ObjectiveTo systematically compare the differential regulation of the maternal-fetal interface cell lineages and communication networks in the CBA/J×DBA/2 mouse model of recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) by the two classic therapeutic methods-tonifying the kidney to stabilize the fetus and invigorating the spleen to stabilize the fetus (Shoutai Wan, Juyuan Jian)-of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) at the single-cell resolution and clarify their modern scientific connotations. MethodsFemale non-pregnant CBA/J mice were caged with male BALB/c (blank group) and DBA/2 (modeling group) mice separately. Pregnant mice in the modeling group were randomly grouped as follows: high/low-dose Shoutai Wan, high/low-dose Juyuan Jian, model (RPL), and positive control (dydrogesterone), with 10 mice in each group. Starting from the day after the detection of the vaginal plug, mice were administrated with drugs or an equal volume of normal saline by gavage for 10 consecutive days. After the intervention, the following indicators were measured. ① Macroscopic evaluation: general conditions, uterine wet weight, embryo loss rate, four coagulation parameters [prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), fibrinogen (FIB), and thrombin time (TT)], and peripheral blood estradiol (E2) and progesterone (Pg) levels. The decidua with embryos was stained with hematoxylin-eosin (HE) and evaluated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The expression of B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ), matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2), interleukin-6 (IL-6), leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF), CXC chemokine ligand 12 (CXCL12), and microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3 homolog (LC3)Ⅰ/Ⅱ was quantified by Western blot. ② Mechanism analysis at the single-cell level: The decidua with embryos from the blank, model, high-dose Shoutai Wan, and high-dose Juyuan Jian groups (6 mice per group, with 3 single-cell samples per group, totaling 24 mice) were analyzed by the BD Rhapsody™ platform, and the whole-cell atlas was drawn by uniform manifold approximation and projection (UMAP) dimensionality reduction clustering combined with the single-cell mouse cell atlas (scMCA). The differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and cell interaction networks were analyzed via Gene Ontology (GO), Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG), and CellChat, and the protein-protein interaction (PPI) map of subtype cells was constructed. The CytoTRACE pseudo-temporal analysis was performed to explore the developmental trajectories of core immune cells (natural killer cells, NK cells) from maternal and fetal sources. Results① Pathological and Western blot results indicated that compared with the blank group, the RPL group showed an increase in the embryo loss rate (P<0.01), down-regulated expression of Bcl-2, LIF, MMP-2, and Vegf in the decidua with embryos (P<0.05), up-regulated protein levels of CXCL-12, AngⅡ, and IL-6 (P<0.05), blocked angiogenesis, apoptosis-inflammation imbalance, and coagulation dysfunction. Both prescriptions dose-dependently reduced the abortion rate and restored the angiogenesis-inflammation balance, and Shoutai pill showed superior performance in restoring the E2 level to the Pg level (P<0.05). ② Single-cell transcriptome analysis indicated that compared with the blank group, the RPL group showed differences in multiple key cell populations such as decidual cells, trophoblast cells, endothelial cells, erythroblasts, NK cells, and macrophages at the maternal-fetal interface. Immunity and angiogenesis were the key links in RPL. Compared with the RPL group, high-dose Shoutai Wan reversed the changes of NK cells in the embryonic layer (upregulating the mRNA levels of 17 genes and downregulating the mRNA levels of 29 genes) and macrophages (upregulating the mRNA levels of 117 genes and downregulating the mRNA levels of 53 genes) through the regulation of gene expression. High-dose Shoutai pill regulated the immune cells to affect unfolded proteins, cell adhesion, and programmed cell death, thereby promoting decidualization and angiogenesis and modulating embryo-membrane development. High-dose Juyuan Jian regulated the key subgroups of NK cells (up-regulating the mRNA levels of 9 genes and down-regulating the mRNA levels of 17 genes) and macrophages (up-regulating the mRNA levels of 110 genes and down-regulating the mRNA levels of 81 genes), which affected decidual inflammation and apoptosis and intervened in glycolysis. ③ The pseudo-temporal analysis and communication network indicated that