This report evaluates the preliminary outcomes of a "six-in-one" integrated cough and asthma center developed under a dual-contract physician model at the Changfeng Community Health Service Center in Putuo District, Shanghai. By combining the efforts of family doctors and medical specialists, the center integrated six core functions-clinical treatment, prevention, nursing, rehabilitation, pharmacy, and nutrition-into a seamless management system covering screening, diagnosis, therapy, and follow-up. Supported by specialist guidance and teaching clinics, the model significantly enhanced comprehensive respiratory disease management capabilities within the community setting. The initiative not only improved patient health outcomes but also strengthened multidisciplinary collaboration and resource efficiency, offering a replicable example for improving chronic disease management in primary care through integrated and coordinated service delivery.

Objective To contrast the efficacy of mechanical stapler and hand suture for cervical esophagogastrostomy in the treatment of esophayeal cancer. Methods From January 2001 to August 2007,217 cases of cervical esophagogastrostomy were done in esophageal carcinoma.Among them.136 cases were treated by mechanical stapler and 81 cases by hand. Results The incidence of anastomotic fistula was 2.2%(3/136)in mechanical stapler group and 11.1%(9/81)in the group by hand. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.95).The incidence of cervical incision infection was 2.9%(4/136)in mechanical stapler group and 14.8%(12/81)in the group by hand. There was significant difference between these two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between these two groups about pulmonary infection, arrhythmia, chylothorax and laryngeal nerve injury. Conclusion The incidence of anastomotic fistula and cervical incision infection was reduced by mechanical stapler which was displayed to advantage in esophagogastrostomy.

Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(03):-
Objective To study the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Jiangtang Mixture combined with ear acupuncture for type 2 diabetic insulin resistance(IR).Methods Totally 120 cases of type 2 diabetic IR were randomly and equally divided into western medicine(Metformin) group,Chinese medicine (Jiangtang Mixture) group and Chinese medicine with ear acupuncture group. The treatment lasted for one month. The therapeutic effect, fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),postprandial 2 hours plasma glucose(P2hPG),hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),blood fat, insulin Sensitivity index(ISI) and insulin resistance index(IRI) were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in Chinese medicine with ear acupuncture group was 92.5%,which was superior to those in Chinese medicine group (P
