Objective To explore the prevalence rate and related factors of urban and rural residents with hyperuricemia (HUA). Methods A total of 360 subjects in physical examination department of Sanliusan Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into urban residents and rural residents according to their permanent residence addresses, and the demographic information, living habits and underlying diseases were collected. Fasting blood glucose (FBG), serum uric acid (SUA), body mass index (BMI) and triglyceride (TG) were measured. The risk factors of HUA were analyzed by logistics regression analysis. Results The incidence rates of HUA in urban and rural residents were 12.18% and 12.88%. There were statistically significant differences in education level, occupation, BMI, sleep time, alcohol drinking, FBG and TG between urban and rural residents (all P<0.05). Logistics regression analysis showed that male, BMI>24 kg/m², alcohol drinking and chronic kidney disease were independent risk factors for HUA occurrence among urban residents (all P<0.05). Chronic kidney disease, FBG≥7.0 mmol/L and TG≥2.3 mmol/L were independent risk factors for hyperuricemia occurrence among rural residents (all P<0.05). Conclusion Rural residents should strengthen health education and blood glucose and lipid control, and urban residents should pay more attention to reasonable exercise, control alcohol consumption and reduce HUA occurrence.

Perimenopausal period is a period with high incidence of female depression, which shows the symptoms of depressed mood and disturbed mind. The pathogenesis of the disease is not clear and it is urgent to search for efficient treatment. Leptin is a hormone secreted by fat cells and plays a role in both metabolism and neuroprotection. In recent years, leptin has been reported to ameliorate perimenopausal depression, and leptin is closely related to estrogen synthesis and secretion. Therefore, leptin may be used as a potential molecular target for the treatment of perimenopausal depression. In this paper, the research on the relationship between leptin and perimenopausal depression is reviewed.

In order to improve the management level of medicine list of medical institutions in China ，and help medical institutions build a medicine list of medical institutions with reasonable drug use structure ，standardized adjustment procedures ， convenient operation and application and scientific evaluation methods ，so as to meet the needs of clinical rational drug use to the greatest extent ，with the support of the Pharmaceutical Care Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association ， China-Japan Friendship Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China （Anhui Provincial Hospital ）jointly initiate and complete Guideline for the Evaluation of Medicine List in Chinese Medical Institutions jointly with a number of medical institutions. In strict accordance with the methodological requirements of World Health Organization standard guidelines ，based on the Delphi method ，the guideline formulation working group has constructed the quality evaluation index system and quantitative scoring table of medicine list management in medical institutions from the 5 dimensions of organization and management ，structure，adjustment，application and e valuation of the list. It is used to help medical institutions evaluate the quality of their medicine list management ，so asto play a positive role in the fine management of medicine list in medical institutions.

【Objective】 To analyze the application value of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) in treating blood donation-related vasovagal reaction (DRVR). 【Methods】 The donors, experienced DRVR in our No.1 and No.2 mobile blood donation trucks from January 2020 to November 2021, were selected as research subjects and divided into TEAS group and control group, according to different treatment methods.After the occurrence of DRVR, the control group adopted routine treatment methods, such as stoping phlebotomy immediately, laid flat on the back with the feet higher than the head, head tilted to one side, and loosing collar or tight clothes.In case of syncope, acupressure was given to Renzhong and Hegu, pulse and blood pressure were monitored, and blood donors were provided with proper amount of liquid after consciousness recovery.The TEAS group received extra TEAS treatment based on the above methods.According to the symptoms of DRVR, the two groups were sub-divided into non-syncope DRVR and syncope DRVR to observe the effect of different treatments. 【Results】 The total effective rate of TEAS in non-syncope DRVR(97.33%) and syncope DRVR group(97.06%) was higher than those of control group (vs 91.13% and 76.67%)(P<0.05). The changes of blood pressure and heart rate of blood donors before blood donation and after treatment with the two methods in the TEAS group were lower than those in the control group (systolic blood pressure change value 5.24±2.87 mmHg vs 7.42±3.44 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure change value 3.17±2.24 mmHg vs 3.67±2.51mmHg, heart rate change value 2.71±0.35 beats/min vs 3.46±0.49 beats/min), P<0.05. 【Conclusion】 TEAS has better effect than conventional treatments, especially for DRVR with syncope, and can quickly and effectively improve the syncope related symptoms and shorten the recovery time.Moreover, it is safe, non-invasive, simple economic and effective, which deserves application and popularization in mobile blood donation sites.