the communication frequency of the RPL group decreased. High-dose Shoutai Wan restored maternal-fetal tolerance through pathways such as NKG2D, CDH5, GDF, and FASLG. High-dose Juyuan Jian enhanced the IL-6/LIFR/JAK/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) and desmosome/SEMA6/tumor necrosis factor-like weak inducer of apoptosis (TWEAK) signaling to improve endometrial receptivity. The RPL group showed an increased proportion of toxic dNK7, a decreased proportion of reparative dNK4, and blocked embryo fNK1. High-dose Shoutai Wan down-regulated dNK7 and up-regulated dNK4. High-dose Juyuan Jian inhibited the terminal differentiation of dNK7 and up-regulated LILRB1, thus restoring the balance of cytotoxicity and repair. ConclusionBoth the kidney-tonifying and spleen-invigorating methods are effective in treating RPL. NK and macrophages are the key immune cells in the interaction between the embryo and the membrane. The kidney-tonifying method (Shoutai Wan) has an advantage in regulating the phenotypes of unfolded protein, cell adhesion, and programmed cell death, and shows expression characteristics closer to the physiological state in the regulation of NKG2D and CDH5 signals. The spleen-invigorating method (Juyuan Jian) has an advantage in regulating epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), angiogenesis, and glycolysis and shows higher communication intensity in the IL-6 and LIFR pathways.

AIM: To investigate the influence of pterygium thickness and area on corneal refractive status.METHODS: Prospective longitudinal study. A total of 60 cases(60 eyes)of pterygium patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to September 2024 were randomly selected. All patients underwent pterygium excision combined with pedicle conjunctival flap transplantation for treatment. Optical coherence tomography(OCT)was used to measure the preoperative thickness of patient's pterygium, and a digital slit lamp microscope was used to measure the area of pterygium. The corneal refractive status(degree of corneal astigmatism and average curvature)and changes in uncorrected visual acuity of patients before surgery, 1 d, 1, and 3 mo after surgery were compared. The relationship between preoperative thickness and area of pterygium in patients and corneal refractive status indicators at different postoperative time points were analyzed, and Logistic regression was used to analyze the impact of pterygium thickness and area on postoperative visual improvement in patients.RESULTS: All patients completed follow-up after surgery for 3 mo. At 3 mo after surgery, visual acuity improved in 21 eyes(35%). The results of bivariate Pearson correlation analysis showed that the thickness and area of pterygium positively correlated with the degree of corneal astigmatism and uncorrected visual acuity before surgery and 1 d, 1, and 3 mo after surgery(all P<0.05), and negatively correlated with the average corneal curvature before surgery and 1 d, 1, and 3 mo after surgery(all P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the thickness and area of pterygium before surgery, high degree of corneal astigmatism, and low uncorrected visual acuity(large LogMAR value)were all risk factors for poor postoperative visual improvement in patients(OR>1, P<0.05). The large average corneal curvature before surgery was a protective factor for poor postoperative visual improvement in patients(OR<1, P<0.05).CONCLUSION: The increase in thickness and area of pterygium can, to some extent, improve corneal astigmatism, reduce the average curvature of the cornea, and affect postoperative visual recovery.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2025;46(1):24-28
Objective:
To investigate the visual acuity and correction conditions of children and adolescents in Shanghai, so as to provide a scientific basis for developing intervention measures to prevent myopia and protect vision among children and adolescents.
Methods:
From October to December 2022, a stratified cluster random sampling survey was conducted, involving 47 034 students from 16 municipal districts in Shanghai, covering kindergartens (≥5 years), primary schools, middle schools, general high schools and vocational high schools. According to the Guidelines for Screening Refractive Errors in Primary and Secondary School Students, the Standard Logarithmic Visual acuity Chart was used to examine naked vision and corrected vision of students, and general information was collected. The distribution and severity of visual impairment in different age groups were analyzed, and χ 2 tests and multivariate Logistic regression were used to explore factors associated with visual impairment.
