Employing bibliometric methods and adhering to principles of textual research， this study systematically investigated prescription source， formula name， composition evolution， dose evolution， origin， processing， ancient and modern applications of Xiaofengsan. Xiaofengsan， also known as Renshen Xiaofengsan and Chantui Xiaofengsan， was first recorded in the Taiping Huimin Hejijufang（hereafter referred to as Jufang） of the Southern Song dynasty. The formula composition included Schizonepetae Spica， Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma， Chuanxiong Rhizoma， Notoptery Rhizoma et Radix， Bombyx Batryticatus， Saposhnikoviae Radix， Poria， Cicadae Periostracum， Pogostemonis Herba， Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma， Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium， a total of 12 medicinal materials. In terms of the evolution of formula composition， formulas across dynasties largely aligned with those recorded in Jufang， with only minor variations in application. The results of the formula dosage research indicated that one dose of medication in Jufang corresponded to the following modern dosages：Schizonepetae Spica of 82.6 g， Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma of 82.6 g， Chuanxiong Rhizoma of 82.6 g， Notoptery Rhizoma et Radix of 82.6 g， Bombyx Batryticatus of 82.6 g， Saposhnikoviae Radix of 82.6 g， Poria of 82.6 g， Cicadae Periostracum of 82.6 g， Pogostemonis Herba of 82.6 g， Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma of 82.6 g， Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex of 20.65 g and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium of 20.65 g， the origins of all the constituent drugs were consistent with the 2020 edition of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China. The results of the investigation into the decoction method indicated that the aforementioned drugs should be finely ground into powder（pass through the No.5 sieve）， and 8.26 g was taken for each dose， which was taken with the clear liquid obtained by steeping tea leaves in boiling water for several minutes. This mixture was administered three times daily， 30 min after meals. The ancient functional indications of this formula mainly involved dispelling wind-heat， eliminating pathogenic factors and regulating the middle Jiao. It primarily treated all wind-heat syndromes manifesting as skin diseases， predominantly affecting the upper body， especially the head and face. The diseases involved in modern applications were mostly dermatological diseases， including urticaria， eczema， atopic dermatitis and others. In this paper， by combing the relevant ancient literature， the key information of Xiaofengsan was textual researched， in order to provide reference for the modern application and development of this formula.

Objective: To explore the application effect of a guided self help intervention based on dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address non suicidal self injury (NSSI) behavior among college students, so as to provide a reference for reducing the occurrence of NSSI behavior in this population. Methods: A total of 106 college students with NSSI admitted to the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group, with 53 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The control group received routine medication treatment and psychological intervention, while the observation group, on the basis of the interventions provided to the control group, implemented dialectical behavior therapy based guided self help. The approach combines group activities, individual counseling, and selfdirected learning, covering four core modules: mindfulness training, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotion regulation. Meanwhile, data collection, skill check ins, and personalized recommendation pushes were conducted through a WeChat. Both groups were intervented for 12 weeks. Before the intervention and after the intervention, the Adolescent Non suicidal Self injury Behavior Questionnaire, Ottawa Self injury Inventory (OSI), and Barratt Impulsiveness Scale (BIS) were used to evaluate the patients, and the levels of serum neurotransmitters were detected. The χ 2 test, t test, and Cochran s Q test were used for data comparison and analysis. Results: The incidence rates of NSSI in the observation group after 3, 6, and 12 weeks of intervention were 47.17%, 16.98%, and 5.66%, respectively, all lower than those in the control group (67.92%, 35.85%, 20.75%) ( χ 2=4.67, 4.85, 5.27,all P <0.05). After 12 weeks of intervention, in the NSSI Behavior Questionnaire, the total score of the observation group was (17.94±2.69) points, which was lower than that of the control group (23.04±5.11) points; in the Function Questionnaire, the total score of the observation group was (53.24±8.94) points, which was higher than that of the control group (47.74±8.00) points（both P ＜0.05）. In terms of the OSI, the total score of the observation group was (4.49±0.62) points, lower than that of the control group (6.25±0.81) points;in the BIS, the total score of the observation group was (80.76±7.94) points, lower than that of the control group (87.74±9.34) points，and the differences between groups were statistically significant(both P<0.05). After the intervention, the level of 5-hydroxytryptamine in the observation group was (67.93±5.42) ng/mL, higher than (44.72±5.54) ng/mL of the control group; the levels of substance P and cortisol in the observation group were (35.82±4.47) ng/L and (75.64±8.02) μg/L, respectively, both lower than (48.14±5.32) ng/L and (94.53±10.78) μg/L of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Conclusion The guided self help intervention based on DBT is helpful for reducing NSSI behavior among college students.

