ObjectiveTo investigate the association of the serum levels of Golgi protein 73 （GP73）， hypoxia-inducible factor-1α （HIF-1α）， and matrix metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9） before and after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization （TACE） with the treatment outcome of patients with hepatitis B virus （HBV）-related hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）. MethodsA total of 135 patients with HBV-related HCC who received TACE for the first time in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2023 to October 2025 were enrolled as subjects， and the serum levels of GP73， HIF-1α， and MMP-9 were measured before TACE and at 1 month after TACE. According to the treatment outcome after TACE， the patients were divided into remission group and non-remission group. The two groups were compared in terms of general information and the serum levels of GP73， HIF-1α， and MMP-9 before and after treatment. The Logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the influencing factors for the efficacy of TACE， and the receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curve was used to assess the value of the serum levels of GP73， HIF-1α， and MMP-9 before treatment used alone or in combination in predicting the efficacy of TACE. The independent-samples t test was used for comparison of continuous data between two groups， and the chi-square test was used for comparison of categorical data between two groups. ResultsAmong the 135 patients after treatment， 78 （57.78%） were enrolled in the remission group and 57 （42.22%） were enrolled in the non-remission group. Before treatment， the remission group had significantly lower serum levels of GP73， HIF-1α， and MMP-9 than the non-remission group （all P<0.05）； after treatment， both groups had reductions in the serum levels of GP73， HIF-1α， and MMP-9， and the remission group had significantly lower levels than the non-remission group （all P<0.05）. The binary Logistic regression analysis showed that increases in the serum levels of GP73， HIF-1α， and MMP-9 before treatment were independent influencing factors for the efficacy of TACE （all P<0.05）. The ROC curve analysis showed that the serum levels of GP73， HIF-1α， and MMP-9 before treatment used alone had an area under the ROC curve （AUC） of 0.799， 0.835， and 0.777， respectively， in predicting the efficacy of TACE， among which HIF-1α showed the highest predictive value， and the combination of these three indicators had an AUC of 0.950， a Youden index of 0.787， an optimal cut-off value of 0.39， a sensitivity of 87.72%， and a specificity of 91.03%. ConclusionTACE can reduce the serum levels of GP73， HIF-1α， and MMP-9 in patients with HBV-related HCC， and patients with a good outcome tend to have greater reductions. The high serum levels of GP73， HIF-1α， and MMP-9 before treatment are independent risk factors for poor short-term efficacy of TACE， and the combination of these three indicators has a relatively high value in predicting the efficacy of TACE.

BackgroundMigraine is a common chronic neurological disease， and patent foramen ovale （PFO） has been closely associated with migraine. Current research primarily focuses on the pathological mechanism and the therapeutic effects of interventional closure， with limited attention paid to the impact of PFO on sleep quality in migraine patients. ObjectiveTo compare the difference in sleep quality between PFO-positive and PFO-negative migraine patients， and to analyzes influencing factors of sleep quality in PFO-positive migraine patients， so as to provide references for clinical interventions to improve sleep quality in PFO-positive migraine patients. MethodsA total of 673 migraine patients who met the diagnostic criteria of migraine in the International Classification of Headache Disorders， third edition （ICHD-3）， and all patients underwent contrast-enhanced transcranial Doppler （c-TCD） and transthoracic echocardiographic right heart contrast echocardiography （cTTE） in the Third Hospital of Mianyang from January 2020 to October 2024. Basic demographic data were collected using a self-designed questionnaire， headache severity was assessed with the Visual Analogue Scale （VAS）， and sleep quality was invaluated using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI）. PFO patients was diagnosed through c-TCD combined with c-TTE. Binary logistic regression analysis was employed to examine the influencing factors of sleep quality in PFO-positive migraine patients. ResultsA total of 673 （100.00%） migraine patients were enrolled， including 223 PFO-positive cases （33.14%） and 450 PFO-negative cases（66.86%）. The PFO-positive group showed significantly more severe headache severity （χ²=15.799， P<0.01） and poorer sleep quality （χ²=14.377， P<0.01） compared with PFO-negative group. PFO-positive patients demonstrated significantly higher barrier factor scores of sleep quality， sleep latency， sleep efficiency， sleep disturbance， hypnotic medication use， and daytime dysfunction compared with PFO-negative counterparts （t=3.634， 3.269， 2.785， 3.428， 2.907， 3.637， Bonferroni adjust P<0.05/7=0.007）.By contrast， no significant difference was noted in sleep duration scores between the two groups（t=2.349， Bonferroni adjust P>0.05/7=0.007）.The Binary Logistic regression analysis revealed that age （OR=1.021， 95% CI： 1.001~1.041）， headache severity （OR=6.030， 95% CI： 4.085~8.901）， and PFO grade （OR=1.893，95% CI： 1.288~2.784）were significant influencing factors for sleep quality in migraine patients with PFO. ConclusionMigraine patients with PFO-positive exhibited poorer sleep quality compared wtih PFO-negative patients. Older age， higher headache servity， and more severe PFO grade are identified as risk factors for impaired sleep quality in PFO-positive migraine patients.