Results:
The detection rate of visual impairment among children and adolescents was 76.2%, with a higher rate among females (78.8%) than males ( 73.8 %), higher among Han ethic students ( 76.2 %) than minority students (71.2%), and higher among urban students (76.7%) than suburban students (75.8%), all with statistically significant differences ( χ 2=162.6, 10.4, 5.5, P <0.05). The rate of visual impairment initially decreased and then increased with age, reaching its lowest at age 7 (53.8%) and peaking at age 17 (89.6%) ( χ 2 trend = 3 467.0 , P <0.05). Severe visual impairment accounted for the majority, at 56.6%, and there was a positive correlation between the severity of visual impairment and age among children and adolescents ( r =0.45, P <0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression showed that age, BMI, gender, ethnicity and urban suburban status were associated with visual impairment ( OR =1.18, 1.01, 1.38 , 0.79, 0.88, P <0.05). Among those with moderate to severe visual impairment, the rate of spectacle lens usage was 62.8%, yet only 44.8 % of those who used spectacle lens had fully corrected visual acuity. Females (64.9%) had higher spectacle lens usage rates than males (60.6%), and general high school students had the highest spectacle lens usage (83.9%), and there were statistically significant differences in gender and academic stages ( χ 2=57.7, 4 592.8, P <0.05).
Conclusions
The rate of spectacle lens usage among students with moderate to severe visual impairment is relatively low, and even after using spectacle lens, some students still do not achieve adequate corrected visual acuity. Efforts should focus on enhancing public awareness of eye health and refractive correction and improving the accessibility of related health services.

OBJECTIVE To study the improvement effects and potential mechanisms of water extract from Chrysanthemum morifolium on skeletal muscle atrophy in rats after ischemic stroke. METHODS Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, ATP group (10 mg/kg), C. morifolium water extract high-dose and low-dose groups (1.08, 0.54 g/kg). Except for sham operation group, ischemic stroke models were induced in rats from the other groups using middle cerebral artery occlusion. Starting from the first day after surgery, rats in each group were given corresponding drug/normal saline intragastrically, once a day, for consecutive 7 days. On the 7th day post-surgery, the rats’ body weights were measured, and their motor functions were evaluated, including Longa scores, exercise distance, grip strength; the electrophysiological signals of the skeletal muscles in rats were measured; the pathological morphology of the soleus muscle in rats was observed; the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in serum and soleus muscle were measured; the expressions of proteins related to TNF-α/c-Jun N- terminal kinase (JNK)/mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway in the soleus muscle were determined. RESULTS Compared with sham operation group, the body weight, grip strength and exercise distance of rats were decreased/ shortened significantly (P<0.01); additionally, there was a notable reduction in the interpeak value of skeletal muscle electrophysiology (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Longa score, as well as the levels of TNF-α in serum and soleus muscle, and the expression levels of TNF-α, phosphorylated JNK, phosphorylated MAPK, muscle ring-finger protein-1, and muscle atrophy Fbox- 1 protein in the soleus muscle, were all significantly elevated (P<0.01). The skeletal muscle cells of the soleus muscle in the model group showed significant atrophy, with a markedly decreased cross-sectional area (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the levels of the aforementioned indicators were significantly reversed in C. morifolium water extract groups (P<0.05 or P< 0.01), and the skeletal muscle cells of the soleus muscle were markedly enlarged. CONCLUSIONS C. morifolium water extract can improve skeletal muscle atrophy in rats after ischemic stroke, the mechanism of which may be associated with suppressing the activation of the TNF- α/JNK/MAPK E-mail:19932015@cdutcm.edu.cn signaling pathway.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huayu Tongluo Formula (化瘀通络方, HTF) in patients with mid-stage diabetic kidney disease of blood stasis syndrome and explore its potential mechanisms. MethodsA multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial was conducted. Ninety patients of mid-stage diabetic kidney disease of blood stasis syndrome were divided into a control group of 46 cases and a treatment group of 44 cases. Both groups received conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group additionally taking HTF, while the control group taking a placebo of the formula. The treatment was administered once daily for 24 weeks. The primary outcomes included 24-hour urine total protein (24 h-UTP), serum albumin (Alb), glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), and