Objective:To explore the differences in tumor-specific growth factors, cellular immune function and efficacy of olaparib and platinum-containing regimen for treatment of platinum-sensitive relapsed ovarian cancer patients with BRCA mutation. Methods:A retrospective cohort study was conducted. A total of 100 platinum-sensitive relapsed BRCA-mutant ovarian cancer patients in Baoding Second Central Hospital from September 2017 to March 2020 were retrospectively selected. The clinical data of the patients were analyzed, and they were divided into the olaparib group (treated with olaparib tablets) and the platinum-containing regimen group (treated with paclitaxel and platinum drugs for 6 cycles, followed by olaparib tablets maintenance therapy), with 50 patients in each group. The clinical efficacy, tumor specific growth factor [carbohydrate antigen (CA) 125, CA199, human epididymal protein 4 (HE4)] levels, cellular immune function-related indicators [T-cell subsets (proportions of CD3 + cells and CD4 + cells), CD4 + cells/CD8 + cells ratio (CD4 +/CD8 +)], and quality of life scores before treatment and after 2, 4 and 6 cycles of treatment of the two groups were compared, as well as the safety of the two groups. The data of three years of follow-up were obtained, Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the progression-free survival (PFS) of patients in the two groups, and log-rank test was used for comparison between groups. Results:The age of patients in the olaparib and platinum-containing regimen groups was (53±7) years old and (56±7) years old, respectively. The differences in compositions of patients with different age, body mass index, Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status score, primary tumor location, lesion size, pathological stage, pathological type, germline BRCA mutation, and previous chemotherapy response between the two groups were not statistically significant (all P > 0.05). The objective response rate (ORR) [58.0% (29/50) vs. 38.0% (19/50)] and disease control rate (DCR) [80.0% (40/50) vs. 56.0% (28/50)] of the olaparib group after treatment were higher than those of the platinum-containing regimen group, and the differences were statistically significant (both P < 0.05). Serum CA125, CA199 and HE4 levels were gradually decreased in both groups before treatment and after 2, 4 and 6 cycles of treatment (all P < 0.05); serum CA125, CA199 and HE4 levels in the olaparib group after 2, 4 and 6 cycles of treatment were lower than those in the platinum-containing regimen group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). The CD3 + cells ratio, CD4 + cell ratio and CD4 +/CD8 + in the olaparib group gradually increased before treatment and after 2, 4 and 6 cycles of treatment (all P < 0.05), while those in the platinum-containing regimen group all gradually decreased (all P < 0.05); the CD3 + cells ratio, CD4 + cells ratio and CD4 +/CD8 + in the olaparib group were higher than those in the platinum-containing regimen group after 2, 4 and 6 cycles of treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). The quality of life scores of both groups increased before treatment and after 2, 4 and 6 cycles of treatment (all P < 0.05), and the quality of life scores of the olaparib group were higher than those of the platinum-containing regimen group after 2, 4 and 6 cycles of treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). The incidence of nausea, fatigue and malaise, vomiting, anemia, and diarrhea at all levels in the olaparib group was lower than those in the platinum-containing regimen group (all P < 0.05). By follow-up for 3 years, there was no statistically significant difference in PFS between the olaparib group and the platinum-containing regimen group ( P > 0.05). Conclusions:The efficacy of olaparib treatment in platinum-sensitive relapsed ovarian cancer patients with BRCA mutation is superior to platinum-containing regimen, and it can increase the level of T cells, inhibit the expression of tumor-specific growth factors, improve the quality of life, and have a positive effect on improving the safety of treatment.

Objective: To evaluate 3D imaging technology in the preoperative evaluation of breast conserving surgery. Methods: A ret-rospective analysis was conducted using clinical data from 38 patients who underwent breast conserving surgery that was assisted by 3D imaging technology in Xiaogan Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology from April 2017 to January 2019. All 38 patients underwent 3.0-T breast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination before surgery, and 3D reconstruction of virtu-al images was constructed through 3D modeling of medical digital imaging and communication (DICOM) data. The predicted resected tissue volume was compared with the volume of the actual resected specimen, and the surgical margin and postoperative aesthetics of the breast conserving surgery were evaluated. Results: The reconstructed 3D model clearly displayed the anatomical structures of the breast, tumor, gland, and blood vessels, and their relationship in 3D spaces. The goodness of fit of the 3D model to the practical sit-uation was 97.4% (37/38). In terms of the resection tissue volume, there was no significant difference between the predicted results (PRTV) and actual results (ARTV) [(61.7 ± 20.1) mL vs. (65.1 ± 20.7) mL, P>0.05]. There was a strong positive correlation between ARTV and PRTV (P<0.01). One patient underwent supplementary secondary surgery, resulting in an incidence of 2.6% (1/38). The postopera-tive satisfaction for breast conserving surgery was 100% (38/38). Conclusions: 3D imaging technology clearly displays the anatomical relationship between breast tumor and surrounding tissues, and correctly assesses breast volume, guiding surgical resection.