Accompanied by changes in modern work and lifestyle, the incidence of cervical spondylosis has increased year by year. In view of the fact long-term fixed posture of the head and neck is one of the main causes of cervical spondylosis, a set of wearable cervical spondylosis prevention system is developed. The system comprises a head and neck movement collection module based on the acceleration sensor and a head and neck motion recognition module based on artificial intelligence. Experimental results showed that the system can accurately identify long-term posture of the head and neck, and guide users to complete effective exercise therapy under the supervision of motion recognition module. Using this system can be beneficial for the prevention of cervical spondylosis.

Objective To investigate the effect of LncRNA HULC on radiosensitivity of osteosarcoma cells. Methods Osteosarcoma cells OS732 was infected by shRNA HULC lentivirus, and the interference effect was determined by qRT-PCR. Osteosarcoma cells infected with shRNA HULC lentivirus were irradiated with 8 Gy X-rays. MTT, PI monochrome staining and Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining were used to detect cell proliferation, cell cycle and apoptosis, respectively. Western blot was used to detect the protein levels of p21, Cyclin D1, C-Caspase-3 and Cyt-C in cytoplasm and mitochondria. Plate cloning assay was used to evaluate cell radiosensitivity. Results The expression of HULC in osteosarcoma cells was significantly down-regulated by shRNA HULC lentivirus infection. The radiosensitization ratio of down-regulation of HULC was 1. 432. Conclusions Down-regulation of HULC enhances radiosensitivity of osteosarcoma cells, which may be related to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis induction.

Objective To investigate the effect of microRNA361-5p on radiosensitivity of osteosarcoma cells and its downstream regulatory mechanisms.Methods The radioresistant osteosarcoma cell line HOS-R was constructed and the expression of microRNA-361-Sp in HOS and HOS-R cells was detected by RT-qPCR.The survival rate and apoptosis rate were detected by clone formation assay and flow cytometry in HOS-R cells treated with up-regulated or down-regulated of miR-361-Sp,or FOXM1 depletion.Dual fluorescent luciferase reporter and western blot assays were used to measure the relationship between miR-361-5p and FOXM1.he effects of miR-361-5p on radiosensitivity of osteosarcoma cells were determined by cloning formation assay and flow cytometry.Results RT-qPCR results showed that miR-361-5p was low expressed in HOS-R cells.Colony formation and flow cytometry assays demonstrated that overexpression of miR-361-5p significantly decreased the survival rate and increased the apoptosis rate of HOS-R cells.In contrast,FOXM1 downregulation inhibited cell survival rate and induced apoptosis.Moreover,miR-361-5p negatively regulated FOXM1 expression.Besides,FOXM1 overexpression attenuated the miR-361-5p upregulation-mediated promotion of radiosensitivity in HOS-R cells.Conclusion miR-361-5p was involved in the radiosensitivity of osteosarcoma cells by inhibiting FOXM1.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 3D printing assisted percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) in treating severe osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) in elder patients.Methods A retrospective case series study was conducted on the clinical data of 58 elderly patients (58 vertebrae) with severe OVCF who underwent PVP treatment in spinal surgery department of Henan Provincial People's Hospital from June 2014 to June 2016.According to the treatment method,the patients were divided into Group A which adopted 3D printing of injured vertebrae before PVP and Group B which adopted routine PVP operation.Group A consisted of 28 cases (28 vertebrae),including eight males and 20 females,aged 64-91 years [(78.1 ±8.5) years].In terms of the distribution of injured vertebrae,there were four cases of T10,six cases of Tu,eight cases of T12,four cases of L1,and six cases of L2 in Group A.Group B consisted of 30 cases (30 vertebrae),including 10 males and 20 females,aged 65-90 years [(77.8 ± 8.2) years].In terms of the distribution of injured vertebrae,there were three cases of T10,seven T11,nine T12,six L1,and five L2.The operation time,visual analogue scale (VAS) before operation,1 day after operation and at the last follow up,Japanese Orthopedic Association (JOA) score,anterior compression ratio of injured vertebrae,and cement leakage rate were compared between the two groups.Results All the operations were completed successfully.The patients were followed up for 14-26 months [(18.7 ± 3.4)months] in Group A and for 12-28 months [(20.0 ± 5.4) months] in Group B.The operation time was (28.0 ± 3.4) min in Group A and (30.9 ±5.3) min in Group B (P ＜ 0.05).Both the VAS 1 d after operation of Group A [(2.3 ± 1.0) points] and Group B [(2.0 ± 0.8) points] and the VAS at the last follow up of Group A [(0.7 ± 0.7) points] and Group B [(0.8 ± 0.7) points] were significantly lower than those before operation (P ＜ 0.05),but there was no significant difference between thetwo groups (P ＞ 0.05).Both the JOA at day 1 after operation of Group A [(21.3 ± 2.2) points] and Group B [(20.7 ± 2.1) points] and the JOA at the last follow up of Group A [(24.7 ± 2.3) points] and Group B [(24.1 ± 2.0) points] were significantly higher than those before operation (P ＜ 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The anterior compression ratio of injured vertebrae 1 d after operation of Group A (59.4 ± 7.9) ％ and Group B (59.1 ± 6.8) ％ and that at the last follow up of Group A (59.1 ± 7.8) ％ and Group B (58.7 ± 5.4) ％ were significantly improved than those before operation (P ＜ 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).There were three cases of bone cement leakage in Group A (11％) and 11 cases of bone cement leakage in Group B (37％) after PVP,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional PVP,3D printingassisted PVP has lower leakage rate,shorter operation time,and better clinical effect in treating severe OVCF in the elderly.