serum creatinine (Scr). The secondary outcomes included changes in levels of endothelin-1 (ET-1), nitric oxide (NO), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores before and after treatment. Clinical efficacy was evaluated based on TCM syndrome scores and overall disease outcomes. Adverse reactions and endpoint events were recorded. ResultsIn the treatment group after treatment, 24 h-UTP, ET-1, and VEGF levels significantly decreased (P<0.05), Alb and NO levels significantly increased (P<0.05); while the TCM syndrome scores for edema, lumbar pain, numbness of limbs, dark purple lips, dark purple tongue or purpura, and thin, rough pulse all significantly decreased (P<0.05). In the control group, no significant changes were observed in any of the indicators after treatment (P>0.05).Compared with the control group, the treatment group showed significant reductions in 24 h-UTP, ET-1, and VEGF levels, and increases in Alb and NO levels (P<0.05). The TCM syndrome scores for edema, lumbar pain, dark purple tongue or purpura, and thin, rough pulse were all lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 59.09% (26/44), and the overall clinical effective rate was 45.45% (20/44). In the control group, these rates were 15.22% (7/46) and 8.7% (4/46), respectively, with the treatment group showing significantly better outcomes (P<0.05). A total of 7 adverse events occurred across both groups, with no significant difference (P>0.05). No endpoint events occurred during the study. ConclusionOn the basis of conventional treatment of Western medicine, HTF can further reduce urinary protein levels and improve clinical symptoms in patients with mid-stage diabetic kidney disease of blood stasis syndrome. The mechanism may be related to its effects on endothelial function.

BACKGROUND:Some studies have found that ferroptosis of osteoblasts can be an important mechanism to induce the occurrence and development of hormone-induced femoral head necrosis. With the development of Chinese medicine, some scholars have found that some Chinese medicine monomer,Chinese medicine compound and Chinese patent medicine can regulate the ferroptosis of osteoblasts through various pathway mechanisms, and finally play a role in the treatment of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the relationship between ferroptosis and steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head and the mechanism of Chinese medicine regulating ferroptosis of osteoblasts in the treatment of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head,so as to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head. METHODS:With"ferroptosis,steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head, osteoblast,Chinese herbal medicine, glucocorticoid, iron metabolism, reactive oxygen species, glutathione peroxidase"as Chinese search terms, and"ferroptosis, hormonal necrosis of the femoral head, osteoblast,Chinese herbal medicine, glucocorticoid, iron metabolism,ROS,GPX4"as English search terms, the search was conducted on CNKI,PubMed,WanFang,VIP and other databases. The relevant articles on osteoblast ferroptosis and steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head and the regulation of Chinese herbal medicine intervention from the establishment of each database to 2023 were screened.Finally,76 articles were systematically analyzed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)Ferroptosis of osteoblasts plays an important role in the pathogenesis of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head.(2)The occurrence of ferroptosis in osteoblasts is regulated by a variety of mechanisms, such as intracellular iron overload causing ferroptosis.Lipid peroxidation damages cell membrane and causes ferroptosis.Cystine/glutamate reverse transporter induced ferroptosis by influencing glutathione level and glutathione peroxidase 4 activity.Fenton reaction in the cell produces a large number of reactive oxygen species and causes ferroptosis.(3)Chinese medicine monomer icariin,Chinese medicine compound Qinge pills and Chinese patent medicine Bushen Huoxue granules can regulate the occurrence of osteoblast ferroptosis, and help to prevent and treat steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head.(4)The mechanism of ferroptosis in osteoblasts is still unclear.Further investigation on the mechanism of action of both is expected to provide a new choice for clinical treatment of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2025;29(3):471-477
