OBJECTIVES:
We propose a multimodal model integrating social media text and image data for automated assessment of psychological stress in college students to support the development of intelligent mental health services in higher education institutions.
METHODS:
Based on deep learning technology, we designed an evaluation framework comprising a text sentiment modeling module, an image sentiment modeling module, and a multimodal fusion prediction module. Text sentiment features were extracted using Bi-LSTM, and image semantic cues were extracted via U-Net. A feature concatenation strategy was used to enable cross-modal semantic collaboration to achieve automatic identification of 3 psychological stress levels: mild, moderate, and severe. We constructed a multimodal annotated dataset using social platform data from 1577 students across multiple universities in Guangdong Province. After data cleaning, 252 samples were randomly selected for model training and testing.
RESULTS:
In the 3-classification task, the model demonstrated outstanding performance on the test set, and achieved an accuracy of 92.86% and an F1 score of 0.9276, exhibiting excellent stability and consistency. Confusion matrix analysis further revealed the model's ability to effectively distinguish between different pressure levels.
CONCLUSIONS
The multimodal psychological stress assessment model developed in this study effectively integrates unstructured social behavior data to enhance the scientific rigor and practical applicability of psychological state recognition, and thus provides support for developing intelligent psychological service systems.

Clinical Medicine of China 2014;(6):567-569
Objective To investigate secretory IgA change in uremic patients ane its relationship with inflammation. Methods Sixty uremic noneialysis patients( uremic non eialysis group)ane 60 hemoeialysis patients( hemoeialysis group ),the other 40 healthy volunteers( control group ) were selectee as our subjects. Enzyme linkee immunosorbent assay( ELISA)methoe were appliee to eetect the fecal secretory IgA content. Immune nephelometry were usee to measure the level of high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP). Results The level of fecal secretory IgA expression in hemoeialysis group((2. 39 ± 0. 81)μmol/ L)ane the non eialysis group((2. 43 ± 0. 84)μmol/ L)were significantly lower than that of the control group((2. 89 ± 0. 87)μmol/ L),ane the eifference was significant(F = 5. 042,P < 0. 01),while there was no significant eifference between the eialysis group ane the non eialysis group(P > 0. 05). The negative correlation was seen between secretory IgA content ane hs-CRP in patients(r = - 0. 629,P < 0. 01). Conclusion The secretory IgA eecreasee in patients with or without uremic eialysis ane it is correlatee with inflammatory state.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2001;24(1):17-18
Objective:Use ligustrazin and salvia miltiorrhiza to treat idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, for the experimental result was perfect in animal modal.Method:These two drugs combined with prednisone in 15 patients as treated group, prednisone in 10 patients as control group.Result:At 1,6 months followed up,the dyspnea and cough improved markedly.Chest radiograph and pulmonary function improved slightly. There were no differences between two groups. After 24 month the combined group 13(73%) stabilized,4(27%) relapse or deterioration,no death.Control group 6(60%) stabilized,3(30%) relapse or deterioration,1(10%) death,Conclusion:Combined group was better then control group.Ligustrazin and salvia miltorrhiza could decrease alveolitis and inhibit the formation of procollagen. It also improve the patient's immunity.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of different dietary pattern and soybean oligosac-charides supplementation on the amount and proportion of short-chain fatty acids (SCFA). Method: Twelve healthy students aged 20 to 25 years old were selected in the medical college. The study included 3 periods. In every period the students accepted different dietary patterns in 1st week [1. low animal food diet (LAFD),2. balanced food diet (BD), 3. high animal food diet (HAFD)]. Soybean oligosaccharides (5g/d) were added to different diets in 2nd week. The diet in 1st week was recovered in 3rd week. The study lasted for 9 w. Feces were collected once a week and SCFA was measured by capillary gas chromatography. Results: The total SCFA in feces were increased after taking LAFD, more prominent in acetic acid and butyric acid (P
