The accelerated advancement of medical informatization has increasingly highlighted the limitations of tradi-tional PC terminals in terms of data security,operational efficiency,and resource integration.Cloud desktop technology has e-merged as a viable solution for hospital informatization,offering both cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency while fulfilling domestic substitution requirements.This study implemented a comprehensive cloud desktop management system by utilizing exist-ing hospital IT infrastructure supplemented with newly deployed cloud desktop servers and terminal devices.The system signifi-cantly improved hardware/software resource utilization and management efficiency,delivering stable and high-performance cloud desktop services to meet growing clinical and administrative demands.This study showcased a hospital cloud desktop deployment as a case study,exploring healthcare informatization solutions based on cloud desktop technology.The technical architecture,de-ployment strategy,implementation pathway,and effectiveness evaluation were analyzed to investigate the application of cloud desktop technology in healthcare settings.The results indicate that cloud desktop technology can significantly improve operational efficiency,reduce maintenance costs,and provide foundational support for smart hospital construction.

Objective To verify whether miR-630 could inhibit MDA-MB-231 cells migration and invasion by targeting Sox4 in triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).Methods Collection normal breast tissue and breast cancer tissue from patients undergoing breast cancer resection.RT-PCR were used to test the expression of miR-630,miR-21,miR-195,miR-134,miR-200a,miR-381 and miR-1228.Western blot were used to test the expression of COL1A1,COL1 A5,MMP-2,MMP-9 and Sox4.In vitro experiment,after miR-630 was transfected into MDA-MB-231 cells,wound healing were employed to test the migratory ability of MDA-MB-231 cells,and transwell were used to test the invasion ability of MDA-MB-231 cells.Western blot were used to investigate the expressions of COL1 Al,COL1 A5,MMP-2,MMP-9 and Sox4 in MDA-MB-231 cell.Luciferase assay was used to confirmed whether Sox43'-UTR the target gene of miR-630.Results Compared with normal breast tissue,the expression of miR-630 was decreased(P＜0.01),meanwhile the expression of COL1A1,COL1A5,MMP-2,MMP-9 and Sox4 were significantly increased in the triple-negative breast cancer tissue(P＜0.01).In the vitro experiment,compared with the control group,the expression of COL1A1,COL1A5,MMP-2,MMP-9 and Sox4 were decreased in the miR-630 group (P＜0.05);The migration activity of MDA-MB-231 cells was decreased in the miR-630 group (P＜0.01);The Luciferase activity of the Sox4-3'-UTR plasmid was significantly suppressed by miR630 (P＜0.05);Over expression of Sox4 could reverse the effect of miR-630 on MDA-MB-231(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Conclusion In triple-negative breast cancer tissue,the expression of miR-630 decreased;miR-630 inhibits triple-negative breast cancer cells migration and invasion by targeting Sox4-3’-UTR.

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of laparoscopic therapy and duodenoscopic therapy in the treatment of biliary severe acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 140 patients with biliary severe acute pancreatitis(BSAP) in our hospital was assigned into laparoscopic therapy group(60 cases) and duodenoscopic therapy group(80 cases) according to the treatment plan,and indicators in both groups were compared,including acute physiology and chronic health evaluation(APACHE Ⅱ score),WBC,CRP,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,hospitalization fee,complication rate,cure rate,mortality rate,abdominal pain disappearing time,body temperature recovered to normal time,blood amylase recovered to normal time,amino acid transaminase(ALT) recovered to normal time,total bilirubin(TBIL) recovered to normal time,alkaline phosphatase(ALP) recovered to normal time.Results APACHE Ⅱ scores and the levels of WBC,TBIL,ALT and CRP in both groups were significantly decreased after surgery(P＜0.05),but there were no statistical differences between the two groups at the same time point after treatment(P＞0.05).The operative time and the intraoperative blood loss in the duodenoscopic therapy group were significantly less than those in laparoscopic therapy group(P＜0.05).There were no statistical differences between the two groups of hospitalization time,complication rate,cure rate,mortality rate,abdominal pain disappearing time,temperature returned to normal time,blood amylase recovered to normal time,ALT recovered to normal time,TBIL recovered to normal time,ALP recovered to normal time(P＞0.05).Conclusion In early stage,both laparoscopic therapy and duodenoscopic therapy can treat BSAP effectively,and their therapeutic effects are nearly similar.