BACKGROUND:The biomechanical analysis of scoliosis cases is limited, with only independent analysis focusing on the spine or lower limbs, thus lacking a comprehensive evaluation of the multidimensional body.As a result,it becomes challenging to reflect the movement relationship between the trunk and lower limbs during daily activities, which hinders comprehensive clinical treatment guidance. OBJECTIVE:To explore the relationship between different segments of the spine and the kinematics/kinetics of the lower limbs during gait activities by measuring spinal kinematics in scoliosis patients,to provide a comprehensive and multi-level assessment of the biomechanical differences between scoliosis patients and the normal population, consequently offering evidence-based guidance for the prevention and treatment of scoliosis. METHODS:A cross-sectional study was conducted from July 2020 to June 2021 at the Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Fuzhou University City.A total of 28 scoliosis patients and 28 normal individuals in the same age group were included.Three-dimensional motion capture system was used to capture gait kinematic data at a sampling frequency of 100 Hz.Two force plates(AMTI 400600,sampling frequency 1 500 Hz)were embedded in a 10-meter-long 2.4-meter-wide level ground walkway(with an effective data collection length of 4 m)to collect kinetic data. The differences in spatial-temporal parameters, kinematics, and kinetics of gait between the two groups were compared.Immediately after inclusion, all subjects underwent full spinal X-ray measurements to compare the differences between the scoliosis and normal groups. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)Patients with scoliosis exhibited reduced relative rotational range of motion between the shoulder and trunk,as well as between the thorax and pelvis, compared to the normal group(P<0.05).However,the rotational range of motion in the pelvis was larger in patients with scoliosis compared to the normal group(P<0.05).(2)Patients with scoliosis showed decreased range of motion in the hip and knee joints,as well as reduced peak torque in hip joint flexion and extension, and lower peak values of ground reaction forces in the concave and convex directions,in comparison to the normal group(P<0.05).(3)Patients with scoliosis demonstrated greater asymmetry indices in knee joint range of motion, relative rotational range of motion between the shoulder and trunk, and between the thorax and pelvis, when compared to the normal group(P<0.05).(4)These findings illustrate a rigid movement pattern among the shoulder, thorax, and pelvis in patients with scoliosis during level walking. There is a reduction in range of motion in the hip and knee joints,as well as decreased peak torque values in hip joint flexion and extension, and ground reaction forces in the concave and convex directions. These characteristics can serve as foundational elements for assessing rehabilitation and developing treatment plans.

BACKGROUND:Degenerative scoliosis is defined as a condition that occurs in adulthood with a coronal cobb angle of the spine>10° accompanied by sagittal deformity and rotational subluxation, which often produces symptoms of spinal cord and nerve compression, such as lumbar pain, lower limb pain, numbness, weakness, and neurogenic claudication. The finite element method is a mechanical analysis technique for computer modelling, which can be used for spinal mechanics research by building digital models that can realistically restore the human spine model and design modifications. OBJECTIVE:To review the application of finite element method in the etiology and treatment of degenerative scoliosis. METHODS:The literature databases CNKI,PubMed,and Web of Science were searched for articles on the application of finite element method in degenerative scoliosis published before October 2023.Search terms were"finite element analysis, biomechanics, stress analysis, degenerative scoliosis, adult spinal deformity"in Chinese and English.Fifty-four papers were finally included. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)The biomechanical findings from the degenerative scoliosis model constructed using the finite element method were identical to those from the in vivo experimental studies, which proves that the finite element method has a high practical value in degenerative scoliosis.(2)The study of the etiology and treatment of degenerative scoliosis by the finite element method is conducive to the prevention of the occurrence of the scoliosis, slowing down the progress of the scoliosis, the development of a more appropriate treatment plan, the reduction of complications, and the promotion of the patients'surgical operation.(3)The finite element method has gradually evolved from a single bony structure to the inclusion of soft tissues such as muscle ligaments, and the small sample content is increasingly unable to meet the research needs.(4)The finite element method has much room for exploration in degenerative scoliosis.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2025;29(6):1199-1207