To observe the clinical efficacy of dopamine modulator methylphenidate (MPH) of extended-release formulations (MPH-ER) augmentation of ongoing fluvoxamine treatment in refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and its effects on patient's anxiety and sleep quality.
 Methods: A pilot randomized, placebo-controlled, and double-blind trial was conducted at an outpatient, single-center academic setting. Participants included 44 adults with serotonin reuptake inhibitor treatment-refractory OCD and they received a stable fluvoxamine pharmacotherapy with Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) scores higher than 20. The 44 patients were randomly assigned into a study group and a control group, with 22 patiencs in each group. Fluvoxamine and MPH-ER were given to the study group, while fluvoxamine and placebo were given to the control group, with 8 weeks of the treatment course. Y-BOCS, Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) were used to assess the efficacy, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used to evaluate the sleep quality, and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) was used to evaluate the side effects. Data were analyzed in the intention-to-treat sample.
 Results: The improvement in the Y-BOCS total score, Y-BOCS obsession subscale score and HAMA score were more prominent in the study group than those in the control group (P<0.001). There was no significant difference in PSQI score and TESS score between the two groups. MPH-ER was well tolerated.
 Conclusion: Fluvoxamine combined with MPH-ER is effective in the treatment of refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder. It can improve anxiety and has no adverse effect on sleep quality.

Objective To study the stability of the plasma glucose in sample tubes containing different glycolysis inhibitors and anticoagulants at room temperature for up to 24 h.Methods Venous blood was collected from 20 volunteers.Each donor blood sample was divided into six tubes containing different glycolysis inhibitors and anticoagulants and kept at room temperature.Plasma glucose was measured at 0,2,4,8 and 24 h after collection.The difference of plasma glucose levels for each sample tube was com-pared with different placed time and the difference of plasma glucose levels for the same placed time was compared with different sample tubes.Results The differences of the plasma glucose results of 2 hours after sampling and of instant detecting are statisti-cally significant for each sample tube(P<0.05).The differences of the plasma glucose levels among the three sample tubes contai-ning sodium fluoride are not statistically significant at the same placed time(P>0.05).The differences of the plasma glucose results of 2,4,8,24 h after sampling for each sample tube are not statistically significant(P>0.05).The differences of the plasma glucose results for each sample tube containing sodium iodoacetate are statistically significant at different placed times(P< 0.05).The differences of plasma glucose levels of 0,2,4 hours after sampling for the three sample tubes are no statistically significant(P>0.05)and the differences of plasma glucose levels of 8,24 hours after sampling for the three sample tubes are statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The differences of plasma glucose levels for the two glycolytic inhibitors are statistically significant at 4,8,24 hours after sampling(P<0.01)except 2 hours after sampling(P>0.05).Conclusion Tubes containing NaF are more suitable for detec-ting venous plasma glucose within 24 h at room temperature.The type of anticoagulant has no obvious correlation with the ability of glycolytic inhibition.
