Objective:
To explore human papillomavirus (HPV) and vaccination related knowledge and vaccination willingness of college students in Guizhou Province and their related factors, so as to provide a basis for formulating targeted intervention strategies.
Methods:
From May to June 2025, by applying convenience sampling method,4 567 college students were selected from 8 universities in Guizhou Province to conduct a questionnaire survey. Awareness of HPV and vaccination related knowledge, vaccination willingness as well as related factors among college students were also analyzed. The t test and Chi square test were used for comparison between groups, and multifactor Logistic regression was employed to analyze the related factors of HPV vaccination willingness among college students.
Results:
The HPV and vaccine knowledge score of college students in Guizhou Province was ( 10.50 ±2.09), and the score of girls (10.81±1.82) was higher than that of boys (10.19±2.30) ( t=10.09, P <0.01). The HPV vaccination willingness rate of college students was 65.6%, and the rate was higher in girls than in boys (67.1%,64.1%, χ 2=4.75, P <0.05). Multi factor Logistic regression analysis showed that ethnicity and HPV testing were related factors that affected college students willingness to vaccinate (minority: OR boy =1.23, OR girl =1.35; previous HPV testing: OR boy =0.56, OR girl =0.59); boys willingness to vaccinate was related to the number of sexual partners ( OR =0.60), family history of cancer ( OR =0.65), and sexual behavior related HPV knowledge scores ( OR =0.89), while girls willingness to vaccinate was related to bisexual sexual orientation ( OR =0.59), previous HIV testing ( OR =0.60), and HPV and vaccine basic knowledge scores ( OR =0.86) (all P <0.05).
Conclusions
College students in Guizhou Province have higher HPV vaccine related knowledge scores and are more willing to vaccinate, and those above are higher in girls than in boys. Health education content should be optimized based on gender differences, and promote the willingness and behavior of HPV vaccination among college students.

Objective To elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying the effects of Kanggan Mixture(KGM)on key targets in rats with acute lung injury, network pharmacology and in vivo micro-CT experiments were employed. Methods Network pharmacology was utilized to forecast the target genes and principal pathways involved in the intervention of KGM in acute lung injury(ALI).Lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced ALI rat models were utilized, and micro-computed tomography(micro-CT)was employed to evaluate the extent of lung injury in vivo.Experiments were conducted to verify the intervention mechanism of KGM on ALI rats. Results The findings revealed that 190 chemical constituents were identified from KGM,and 579 potential targets and 204 pathways associated with KGM's impact on ALI were predicted. The principal components of KGM,such as quercetin, luteolin, kaempferol, betulin, and lupenone, exhibit anti-viral,anti-inflammatory,and immunomodulatory properties by targeting TP53,AKT1,SRC,EP300,and STAT3,and modulating the FoxO signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, and MAPK signaling pathway, demonstrating an influence on acute lung injury.Micro-CT results suggest that KGM can improve lung texture enhancement and lung injury in ALI rats, with an increase in end-expiratory lung volume(inspiratory phase-expiratory phase). The HE and W/D ratio results indicate that KGM can improve lung tissue injury and reduce the lung tissue wet/dry weight ratio(P<0.01).Blood cell analysis results show that the anti-inflammatory agent can decrease the WBC(white blood cell count)and N%(neutrophil percentage)in ALI rats'blood(P<0.01),and increase lymphocytes(P<0.05).Real-time quantitative PCR,WES,and immunohistochemistry results suggest that KGM can decrease the mRNA expression, protein distribution, and protein expression levels of TP53,AKT1,SRC,EP300,and STAT3 in lung tissue of ALI rats(P<0.05).Conclusion KGM has a certain intervention effect on acute lung injury, mainly achieved through the core targets STAT3,EP300,SRC,AKT1,and TP53.