Objective:Comparative efficacy and safety profiles of tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF) versus tenofovir alafenamide fumarate (TAF) in chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients with high viral load.Methods:CHB patients with high viral load (hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA>7 lg IU/mL) receiving TDF ( n=155) or TAF ( n=157) monotherapy were included between December 1st, 2022 and December 1st, 2023, to compare the rates of undetectable HBV DNA (<20 IU/mL), the alanine transaminase (ALT) normalization rate, hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg) seroconversion rate, renal function and lipid profiles at 48 weeks of treatment. The statistical analysis was performed by the two independent samples t test, Mann-Whitney U test, chi-square test or Fisher′s exact probability test. Results:At week 48 of treatment, the TDF group achieved significantly higher HBV DNA undetectability rates (49.03%(76/155) vs 29.30%(46/157)) and greater mean reduction ((6.05±0.81) lg IU/mL vs (5.57±1.02) lg IU/mL) than the TAF group ( χ2=12.75, t=-4.65, both P<0.001). The ALT normalization rate of patients in the TDF and TAF groups were 77.19%(88/114) and 72.50%(87/120), and HBeAg seroconversion rates were 4.00%(6/150) and 2.67%(4/150), respectively, with no statistically significant differences between the two groups (all P>0.05). The differences in the changes and abnormal rates of serum creatinine and estimated glomerular filtration rate between the two groups of patients were not statistically significant (both P>0.05). The magnitude of decrease (0.15(-0.02, 0.38) mmol/L vs 0.06(-0.06, 0.20) mmol/L) and abnormal rate (27.73%(33/119) vs 16.39%(20/122)) in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the TDF group was higher than those in the TAF group, while the increases in low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (-0.09(-0.39, 0.25) mmol/L vs 0.05(-0.31, 0.42) mmol/L), total cholesterol (TC) (-0.23(-0.75, 0.23) mmol/L vs 0.08(-0.35, 0.57) mmol/L), and triglyceride (-0.12(-0.40, 0.06) mmol/L vs 0.00(-0.19, 0.24) mmol/L), as well as the abnormal rate of TC (4.31%(5/116) vs 15.75%(20/127)), in the TDF group were lower than those in the TAF group ( Z=-3.19, χ2=4.51, Z=2.17, Z=4.09, Z=3.71, χ2=8.59, all P<0.05). Conclusion:TDF demonstrated superior efficacy and better safety profiles compared to TAF in high viral load CHB patients.

BackgroundVestibular neuritis is a common clinical acute peripheral vertigo disorder. Some patients may experience negative emotions states， leading to chronic exacerbation of vestibular neuritis and a poorer prognosis. Further research is needed to understand the psychological state of patients with vestibular neuritis and its influencing factors. ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between depressive symptoms and vestibular symptoms in patients with vestibular neuritis and its influencing factors， so as to provide references for clinical intervention. MethodsA total of 86 patients with vestibular neuritis， hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of the Third Hospital of Mianyang from June 2021 to June 2023， were included in the study. Assessments were conducted using the Hamilton Depression Scale-17 item （HAMD-17）， Dizziness Assessment Rating Scale （DARS） and Dizziness Handicap Inventory （DHI）. Patients were divided into depression group（n=46） and non-depression group（n=40） based on HAMD-17 score. Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the correlation among each scale score. Binary Logistic regression was used to identify influencing factors for depressive symptoms. ResultsAmong the 86 patients， 46 （53.49%） exhibited depressive symptoms. Statistically significant differences were observed between depression group and non-depression group in terms of age， disease duration， years of education， DARS score and DHI score （t=4.512， 4.921， 2.712， 3.529， 5.471， P<0.01 ）. In depression group， HAMD-17 score was positively correlated with DARS score and DHI score （r=0.345， 0.335， P<0.01）. Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that age （OR=4.352， 95% CI： 1.520~12.462）， disease duration（OR=3.772， 95% CI： 1.339~10.630）， years of education （OR=0.074， 95% CI： 0.235~0.923）， DARS score （OR=1.213， 95% CI： 0.405~3.628） and DHI score （OR=3.619， 95% CI： 1.246~10.514） were the influencing factors of depressive symptoms among patients with vestibular neuritis. ConclusionDepressive symptoms in patients with vestibular neuritis are positively correlated with vestibular symptoms. Risk factors for depressive symptoms in patients with vestibular neuritis include age， disease duration， DARS score and DHI score， while years of education serve as a protective factor.

