storey residential areas, so as to provide a scientific basis for routine and emergency monitoring of Aedes albopictus with mosq-ovitraps in residential areas. MethodsFrom July 6th to October 26th 2023, one mosquito ovitrap was set up in each of the 4 orientations of east, south, west and north around the buildings in a multi-storey residential area in Jinhui Town, Fengxian District, Shanghai. Data was collected and recorded 72 hours after placement. The chi-square test was used to compare the mosquito ovitrap indices (MOIs) of two independent samples, and the Kruskal⁃Wallis H test was used to compare the MOIs of multiple independent samples. ResultsAfter 16 weeks of surveillance, 997 mosquito ovitraps were recovered, of which 211 were positive, with the mosquito ovitrap index (MOI) of 21.16% and the Aedes albopictus density index of 1.03 mosquitoes·ovitrap^-1. The MOIs were higher in September (24.22%) and October (23.96%), and the MOIs in the west, south and north within the two months were all above 20.00%. From July to October, the MOIs in the east, west, south and north were 20.70%, 22.20%, 25.50% and 16.20%, respectively, and the difference in MOIs among the 4 orientations was not statistically significant (χ²=6.647, P=0.084). Stratified analysis by month showed that in August, the south side of the multi-storey residential areas had the highest MOI (31.30%), the north side had the lowest MOI (1.30%), and there was a statistically significant difference in MOI in the east, west, south and north (χ²=25.986, P<0.001). In October, the MOI in the west was the highest (33.30%) and the MOI in the east was the lowest (6.30%), the difference in MOIs of the 4 orientations was statistically significant (χ²=12.007, P=0.007). The MOIs in the south side of the building in the outskirts of the residential area from the 1st week in July to the 4th week in October was lower (19.20%) than that in the south side of the inner building (31.70%), and the difference in MOI was statistically significant (χ²=5.118, P=0.024). ConclusionThe study of MOI in different orientations in a multi-storey residential area is a preliminary exploration based on field work, and the results show that there is a difference in MOIs in different orientations during the peak breeding period of mosquitoes. Further indicators such as temperature, humidity and wind speed in different orientations can be collected to explore the influencing factors of MOIs.

MethodsThe safety， effectiveness and quality controllability of calcined Pyritum were taken as the quality profile（QTPP）， the color， hardness， metallic luster， phase composition， the contents of heavy metals and hazardous elements were taken as the critical quality attributes（CQAs）， and the calcination temperature， calcination time， paving thickness and particle size were determined as the critical process parameters（CPPs）. Differential thermal analysis， X-ray diffraction（XRD） and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry（ICP-MS） were used to analyze the correlation between the calcination temperature and CQAs of calcined Pyritum. Then， based on the criteria importance through intercriteria correlation（CRITIC）-entropy weight method， the optimal processing process of calcined Pyritum was optimized by orthogonal test. Powder XRD was used to analyze the phase of calcined Pyritum samples processed according to the best process， and the mean and median maps of calcined Pyritum were established by the superposition of geometric topological figures， and similarity evaluation and cluster analysis were carried out. ResultsThe results of single factor experiments showed that the physical phase of Pyritum changed from FeS₂ to Fe₇S₈ during the process of temperature increase， the color gradually deepened from dark yellow， and the contents of heavy metals and harmful elements decreased. The optimized processing process of calcined Pyritum was as follows：calcination temperature at 750 ℃， calcination time of 2.5 h， paving thickness of 3 cm， particle size of 0.8-1.2 cm， vinegar quenching 1 time［Pyritum-vinegar（10∶3）］. After calcination， the internal structure of Pyritum was honeycomb-shaped， which was conducive to the dissolution of active ingredients. XRD fingerprints of 13 batches of calcined Pyritum characterized by 10 common peaks were established. The similarities of the relative peak intensities of the XRD fingerprints of the analyzed samples were>0.96， and it could effectively distinguish the raw products and unqualified products. ConclusionTemperature is the main factor affecting the quality of calcined Pyritum. After processing， the dissolution of the effective components in Pyritum increases， and the contents of heavy metals and harmful substances decrease， reflecting the function of processing to increase efficiency and reduce toxicity. The optimized processing process is stable and feasible， and the established XRD fingerprint can be used as one of the quality control standards of calcined Pyritum.

Objective:To analyze the clinical features and genetic basis of a child with Disorder of sex development (DSD).Methods:A child who was admitted to the Linyi People′s Hospital for primary amenorrhoea on July 29, 2019 was selected as the study subject. Clinical data of the child was collected. Chromosomal karyotyping and quantitative real-time PCR were used to detect Y chromosome microdeletions and other chromosomal aberrations. Next-generation sequencing was carried out for the child and her parents. Candidate variant was verified by Sanger sequencing and bioinformatic analysis.Results:The child, a 13-year-old girl, has featured primary amenorrhoea and onset of secondary sex characteristics of males. Ultrasound exam had detected no uterus and definite ovarian structure, but narrow band vaginal hypoecho and curved cavernoid structure. The child was found to have a 46, XY karyotype without an AZF deletion. DNA sequencing revealed that she has harbored a maternally derived c. 323delA (p.Q108Rfs*188) variant in the nuclear receptor subfamily 5 group A member 1 ( NR5A1) gene, which may result in a truncated protein. The variant was classified as pathogenic (PVS1+ PM2_Supporting+ PP4) based on the guidelines from the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics. Conclusion:The NR5A1: c. 323delA variant probably underlay the pathogenesis of 46, XY DSD in this child. The discovery of the novel variant has enriched the mutational spectrum of NR5A1 gene and provided a basis for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prenatal diagnosis.