OBJECTIVETo explore the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) on behavioral function and synaptic plasticity in hippocampal CA3 area in rats with chronic stress depression.
METHODSAccording to the random number table method, 144 SD male rats were assigned into a blank group, a model group, an EA group and a fluoxetine group, then each group was divided into a 7 d subgroup, a 14 d subgroup and a 21 d subgroup, 12 rats in each subgroup. The chronic mild unpredictable stress stimulus combined with lonely breeding were applied to establish the depression model of rats, which was performed simultaneously with intervention treatment. The rats in the EA group were treated with EA (dilatational wave) at "Shenting" (GV 24) and "Baihui" (GV 20), while the rats in fluoxetine group were treated with intragastric administration of fluoxetine, once daily. With open-field test, sugar consumption experiment and transmission electron microscope, the changes of behavior and neuronal synapse inhippocampal CA3 area were observed.
RESULTSOn 7 d, 14 d and 21 d, compared with the blank group, the open-field test score, sugar consumption and body mass were significantly lower in the model group (all<0.01); compared with the model group, the open-field test score, sugar consumption and body mass were significantly higher in the EA group and the fluoxetine group on 14 d and 21 d (<0.01,<0.05). On 14 d and 21 d, compared with the blank group, the synapse in hippocampal CA3 area was significantly lower in the model group (both<0.01); compared with the model group, the synapse in hippocampal CA3 area was significantly higher in the EA group and the fluoxetine group (<0.01,<0.05). The neurons cells in hippocampal CA3 area in the model group showed pyknosis and deformation from 7 d with fusion structure and unclear boundary of synapse, which were significantly improved on 21 d; the neurons cells in hippocampal CA3 area in the EA group and the fluoxetine group were significantly improved from 14 d and restored to normal level on 21 d, in addition, the structure of synapse restored to normal level.
CONCLUSIONSEA is involved in the regulation of synaptic plasticity in hippocampal CA3 area, and promotes the recovery of depression symptoms.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the effect and mechanism of tea polyphenol (TP) on the proliferation, apoptosis, migration and invasion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) cell line HONEl.
METHOD:
After treated with different concentration of tea polyphenol, CCK-8 assay, fluorescent staining, cell scratching assay and transwell assay were applied to detect the effect of tea polyphenol on the HONE1 cells. Furthermore, the expression of protein VEGF was investigated by flow cytometry assay.
RESULT:
It was found that tea polyphenol could inhibit NPC cell proliferation significantly in a dose-dependent manner, however, little impact was observed in normal nasopharyngeal epithelial cell line NP69. Furthermore, it was demonstrated by fluorescent staining assay that tea polyphenol could induce NPC cell apoptosis, and cell scratching assay and transwell assay showed that tea polyphenol could inhibit cell migration and invasion.
CONCLUSION
Tea polyphenol can significantly inhibit cell proliferation, induce cell apoptosis and decreased the migration and invasion ability of NPC cells in vitro. Tea polyphenol might be a tumor suppressor of NPC cells.

OBJECTIVE:
To discuss management of chylous leakage after retroperitoneoscopic upper-pole heminephrectomy for duplex kidney.
METHODS:
Between November 2004 and Februar y 2011, 39 patients underwent retroperitoneoscopic upper-pole heminephrectomy for duplex kidney, of these 5 patients had chylous leakage. The ages of the patients ranged from 32 to 60 years (mean 42). All the patients were treated conservatively, and the therapeutic effects were observed.
RESULTS:
Delayed chylous leakage in 5 patients occurred 5-31 days after surgery, and leakage occurred in 4 of the same 5 patients during the first 2 post-operative years. Chylous leakage after retroperitoneoscopic upper-pole heminephrectomy for duplex kidney preferentially occurred at the left side of duplex kidney. All the patients healed under conservative treatment.
CONCLUSION
Chylous leakage typically occurs after left retroperitoneoscopic upper-pole heminephrectomy for duplex kidney, and can be prevented by improving surgical technique; it can be completely relieved by conservative management with satisfactory results.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2011;30(8):684-686
Objective To evaluate the relationships of the expression of orexin A in hypothalamus with hyperleptinemia, hyperinsulinism, and hyperlipidemia in alimentary obesity rats. Methods The alimentary obesity rat model was induced by high-fat diet in Wistar rats. The levels of leptin, insulin, C-peptide, total cholesterol (TC) and triglyeride (TG) were detected by luminescent immunoassay and biochemistry enzymic method. The gene expression of orexin A in rat hypothalamus was detected by real-time PCR. The correlation between orexin A and leptin was analyzed. Results After 8 weeks of high-fat diet feeding, the body weight, Lee's index, blood glucose, TG and TC significantly increased in obesity rat group (P<0. 01). The levels of serum leptin, insulin and C-peptide were significantly higher in obesity rats than in controls [( 1.74±0. 36)μg/Lvs. (1.27±0.11) μg/L, (35±5) MIU/L vs. (23±4) MIU/L, (0.21±0.04) μg/L vs.(0. 14±0. 03) μg/L respectively, P<0.01]. However, the level of orexin A mRNA was lower in obesity rats than in controls (6.8±2.3 vs. 14.5±3.6, t=-8.06, P<0.01). The correlation coefficient (r) of orexin A mRNA with serum leptin, insulin, and C-peptide in alimentary obesity rat were -0. 726 (P<0.01), -0. 506 (P<0.01) and -0. 664 (P<0.01), respectively. Conclusions High-fat diet can induce leptin-resistance and alimentary obesity in Wistar rat. The down-regulation of orexin A in rat hypothalamus would be correlated closely to the leptin and insulin resistance in alimentary obesity.