ObjectiveTo explore the differences existing in the auditory mismatch negativity （MMN） amplitude and latency between children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder （ADHD） and normal children， and to probe into the significance of MMN latency and amplitude for assessing the auditory perception and attention level in ADHD children and normal children. MethodsOn December 1， 2022， a systematic search was performed in PubMed， Embase， Cochrane Library， China National knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI）， Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and VIP databases to identify all well qualified literature focusing on MMN of ADHD children， then the valid data relevant to MMN amplitude and latency were extracted. The Newcastle-Ottawa Scale （NOS） was used to assess the quality of the included studies， and Stata 20.0 was employed for Meta-analysis. ResultsA total of 9 qualified studies comparing ADHD children （n=170） against healthy controls （n=159） were finally included. Among the included literature， there were 18 matched pairs of MMN amplitude data and 10 matched pairs of MMN latency data at different recording sites. Meta-analysis denoted that ADHD group resulted in potentials of slightly lower MMN amplitude （WMD=-0.334， 95% CI： -1.426~0.758， P=0.549） and notably longer MMN latency （WMD=14.768， 95% CI： 4.660~24.876， P=0.004） compared to control group， and the Bgger's funnel plot did not reveal any publication bias. ConclusionCompared with healthy controls， ADHD children have longer MMN latency， suggesting that the auditory perception and attention level of ADHD children may be reduced.

OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for simultaneous determination of eleven active constituents in Zhenwutang decoction， such as 5-hydroxymethylfurfural， （+）-cianidanol， paeoniflorin， benzoylaconitine， benzoylhypacoitine， benzoylpaeoniflorin， 6-gingerol， 8-gingerol， atractylenolide Ⅱ， 6-shogaol and pachymic acid. METHODS： HPLC method was adopted. The separation was performed on Phenomenex Kinetex C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2 ％ phosphoric acid solution（gradient elution） at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 285 nm （4.4-7 min， 5-hydroxymethylfurfural）， 203 nm [7-12 min，（+）-cianidanol]， 233 nm （12-50 min，paeoniflorin， benzoylaconitine， benzoylhypacoitine， benzoylpaeoni- florin）， 200 nm （50-62.3 min， 6-gingerol， 8-gingerol； 62.9-90 min， 6-shogaol， pachymic acid） and 222 nm （62.3-62.9 min， atractylenolide Ⅱ）. The column temperature was set at 35 ℃， and the sample size was 20 μL. RESULTS： The linear ranges of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural， （+） -cianidanol， paeoniflorin， benzoylaconitine， benzoylhypacoitine， benzoylpaeoniflorin， 6-gingerol， 8-gingerol， atractylenolide Ⅱ， 6-shogaol， pachymic acid were 0.62-12.47 μg/mL （r＝0.999 6），2.36-47.25 μg/mL （r＝0.999 7），200.80-4 016 μg/mL （r＝0.999 7），4.45-89.04 μg/mL （r＝0.999 6），4.28-85.54 μg/mL （r＝0.999 5），5.16-103.13 μg/mL （r＝0.999 9），5.53-110.66 μg/mL （r＝0.999 9），0.84-16.89 μg/mL （r＝0.999 8），0.60-12.04 μg/mL （r＝0.999 9），0.53-10.62 μg/mL （r＝0.999 5），1.04-20.78 μg/mL （r＝0.999 7）， respectively. The limits of quantitation were 0.155， 0.590， 1.210， 1.112， 1.070， 0.258， 0.553， 0.421， 0.153， 0.354， 0.431 μg/mL， respectively. The limits of detection were 0.047， 0.179， 0.134， 0.337， 0.324， 0.078， 0.168， 0.128， 0.046， 0.107， 0.131 μg/mL， respectively. RSDs of precision， stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 3％. The average recovery rates were 96.06％-103.01％（RSD＝2.64％，n＝6）， 95.11％-101.57％（RSD＝2.58％，n＝6）， 97.22％-102.11％（RSD＝1.93％，n＝6）， 96.43％-102.78％（RSD＝2.35％，n＝6）， 96.42％-101.43％（RSD＝2.15％，n＝6）， 96.86％-102.05％（RSD＝2.10％，n＝6）， 95.32％-100.55％（RSD＝1.87％，n＝6）， 97.04％-103.25％（RSD＝2.22％，n＝6）， 96.78％-103.22％（RSD＝2.62％，n＝6）， 97.04％-103.14％（RSD＝2.28％，n＝6）， 97.08％-103.51％（RSD＝2.94％，n＝6）， respectively. CONCLUSIONS： The method is accurate and specific， and suitable for simultaneous determination 11 active components of Zhenwutang decoction.

Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of congenital pulmonary airway malformation in children.Methods The clinical data of 68 children with congenital pulmonary airway malformations from June 2014 to June 2017 were analyzed retrospectively,including 39 males and 29 females with mean age(1.1 ±:0.5) years old(from 2 months 12 days to 15 years),7 cases of pulmonary cyst resection in 68 cases,3 cases with lung segment resection,1 cases with lingulectomy,57 cases with lobectomy.Results 68 cases were cured and discharged without death.Postoperative short-term complications included subcutaneous emphysema in 5 cases,pleural effusion in 2 cases,pneumothorax in 2 cases.All cases were followed up well between 3 months and 1 year.Conclusion The diagnosis of congenital pulmonary airway malformation in children mainly depends on imaging examination.Because it is easy to repeat infection,and can not rule out malignant transformation,early diagnosis and early treatment should be done.Surgical resection is the only way to treat the disease.

Objective To explore the clinical efficiency and safety of radiofrequency ablation combined with Tegafur,Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium Capsules( S-1 capsules) for hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Sixty HCC patients included in this study were underwent initial radiofrequency ablation and then they were di-vided into RFA+S-1 group and RFA control group according to the metronomic chemotherapy either with S-1 or not.The local tumor control and disease free survival outcome between the two groups were compared.Results Follow-up observation showed that the total control rate after 9 months′treatment was 93.3%in RFA+S-1 group vs.73.4%in RFA control group(P=0.038).During the 18 months of follow up,the median time for dis-ease free survival was 16.25 months in RFA+S-1 group vs.12.25 months in RFA control group( P<0.001) . One-year progression free survival rate in RFA group was 53.3%,which was significantly lower than the RFA+S-1 group(83.3%)(P=0.012).The major complication rate was 13.3%.No procedu rerelated death or severe complications occurred.Conclusion Metronomic chemotherapy with S-1 following initial radiofrequency ablation delays tumor progression and prolongs overall survival of patients with HCC tumors.

This paper was aimed to study the method of rapid determination of total flavonoids in Chrysanthemum of different processing methods by near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS). The Chrysanthemum was dried by three different processes. The three methods were directly drying, drying after steamed and drying after fry, respectively. The determination of total flavonoids in Chrysanthemum by different processing methods was produced by using UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Collecting the NIRS spectra of Chrysanthemum, the quantitative analysis model of total flavonoids content in Chrysanthemum of different processing methods was established by partial least square (PLS) and the model was validated. The correlation coefficient (R2), the root-mean-square error of calibration (RMSEC) and the root-mean-square error of prediction (RMSEP) were 0.996 19, 0.104 and 0.168, respectively. The correlation coefficient of predication (r) was 0.979 3 which state that the prediction was accurate. The method of NIRS had the advantage of fast determination, simple operation and high accuracy of prediction, and could be used for rapid determination of total flavonoids content in Chrysanthemum of different processing methods.