Objective To explore application value of transaxillary single-port gasless endoscopic-assisted fibroadenomas excision in adolescents.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data of 60 cases of fibroadenoma from June 2019 to June 2023.The patients were 17.3(range,13-19)years old.There were 54 cases of unilateral tumors and 6 cases of bilateral tumors.The average number of tumors was 2.5(range,1-13),and the mean tumor diameter was 4.0(range,3-10)cm.The fibroadenoma excision was performed by using transaxillary single-port gasless endoscopy.Results Of the 60 patients,the average operation time was 64.9(range,35-130)min and the intraoperative blood loss was less than 20 ml.Postoperative complications occurred in 5 cases(8.3％).At 3 months after surgery,the psychosocial well-being scores of BREAST-Q Scale were increased from(79.2±8.9)to(83.4±9.9)(P＜0.001).Conclusion Transaxillary single-port gasless endoscopic-assisted fibroadenomas excision is safe and effective for multiple or large fibroadenomas in adolescents,offering minimal invasion and concealed incision.

Objective:To design and evaluate the application value of intracavitary-interstitial brachytherapy (IC-ISBT) applicator template for locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods:MRI data of 100 patients with ⅡB-ⅣA stage cervical cancer (International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics 2018 staging system) before and after external beam radiation therapy (EBRT) admitted to Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center from March 2019 to September 2020 were collected. The range of primary cervical lesions was retrospectively analyzed and compared. Based on the residual mass of patients, the corresponding high-risk clinical target volume (HR-CTV) was delineated, and the IC-ISBT applicator template was designed and initially applied to cervical cancer patients. Dosimetry analysis and efficacy evaluation were compared between the applicator template-guided ( n=37) and free-hand implantation groups ( n=63). Chi-square test or Fisher exact test was performed for categorical variables, and t-test or U-test for continuous variables. Results:The median distance between the residual tumor margin (clockwise 3, 6, 9, 12 o'clock) and the center of 100 patients with ⅡB-ⅣA stage cervical cancer after EBRT was 16.5, 14.0, 17.0 and 13.0 mm, respectively. The corresponding HR-CTV was superimposed to reconstruct the three-dimensional diagram, and the cylindrical IC-ISBT applicator template with mushroom-like head was designed and manufactured: the longest and shortest diameter of the head was 35 and 20 mm, respectively; the central channel was adapted to the uterine tube, the C1-C12 channels was arranged in inner circle, and the peripheral B1-B5 and A1-A4 pin channels were expanded bilaterally. In terms of dose coverage, there was no significant difference between the HR-CTV D 90% [(635.12±22.65) vs. (635.80±25.84) cGy], bladder D 2 cm3 [(473.79±44.78) vs. (463.55±66.43) cGy)], rectum D 2 cm3 [(396.99±73.54) vs. (408.00±73.94) cGy] and sigmoid colon D 2 cm3 [(293.07±152.72) vs. (311.31±135.77) cGy] between the template-guided and free-hand implantation groups (all P>0.05), but the HR-CTV D 98% was significantly higher [(544.78±32.07) vs. (536.78±32.04) cGy, P=0.007] and the rectum D 1 cm3 and D 0.1 cm3 were significantly lower [(438.62±69.65) vs. (453.97±67.89) cGy, P=0.016; (519.46±70.67) vs. (543.82±81.24) cGy, P=0.001] in the template-guided implantation group. In addition, there was no significant difference in the complete response rate between two groups (86% vs. 83%, P>0.05). Conclusions:This IC-ISBT applicator template is reasonably designed, and the therapeutic efficacy of the template-guided implantation is equivalent to that of free-hand implantation. The dose coverage of the target area meets the clinical demand with a better protection of the organs at risk. The applicator template has the potential to be widely used as a conventional template in clinical practice as the applicator-guided implantation is convenient to operate and repeat.