Bone morphogenetic proteins are a large subclass of the transforming growth factor β family, and Their signaling pathways are mainly classified into two kinds based on whether they depend on Smad protein to mediate or not.BMP signaling pathways are involved in regulating cell proliferation and differentiation,as well as the formation and development of multiple tissues and organs.Recent studies have shown that BMP signaling path-ways mainly promote the differentiation and growth of neurons and astrocytes, and are closely related to the my-elination of oligodendrocytes. In addition,BMP signaling pathways also play an important role in the occurrence of central nervous system diseases, such as spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, neural tube defects, and Parkin-son's disease. This article reviews the BMP signaling pathways'composition, transduction mechanism and their role in the central nervous system and related diseases,in order to provide more potential ideas for basic research and clinical treatment of central nervous system diseases.

Objective To explore the possibility and genetic identification method of constructing a hepatocyte-specific NLRP3 gene knockout mouse model by using Cre-LoxP system gene knockout technology. Methods Phase one:mice specifically expressing the albumin promoter-Cre(AlbCre)recombinase in hepatocytes were mated with NLRP3flox/flox mice, and the hepatocyte-specific NLRP3 gene knockout mice with the genotype of NLRP3flox/flox/AlbCre+/-(hepatocyte NLRP3 knockout group)and the control mice in the same litter with the genotype of NLRP3flox/flox/AlbCre-/-(control group in the same litter)were obtained after two generations of selection and mating. The second stage was the mass reproduction stage.Mating NLRP3flox/flox/AlbCre+/-target mice with NLRP3flox/flox mice could quickly obtain a large number of experimental target mice and control mice in the same litter. The DNA was extracted from the tails of mice after numbering, and the offspring genotype was identified by PCR.qPCR and Western blot were used to detect the mRNA and protein expression levels of NLRP3 gene in the liver tissue.HE staining was used to observe the morphological changes in liver tissues, and serum liver transaminases and inflammatory factors were detected. The changes in body weight,liver-to-body ratio and special circumstances during reproduction and development of mice in the two groups were observed. Results The offspring genotype of the target mice in the F2 generation was consistent with theoretical result of NLRP3flox/flox/AlbCre+/-.The mRNA and protein levels of NLRP3 in liver tissues of mice in the hepatocyte NLRP3 knockout group were significantly lower than those in the control group in the same litter(P<0.05).The mice in the hepatocyte NLRP3 knockout group was not affected in terms of growth, development and reproduction after the NLRP3 gene knockout. There were no statistically significant differences in the body weight,liver-to-body ratio, liver tissue morphology, serum liver transaminase or inflammatory factors between the hepatocyte NLRP3 knockout group and the control group in the same litter(P>0.05).Conclusion The Cre-LoxP gene knockout technology can be used to successfully construct a hepatocyte-specific NLRP3 gene knockout mouse model, providing an important technical support for the next step of studying the function of the NLRP3 gene in the liver at the animal level.

Modern Hospital 2025;25(4):582-585,590
Objective To explore the current status and correlation between job embeddedness and turnover intention among healthcare workers in public hospitals in Guangzhou, providing empirical evidence for public hospital administrators to re-duce talent turnover. Methods This study surveyed 718 healthcare workers from 12 public tertiary hospitals in Guangzhou. Results The overall mean score for job embeddedness among healthcare workers was(3.78±0.84),and the overall mean score for turnover intention was(1.96±0.94).There was a significant negative correlation between job embeddedness and turn-over intention(r=-0.561,P<0.01),indicating that a higher level of job embeddedness corresponded to a lower turnover in-tention among healthcare workers.Additionally, factors such as age, marital status, number of children, monthly income, and years of work in the current hospital had significant effects on turnover intention. Conclusion The level of job embeddedness a-mong healthcare workers is moderate, and the turnover intention is relatively low, with a significant negative correlation between the two.In the context of high-quality development of public hospitals, the stability of medical talent is crucial,as excessive tal-ent turnover can increase costs and affect operational and service quality.Suggestions Hospital management should improve com-pensation and benefits, optimize salary structures, and increase benefit programs. They should also provide career development opportunities, establish a career development planning system, optimize the work environment, reasonably arrange work sched-ules,and provide good facilities.Furthermore, strengthening community connections, encouraging participation in community ac-tivities,and focusing on mental health by providing psychological counseling services are recommended.