BACKGROUND:Studies have shown that vision recovery with thinner grafts is faster and the risk of rejection is lower. In China, there is a lack of clinical efficacy analysis of different graftthicknesses after endothelial transplantation. Therefore, determining the optimal graftthickness is crucial for improving surgical efficacy. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effects of different graftthickness on vision recovery and other prognostic indexes after simple Descemet's stripping endothelial keratoplasty. METHODS:A total of 72 patients(72 eyes)with corneal endothelial decompensation who received simple Descemet's stripping endothelial keratoplasty at the General Hospital of Northern Theater Command from January 2013 to February 2023 were selected. There were 32 cases(32 eyes)in the thin graftgroup(<100 μm)and 40 cases(40 eyes)in the thick graftgroup(≥100 μm).The best corrected visual acuity, corneal endothelial cell count, corneal graft transparency, postoperative complications and graftsurvival were observed in both groups before and 1,3,6,and 12 months after surgery. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The visual acuity after surgery was significantly improved in both groups, and the best corrected visual acuity 3 months after surgery in the thin graftgroup was better than that in the thick graftgroup(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of corneal endothelial cells and grafttransparency between the two groups 1 year after surgery(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications such as secondary glaucoma, graftimmune rejection and graftdisplacement between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the 1-year survival rate of grafts between the two groups(93.8%vs.92.3%,P>0.05).To conclude, simple Descemet's stripping endothelial keratoplasty is a safe and effective surgical method for corneal endothelial transplantation, and its postoperative efficacy is similar to that of traditional Descemet's stripping endothelial keratoplasty, and the graftimplantation method is simpler.Thinner grafts can provide optimal corrected vision earlier and complete corneal remodeling sooner. Therefore,in the treatment of corneal endothelial decompensation, thinner grafts are preferred to improve recovery time.

BACKGROUND:Post and core restoration is a common choice for tooth defects, but the repair effects of various post and core materials are different. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the stress distribution at the post and core, tooth root, and bonding agent site of post and core models made of different elastic modulus post and core materials using finite element method. METHODS:A three-dimensional root canal treated maxillary central incisor model was built using three-dimensional modeling software, which was restored with a full ceramic crown. The post and core materials in the restoration used nanoceramic resin(elastic modulus=12.8 GPa),composite resin(elastic modulus=16 GPa),hybrid ceramic(elastic modulus=34.7 GPa),glass ceramic(elastic modulus=95 GPa),titanium alloy(elastic modulus=112 GPa),and zirconia(elastic modulus=209.3 GPa).The model was fixed in cortical bone.A 100 N concentrated force of 45° from the long axis of the tooth was applied to 1/3 of the crown and tongue side of the central incisor. The stress distribution of the post and core, dentin, and tooth-root bonding agent in the model was repaired by the maximum principal stress criterion. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)When the post and core materials with higher elastic modulus was used, the post-core stress in the repair model was more concentrated. When the elastic modulus of the post and core materials(nanoceramic resin and composite resin)was close to dentin, the stress distribution of the post and core was more uniform. The stress distribution of dentin in all restoration models was similar regardless of post and core materials. When the post and core with higher elastic modulus was used, more stress concentration was shown at the post and root bonding agent in the repair model.(2)The maximum stress values at the post and core, tooth root, and the bonding agent site of post and tooth root in the nanoceramic resin model were 31.00,33.21,and 0.51 MPa,respectively. The maximum stress values at the post and core, tooth root, and the bonding agent between the post and tooth root in the composite resin model were 36.84,33.14,and 0.59 MPa,respectively. In the mixed ceramic model, the maximum stress values at the post and core, tooth root, and the bonding agent between the post and tooth root were 64.05,32.83,and 1.00 MPa,respectively. In the glass ceramic model, the maximum stress values at the post and core, tooth root, and the bonding agent between the post and tooth root were 112.30,32.69,and 1.73 MPa,respectively. In the titanium alloy model, the maximum stress values of the post and core, tooth root, and the bonding agent between the post and tooth root were 120.00,32.17,and 1.86 MPa,respectively. In the zirconia model, the maximum stress values of the post and core, tooth root, and the bonding agent between the post and tooth root were 148.80,31.85,and 2.28 MPa,respectively.(3)The higher the elastic modulus of the post and core material, the higher the maximum stress at the post and core during restoration. The elastic modulus of the post and core material had no significant effect on the maximum stress of the dental bonding agent and dentin.