Objective To observe the value of 18F-FDG PET/CT combined with tumor markers for diagnosis of non stageⅠ A limited-stage small cell lung cancer(LS-SCLC).Methods Totally 87 cases of non stage Ⅰ A LS-SCLC(LS-SCLC group),137 of non stage Ⅰ A non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC,NSCLC group)and 48 cases of pulmonary inflammatory lesions(inflammatory group)were enrolled.Patients'general data,tumor marker levels and PET/CT findings were comparatively analyzed.Logistic regression analysis was performed to evaluate the efficacy of parameters for diagnosing non stage Ⅰ A LS-SCLC.Results There were significant differences of patients'age,neuron-specific enolase(NSE),pro-gastrin-releasing peptide(ProGRP),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA)and cytokeratin-19-fragment(CYFRA21-1),as well as of the maximum lesion diameter,maximum standard uptake value(SUVmax),morphology,spiculation sign,relationship between long axis and bronchus,lymph node fusion and proportion of lymph node with higher SUVmax than primary lesion among 3 groups(all P＜0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of the combination of spiculation sign,NSE＞23.5 μg/L,ProGRP＞111.8 ng/L,SCCA≤2.5 μg/L and CYFRA21-1≤7.4 μg/L for differentiating LS-SCLC and NSCLC was 0.91,higher than that of each single parameter(all P＜0.05).AUC of the combination of SUVmax＞8.1,NSE＞19.4 μg/L,ProGRP＞72.5 ng/L and lymph node fusion for differentiating LS-SCLC and pulmonary inflammatory lesions was 0.99,higher than each single parameter(all P＜0.05).Conclusion 18F-FDG PET/CT combined with tumor markers ProGRP and NSE was helpful for diagnosing non stage ⅠA LS-SCLC.

Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, one of the commonly used Chinese herbal medicines in clinic, has a variety of chemical components, mainly flavonoids, including baicalein, baicalin, wogonin. And its pharmacological effects include anti-tumor, antibacterial, antiviral, and antioxidant. The bone marrow microenvironment is a complex network structure composed of mesenchymal stem cells, hematopoietic stem cells, extracellular matrix and various soluble factors. Its malignant transformation affects the development and progression of hematological diseases such as leukemia. Studies have found that scutellaria baicalensis Georgi can act on various components of the bone marrow microenvironment. By influencing related signal transduction pathways, cytokines, apoptosis pathways and energy metabolism pathways, the development and progression of leukemia and multidrug resistance are regulated. This review summarizes the correlation of scutellaria baicalensis and its main compounds with leukemia, explores the potential options of leukemia treatment, so as to provide ideas of seeking new targets of leukemia and related regulatory pathways.

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is one of the common neurodevelopmental disorders in children. Its etiology and pathogenesis are poorly understood. Previous studies have suggested potential changes in the complement and coagulation pathways in individuals with ASD. In this study, using multiple reactions monitoring proteomic technology, 16 of the 33 proteins involved in this pathway were identified as differentially-expressed proteins in plasma between children with ASD and controls. Among them, CFHR3, C4BPB, C4BPA, CFH, C9, SERPIND1, C8A, F9, and F11 were found to be altered in the plasma of children with ASD for the first time. SERPIND1 expression was positively correlated with the CARS score. Using the machine learning method, we obtained a panel composed of 12 differentially-expressed proteins with diagnostic potential for ASD. We also reviewed the proteins changed in this pathway in the brain and blood of patients with ASD. The complement and coagulation pathways may be activated in the peripheral blood of children with ASD and play a key role in the pathogenesis of ASD.

Objective:To explore the value of the nursing intervention based on interaction model of Cox health behavior in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) with olfactory disorders, so as to provide reference for clinical caregivers to improve the olfactory function and quality of life of such patients and reduce negative emotions.Methods:This study was a prospective, randomized, single blind controlled trial. A convenient sampling method was used to select 50 patients with olfactory disorders of CRSwNP who were hospitalized in the Department of Otolaryngology, Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from February 2022 to August 2022 as the study population. According to the random number table method, 25 patients in each group were divided into a test group and a control group. The control group was given conventional perioperative nursing measures, while the test group was given nursing intervention based on interaction model of Cox health behavior. Patients in the two groups were recorded and compared in terms of olfactory function, anxiety and depression, and quality of life scores before and after the intervention. Patient satisfaction scores at the time of discharge were also compared between the two groups.Results:Finally, 24 cases were included in the control group and 23 cases in the test group. The comparison of olfactory perception threshold, recognition threshold score, anxiety-depression score and quality of life score between the two groups before the intervention was not statistically significant ( P>0.05) and was comparable. The perceptual domain scores were (-0.18 ± 1.89), (-1.30 ± 1.06) points in the test group at 2 weeks and 1 month after the intervention, respectively, which were lower than the (0.92 ± 1.65), (-0.29 ± 1.40) points in the control group. The differences were statistically significant ( t=2.09, 2.72, both P<0.05). The recognition threshold returned to its normal value (0.38 ± 1.67) points in the test group 1 month after the intervention, with a lower score than the control group′s (1.46 ± 1.77) points. The difference was statistically significant ( t=2.10, P<0.05). After the intervention, the anxiety, depression and quality of life scores in the test group were (31.93 ± 3.55), (32.31 ± 5.80), (31.30 ± 6.00) points respectively, which were lower than the (35.10 ± 5.46), (36.84 ± 6.98), (38.53 ± 9.27) points in the control group. The differences were statistically significant ( t=2.30, 2.36, 3.09, all P<0.05). In addition, the patient satisfaction score was higher in the trial group (49.31 ± 3.95) points than in the control group (44.30 ± 2.60) points, with a statistically significant difference ( t=-5.05, P<0.05). Conclusions:The nursing intervention based on interaction model of Cox health behavior can effectively improve the patients' olfactory function and quality of life, reduce the level of anxiety and depression, and improve the patients' satisfaction.
