Objective: The characteristics and differences of the general notice between the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the Japanese Pharmacopoeia were investigated to provide references and suggestions for the compilation of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
Methods: From the perspective of frame structure and main contents, the general notice between the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the Japanese Pharmacopoeia was compared.
Results: Each volume of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia had its general notice, including 34 to 48 items and 10 to 12 chapters based on different varieties collected in each volume. The Japanese Pharmacopoeia had 49 items not arranged by chapters. There are many differences on the general notice between the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the Japanese Pharmacopoeia, such as the definitions and expressions of names, determination of appearance, revision rules, risk assessment and quality control conception. The framework of the general notice in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia was clear, the content was specific and the operation was friendly. The term description of the general notice in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia was concise, and some terms need to be implemented under the guidance of professional knowledge.
Conclusion: In light of comparative study, every volume’s general notice of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia has its own characteristics. By integrating advanced analytical technique, combining the requirements with laws and regulations, and optimizing content and terms, all volume’s general notice could be explored to be coordinated and unified.

Objective:To explore the current situation of maternal childbirth readiness and analyze its influencing factors, providing a basis for improving maternal childbirth readiness.Methods:From March to July 2023, convenience sampling was used to select 355 pregnant women who visited Obstetrics Clinic in three Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals in Chengde City, Hebei Province as participants. Participants were surveyed using the self-designed General Information Questionnaire, Childbirth Readiness Scale, Perceived Social Support Scale, Family APGAR Index, and Childbirth Self-efficacy Inventory 32. LASSO regression and random forest importance ranking were used to select characteristic variables, and multiple linear regression was combined to enhance interpretability, so as to explore the important factors affecting maternal childbirth readiness.Results:The total score of the Childbirth Readiness Scale for 355 pregnant women was (74.41±7.09), and the mean score of each item was (4.13±0.39). The random forest algorithm showed that when the lambda (λ) value was 0.167 7, the error was minimized, and the corresponding number of influencing factors was six. The top six independent variables in importance ranking were perceived social support, childbirth self-efficacy, gestational week, primiparous status, participation in maternity school, and place of residence. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that perceived social support, childbirth self-efficacy, whether primigravida, gestational week, and participation in maternity school were important influencing factors of maternal childbirth readiness ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The childbirth readiness of pregnant women is above the middle level. Medical and nursing staff can start with factors that affect the childbirth readiness of pregnant women, adopt personalized nursing measures for pregnant women with different characteristics, and encourage family members to provide sufficient family support to improve the readiness of pregnant women for childbirth.

ObjectiveTo summarize and evaluate the best evidence for postpartum physical activity and exercise regimens. MethodsLiteratures of postpartum sports and exercise programs were searched from JBI, UpToDate, Cochrane Library, International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO), The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality(AHRQ), Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), American Collage of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario (RNAO), World Health Organization (WHO), Fitness Australia (FA), National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), Web of Science, PubMed, CINAHL, Medlive, CNKI, and Wanfang Data, from database inception to October, 2021. Two researchers independently evaluated the literature quality according to the tool of the Appraisal of Guidelines for Research & Evaluation Instrument (AGREE Ⅱ), A Measurement Tool to Assess Systematic Reviews (AMSTAR), and Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Checklist. ResultsA total of 15 articles were selected, including four randomized controlled trials, four systematic reviews, one cross-sectional study, one evidence summary, four guidelines, and one expert consensus. A total of 28 pieces of evidence were summarized, including the significance of postpartum physical activity and exercise, obstacle factors, assessment, exercise style, intensity and timing, and precautions. ConclusionKnowledge of exercise after delivery is important to promote women's health and quality of life. It is recommended that the evidence be screened on a case-by-case basis and that an individualized programme of physical activity and exercise be developed.

Objective:To implement evidence-based practice of discharge preparation service in maternal and to explore the clinical effect.Methods:Based on the evidence-based continuous quality improvement framework, apply the evidence on the clinical through evidence acquisition, baseline evaluation, evidence introduction, and after-effect evaluation. Sixty women hospitalized in the obstetrics department of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College from January to March 2021 were selected as the baseline group, and 60 women hospitalized in the obstetrics department of the hospital from April to July 2021 were selected as the evidence application group, to evaluate and compare the quality of discharge guidance for practitioners, discharge readiness level, maternal and newborn management knowledge level, incidence of maternal and newborn complications and the compliance of practitioners to evidence.Results:Finally, 10 pieces of evidence applied to clinical practice were included and 15 review indicators were translated. After the application of evidence, the quality of discharge guidance of practitioners increases from (141.83±24.66) to (166.13±10.30), the maternal discharge readiness increased from (127.12 ± 26.29) to (137.63 ± 22.59) , the score of maternal knowledge level increased from (164.58 ± 20.10) to (176.08 ± 24.25) , t values were -7.04, -2.39 and -2.83, all P<0.05. The incidence of postpartum women breast disease, postnatal constipation and newborn eczema, newborn red buttocks, newborn diarrhea, newborn jaundice decreased significantly, the difference were statistically significant, χ2 values were 5.21-7.50, all P<0.05. After the application of evidence, the implementation rate of the review indicators increased from ≤31.67% to ≥86.66%. Conclusions:The evidence-based practice of discharge preparation service in postpartum women improve the quality of discharge guidance for practitioners and compliance with evidence, promote clinical quality improvement, can be used for clinical reference.

Objective To investigate the expression of hypoxia-inducible 1 alpha(HIF-lα)and glucose transporter 1(Glut1)in human breast cancer and its relationship to proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA)protein and clinical pathologic factors.Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to measure the expression of HIF-lα.Glut1 and PCNA in human breast fibroadenoma,usual hyperplasia and breast carcinoma.Results HIF-1α expression was not found in breast fibroadenoma and hyperplastic Iesions.In contrast.the positive rate of HIF-1α was found in the ductal carcinoma in situ 55%(DCIS,11/20)and the invasive breast carcinoma 85%(51/60).Glut1 positivity in breast carcinoma was 58.8%(47/80).The totsl positive rate of PCNA in breast carcinoma was 75%(60/80),that in DCIS was 65%(13/20)and that in invasive carcinoma was 78.3%(47/60).There was a positive correlation between HIF-lα and Glut 1 level (r=0.653,P＜0.01),a positive correlation between HIF-1α and PCNA level(r=0.693,P＜0.01);and also a positive correlation between Glutl and PCNA level(t=0.742.P＜0.01).conclusion The overexpression of HIF-lα and its target gene Glut1 played important roles in carcinogenesis and progression of breast carcinoma and closely correlated with cell proliferation of breast carcinoma and may become a new target for treatment of breast carcinoma.
