Objective:To investigate the effects of rehabilitation nursing based on knowledge-action framework on compliance behavior and coping styles in patients with chronic respiratory failure (CRF), and provide scientific basis and practical guidance for clinical nursing of patients with CRF.Methods:A historical control study was conducted. A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of patients with CRF in Yiwu Central Hospital between January and April 2024. According to admission time, the patients were divided into the control group (admitted from January to February 2024, received routine rehabilitation nursing) and the study group (admitted from March to April 2024, received rehabilitation nursing based on knowledge-action framework). All patients were intervened for 1 month. The differences in self-care ability, compliance behavior, coping styles, quality of life between the two groups were compared using Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale (ESCA), Compliance Behavior Questionnaire, Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ), St. George′s Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ).Results:A total of 60 patients with CRF were included, 30 patients in the study group, with 16 males and 14 females, aged (68.72 ± 4.67) years old; 30 patients in the control group, with 17 males and 13 females, aged (69.21 ± 4.18) years old. Before intervention, there were no significant differences in ESCA score, TCSQ score and SGRQ score between the 2 groups (all P>0.05). After 1 month of intervention, ESCA score in the study group was (134.79 ± 5.62) points, higher than (125.34 ± 5.51) points in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( t=6.58, P<0.05). The compliance behavior (adherence to medical regimens, reasonable diet, work and rest, regular checking) in the study group were 30, 28, 27, 29 cases, higher than 25, 20, 20, 22 cases in the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( χ2 values were 4.81-6.68, all P<0.05). The positive coping score of TCSQ in the study group was (39.67 ± 4.54) points, higher than (32.19 ± 4.38) points in the control group, and score of negative coping score was (13.55 ± 2.28) points, lower than (18.31 ± 2.43) points in the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( t=6.49, 7.82, both P<0.05). The SGRQ score in the study group was (30.23 ± 3.29) points, lower than (35.87 ± 3.66) points in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( t=6.28, P<0.05). Conclusions:For patients with CRF, rehabilitation nursing based on knowledge-action framework can effectively improve self-care ability and compliance behavior, form more positive coping styles, improve quality of life.

Objective:To explore the expression of circ-KEL in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and the effect and mechanism of circ-KEL on leukemic cells. Methods:The expression of circ-KEL was detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction in bone marrow mononuclear cells collected from 116 patients with AML and 40 healthy donors. The correlation of circ-KEL expression with the clinical characteristics of patients with AML was further systematically analyzed. The modulations among circ-KEL, miR-335-5p, and LRG1 were predicted through bioinformatics analysis and validated by dual luciferase assay. Cell proliferation and apoptosis were detected using CCK8 and flow cytometry. Results:The expression of circ-KEL was significantly elevated in patients with AML compared with the healthy controls (Relative expression level, -Δct, AML: -7.117±1.831; control: -8.669±1.771, P<0.001) . Moreover, patients with high circ-KEL expression have significantly worse overall survival. The level of circ-KEL in patients with AML was downregulated after chemo-treatment. In addition, circ-KEL could serve as the sponge of miR-335-5p and regulate LRG1. Bioinformatics analysis showed that miR-335-5p correlates with good prognosis and was negatively associated with LRG1. LRG1 could promote cell proliferation and inhibit cell apoptosis. Our results also exhibited the higher expression of LRG1 in patients with AML. Moreover, circ-KEL exerted functional effects via sponging miR-335-5p and regulating LRG1. Conclusion:circ-KEL expresses highly in patients with AML and correlates with poor prognosis, suggesting its important role in the genesis and progress of AML.

Objective To investigate the epidemic factors of schistosomiasis in wetlands in Sichuan Province, so as to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of schistosomiasis in wetlands. Methods The artificial and natural wetlands were selected from Sichuan Province, and the relevant data regarding wetlands were collected. Routine snail survey, investigation on human morbidity due to schistosomiasis, snail diffusion experiments, questionnaire survey, determination of water infectivity and retrospective survey were conducted. Results In Sichuan Province, the mean densities of living snails were 0.003 snails/0.1 m2 and 2.033 snails/0.1 m2 in the upper and lower reaches of the Meiwan Reservoir wetlands, 0.08 snails/0.1 m2 in the Jinyan Lake of Guanghan City, 0.21 snails/0.1 m2 in Muhe River of Guanghan City, and 0.02 snails/0.1 m2 prior to the construction of Qiong-hai wetland park in Xichang City in 2015. Artificial simulation experiments showed that the largest distance of snail diffusion in water was 2 000 m. There were 8.80% (41/466) of subjects that lived neighboring wetlands, worked in wetlands and visited wet-lands having infested water contact behaviors. A total of 690 sentinel mice were assigned, and no Schistosoma japonicum infection was detected in the 677 mice dissected. Retrospective survey showed that the construction of the Meiwan Reservoir caused the spread of schistosomiasis in Dailing County, and snails were found in the ditches entering the Jinyan Lake and in Jinyan Lake areas 5 years following the construction of the Jinyan Lake in Guanghan City, with S. japonicum -infected snails detected in the ditches entering the Jinyan Lake. Conclusions O. hupensis snails are found in some wetlands in Sichuan Province. Protection of wetlands and snail control with environmental improvements are recommended for the prevention of snail importation in natural wetlands, while in artificial wetlands, thorough snail control is recommended during the construction of the wetlands because of the likelihood of snail importation via water systems. In addition, both natural and artificial wetlands require long-term systematic surveillance of schistosomiasis.
