Objective:To summarize the best evidence for postoperative flap management in patients with oral cancer.Methods:Clinical decisions, guidelines, systematic reviews, expert consensus, and evidence summaries on postoperative flap management for patients with oral cancer were searched in databases and websites based on the 6S pyramid of evidence model. The search period was from January 1, 2014, to July 1, 2024. Two researchers trained in evidence-based nursing independently conducted a quality assessment of the literature and extracted the evidence.Results:A total of 14 articels were included, including one clinical decision, two guidelines, one evidence summary, eight systematic reviews, and two expert consensus. Twenty-eighgt pieces of evidence for postoperative flap management in patients with oral cancer were summarized from four aspects of risk factors, flap assessment, protective measures, and treatments.Conclusions:The summarized best evidence for postoperative flap management in oral cancer patients is scientific and applicable. Healthcare professionals need to select and apply the best evidence in a targeted manner, considering the clinical context.

Right ventricular (RV) failure has become a deadly complication of left ventricular assist device (LVAD) implantation, for which desynchrony in bi-ventricular pulse resulting from a LVAD is among the important factor. This paper investigated how different control modes affect the synchronization of pulse between LV (left ventricular) and RV by numerical method. OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for performance evaluation of pharmaceutical care for clinical pharmacists. METHODS：Based on literature review ，weighted TOPSIS method was used to formulate a performance evaluation system of pharmaceutical care. The performance of 120 pharmaceutical care work of 5 clinical pharmacists in our hospital from Jan. 2017 to Dec. 2018 was evaluated. RESULTS ：The performance evaluation detailed rules of clinical pharmacists ’pharmaceutical care work were successfully constructed ，including pharmaceutical ward round ，medication education ，medication consultation and pharmacy consultation，with a total of 17 evaluation indicators. Among 120 cases，there were 21 cases with relative approach degree ＞0.6 （17.5％）；73 cases had relative approach degree between 0.5 and ＜0.6（60.8％）；26 cases had relative approach degree between 0.4 and ＜0.5（21.7％）. The major problem was that the participation of clinical pharmacists in muti-disciplinary treatment ，the approval of scientific research fund projects were insufficient and not much paper was written. CONCLUSIONS ：The performance evaluation system of clinical pharmacists ’pharmaceutical care work based on weighted TOPSIS method is normative and reasonable，and it can be used in the evaluation of clinical pharmacists ’pharmaceutical care work . The results suggest that there are some defects in the performance of clinical pharmacists ’pharmaceutical care work in our hospital ，which need to be improved.

Objective To evaluate the value of the color Doppler ultrasonography in assessing the changes of the superficial palmar arch arteries and the proper palmar digital arteries in patients with Raynaud's phenomenon.Methods The color Doppler ultrasonography was used to check the left superficial palmar arch arteries and the left middle finger proper palmar digital arteries in 42 patients with Raynaud's phenomenon (case group).The blood vessel flow,blood flow filling and hemodynamic parameters were recorded.The hemodynamic parameters include peak systolic velocity (PSV),end diastolic velocity (EDV),resistance index (RI) and pulsatility index (PI).The control group was 35 healthy adults who received physical examination.The above parameters were measured,and the difference of the parameters between the case group and the control group were compared.Results The blood flow signal dispayed rate of the left superficial palmar arch arteries of case group was good,almost 100％ (42/42);the blood flow of the middle finger proper palmar digital arteries was poor,the blood vessel was thinner and even occluded,the blood flow signal displayed rate was 92.86％ (39/42).Compared with the control group,the PSV and EDV of the left middle finger proper palmar digital arteries decreased,the EDV of the superficial palmar arch arteries decreased also,but the RI and PI increased in case group (all P＜0.05),The PSV of the left superficial palmar arch arteries of the case group was lower than that of the control group,and there was no significant difference between both groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasonography can evaluate the hemodynamic changes of the proper palmar digital arteries and the superficial palmar arch arteries in patients with Raynaud's phenomenon,and provide effective evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of Raynaud's phenomenon.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational application of Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection in the clinic. METHODS:With reference to the package insert of Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection,the guiding principles of clinical use of antibiotics,by reviewing related literatures,based on the weighted TOPSIS methods,detailed rules for drug utilization review (DUR) of Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection were made. And then 100 archived medical records of Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection in the first half of 2014 were evaluated in respect of medication rationality based on these rules. RESULTS:Among 100 cases,relative proximity of 51 cases was more than 70%(51.0%);that of 37 was between 50%-70%(37.0%);that of 12 cases was between 30%-50%(12.0%). CONCLUSIONS:Established DUR method of Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection on the basis of weighted TOPSIS methods can be used to evaluate the rationality of drug use and promote more rational evaluation behavior. And the results indicate that unreasonable use of Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection is still common in the hospital.

Objective To explore the relationship between children obesity and adiponectin(ADPN),leptin(LP),and high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hsCRP).Methods Seventy-one obese volunteers as obesity group and 30 normal volunteers who matched obese volunteers in age and sex as control group were selected from 13 702 children and adolescents of 2 to 18 years old in Xiangtan city by sampling survey.The body mass index(BMI),ADPN,LP,hsCRP,fasting blood-glucose(FBG),and fasting pure insulin(INS) were checked respectively.The homeostasis model assessment for insulin resistance(HOMA-IR) and the quantitative insulin-sensitivity check index(QUICKI) were calculated.The difference between the two groups was compared and the relationship of all indexes was analyzed.Results The values of ADPN and QUICKI in obesity group were significantly lower than those of control group(P
