Objective Guided by"Medical Record Management Quality Control Indicators(2021 Edition)"(hereafter regarded as Medical Record Quality Indicators),this study aims to evaluate the quality of inpatient hospice medical records at a tertiary hospital in Guangzhou. Methods A total of 1,071 inpatient hospice medical records from the year 2023 in a tertiary gen-eral hospital in Guangzhou were selected for evaluation. The evaluation focused on three aspects:documentation compliance of documentation of critical examinations(including CT/MRI,pathology,and pathogen examinations),the compliance rate of treat-ment behavior records(encompassing antibiotic usage, chemotherapy or radiotherapy or targeted or immunotherapy for malignant tumors, and surgical records),and the incidence of unreasonable duplication within medical record. Results The compliance rate for major examination records ranged from 47.7%to 100.0%,with the lowest compliance rate(47.7%)observed in docu-mentation of pathogen culture analysis.Treatment behavior documentation compliance varied from 49.1%to 100.0%,with the lowest compliance rate of 49.1%observed in the recording of antibiotic usage.Rates of inappropriate duplication ranged from 1.0%to duplication(63.1%),with the highest rate of 63.1%occurring when initial progress notes replicated admission histo-ries without synthesis(63.1%).Conclusion The Medical Record Management Quality Control Indicators serves as an effective tool for evaluating the dimensions of medical record quality and offers a systematic framework for enhancing documentation integri-ty within hospitals.

Objective:To explore the feasibility and influencing factors of E-cervix cervical elasticity analysis technology in analyzing normal cervical function during non pregnancy.Methods:213 women who underwent vaginal ultrasound examination in the Ultrasound Department of Foshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2019 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects. Taking the median sagittal section of the cervix as the initial section, the E-cervix technology software package was started to automatically obtain the elastic contrast index (ECI), hardness ratio (HR), cervical strain rate (IOS), cervical strain rate (EOS), cervical strain ratio (IOS/EOS) and cervical length (CL). The relationship among age, menstrual cycle, BMI index, birth history, delivery mode and elastic parameters were compared. Results:There was no correlation between the elastic parameters and age, and there was no significant difference among different age groups ( P>0.05); there was no significant difference in the elastic parameters of cervical tissue in menstrual period, proliferative period and secretory period ( P>0.05); there was no significant difference in the elastic parameters of underweight, normal and overweight ( P>0.05); CL was positively correlated with body mass index (BMI) ( r=0.225, P<0.05), there was no correlation between other parameters and BMI ( P>0.05); there was no significant difference between the elastic parameters of patients with and without birth history ( P>0.05); the CL of women with cesarean section [(34.22±4.96)mm] was higher than that of women with natural birth [(29.03±4.14)mm] ( P<0.05), and the other parameters had no statistical significance ( P>0.05). Conclusions:The elastic parameters of cervix obtained by E-cervix technique are not affected by age, BMI, menstrual period, reproductive history and delivery mode, and can be used for quantitative evaluation of cervical function.

Objective To investigate the regulatory effects of cyclic diguanylate (c-di-GMP) signaling on CheB and CheR, which were chemotaxis regulatory proteins relating to the motility of Leptospira interrogans. Methods Real-time PCR was used to determine the expression of cheB1, cheB2, cheB3, cheR1 and cheR2 genes at mRNA level during Leptospira interrogans infection.Fragments of these genes were amplified and cloned into the expression vector pET-28a, respectively, to construct the prokaryotic expression system for them.Colony morphologies of Escherichia coli (E.coli) strains that overexpressed the target genes were observed to determine the regulatory effects of c-di-GMP on CheB and CheR.Results The expression of cheB1 gene at mRNA level increased 60 min after infection and reached the peak at 90 min.Compared with the control group, the expression of cheB3 gene at mRNA level were up-regulated, while no significant difference in the expression of cheB2 and cheR genes was observed 60 min after infection. The prokaryotic expression system for the five genes was successfully constructed and the purified proteins were obtained.CheB1, CheB3 and CheR2 improved the motility of E.coli, but that was inhibited by the inhibitor of diguanylate cyclase (DGC) or phosphodiesterase (PDE).Conclusion CheB and CheR regulate the swarming motility of E.coli and are affected by intracellular c-di-GMP.

Objective To investigate the role of 15 kinds of growth regulatory factors in the pathogenesis of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods 15 kinds of growth regulatory factors involving cell proliferation and apoptosis were studied by immunohistochemistry with computer assisted quantitative image analysis. The mean percent area densities of stroma, epithelium and glandular lumen in BPH were examined by quantitative image analysis. Results Positive relations were found bewteen expressions of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF),transforming growth factor ?, fibronectin, type Ⅳ collagen and proportions of stroma (r=0.323?0.278?0.235?0.241,P
