As a sub-discipline of field surgery, trauma surgery of naval warfare focuses on the treatment of marine casualties, which is the extension and application of field surgical theories and techniques in the context of naval warfare.Informatization and 3-dimension have been the basic features of modern naval warfare. With the extensive use of high-tech weapons, maritime combat styles and security needs have undergone profound changes. The complexity and diversity of marine trauma injuries have created new opportunities and challenges for the development of trauma surgery. This paper analyzes the marine trauma under the conditions of modern warfare, the characteristics of marine trauma surgical care, and the medical evacuation system of casualty care in naval battle, aiming to promote the research of naval medical support and the development of field surgery.

Objective:To investigate the potential mechanism of miR-1298-5p in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)to regu-late the MSH2 gene and its effect on the biological behavior of tumor cells and the tumor immune microenvironment.Methods:Bioin-formatics was used to identify the key genes and miRNA involved in NSCLC.Cell proliferation was detected by CCK-8 assay, and cell invasion and migration were detected by Transwell assay.Levels of inflammatory factors were detected by ELISA assay.Western blot was used to measure the expression of MSH2 in cells, and fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)was used to detect the expressions of miR-1298-5p and MSH2 gene in NSCLC cells.Dual luciferase reporter gene assay was performed to verify the targeting relationship between miR-1298-5p and MSH2.Spearman correlation analysis was performed to correlate miR-1298-5p with immune cells and immune factors in the tumor immune microenvironment. Results:The level of miR-1298-5p was down-regulated in NSCLC cells compared with normal lung tissue cells.miR-1298-5p overexpression inhibited the proliferation, migration and inva-sion of NSCLC cells.MSH2 was confirmed to be a target gene of miR-1298-5p using luciferase reporter gene assay.Furthermore,down-regulation of miR-1298-5p in NSCLC cells could be reversed by silencing MSH2.miR-1298-5p expression levels were negatively corre-lated with the levels of Treg,IL-10,and TGF-β,and positively correlated with the levels of CD3+T,CD4+T,CD8+T,NK cells,IL-2,and IFN-γ.Conclusion:miR-1298-5p negatively regulates MSH2 to inhibit the proliferation, invasion and migration of NSCLC cells and improve the tumor immune microenvironment.

Objective To introduce the management experience in the first cause of living-related small bowel transplantation in China. Methods An 18-year-old male patient with short gut syndrome received a living-related small bowel transplantation with the graft taken from his father(44-year-old). A segment of 150?!cm distal ileum was resected from the donor. Treatment of immunosuppression, antibiotics, antithrombosis and nutrition support were given posttransplantatively. Results Recently the recipient has a good life quality for 19 months. Conclusions Living-related small bowel trnasplantation can be effectively used to treat short gut syndrome, and the posttransplantative management is the key to the successful transplantation.

Objective To investigate the effect of stem cell factor (SCF) on the proliferation and differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) into cardiomyogenic cells in rats. Methods The MSCs pretreated by SCF were cocultured with cardiomyocytes. The cell cycle of 4th passage MSCs was analyzed by flow cytometry. The morphologic changes of MSCs were recorded with digital microscope camera system, and the expressions of cardiac myosin heavy chain (MHC?/?) and troponin T (TnT) were detected by immunofluorescence technique. The percentage of the differentiation of MSCs into cardiomyogenic cells was calculated. Results The percentage of G 0/G 1 phase cells of MSCs in the SCF group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P