For each dose， take 8.26 g of the powdered formula， add 300 mL of water， along with 3 g of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens and 3 g of Jujubae Fructus， and decoct until reduced to 140 mL. The decoction should be administered hot， with three times daily. To induce sweating， the patient should be kept warm under a quilt， and an additional dose should be prepared and taken if needed. This formula is traditionally used to relieve the exterior and resolve dampness， regulate Qi and harmonize the middle， which is mainly used to treat a series of diseases of digestive and respiratory systems. However， potential adverse reactions， including allergies， purpura and disulfiram-like reactions， should be considered during clinical use. Huoxiang Zhengqisan features a rational composition， extensive clinical application， and strong potential for further research and development.

Objective To explore the application of psychological stress theory in endoscopic dilatation in patients with esophageal stricture.Methods A total of 110 patients who underwent endoscopic dilatation for esophageal stricture in Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital from September 2019 to January 2021 were selected as research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional psychological intervention,and the observation group implemented conventional psychological intervention and the intervention based on psychological stress theory.The level of stress disorder,psychological resilience,and rehabilitation status were evaluated by the Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Self-Rating Scale(PTSD-SS),Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),and Morningside Rehabilitation Status Scale(MRSS)before intervention,on the day 3 of intervention,and 1 week after intervention.Results Repeated measure ANOVA showed that there were time,group,time-group interactions in the scores of PTSD-SS,CD-RISC,and MRSS in patients undergoing endoscopic dilatation for esophageal stricture when psychological intervention based on psychological stress theory was applied(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention based on psychological stress theory can relieve the stress disorder in patients undergoing endoscopic dilatation for esophageal stricture,restore the psychological resilience,and promote postoperative recovery.

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic and prognostic value of systemic immune inflammatory index (SII) for severe traumatic brain injury secondary to acute lung injury (sTBI-ALI).Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on patients with severe traumatic brain injury admitted to the trauma center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from January 2021 to November 2023. Patients received standard treatments including hemostasis and intracranial pressure management. Vital signs and blood routine data were collected upon admission. Patients were categorized into sTBI group and sTBI-ALI group based on established clinical diagnostic criteria for ALI to evaluate the diagnostic utility of SII. Subsequently, within the sTBI-ALI group, patients were stratified into survival and non-survival groups based on their 30-day outcomes to assess the prognostic value of SII.Results:A total of 260 sTBI patients were enrolled, of whom 113 developed ALI. Among the sTBI-ALI patients, 73 survived at 30 days. Compared to the sTBI group, the sTBI-ALI group exhibited significantly higher respiratory rates, heart rates, white blood cell counts, neutrophil counts, platelet counts, and SII levels (all P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that SII index ( OR=1.003, 95% CI: 1.002-1.004, P<0.001) was an independent risk factor for ALI development in sTBI patients. The combined predictive model incorporating SII and heart rate yielded an AUC of 0.801 (95% CI: 0.740-0.862). The non-survival group had significantly higher neutrophil counts and SII levels, and significantly lower Glasgow Coma Scale scores than the survival group (all P<0.05). Multifactorial regression analysis indicated that SII index ( OR=1.002, P=0.004, 95% CI: 1.000-1.003) served as an independent risk factor for 30-day mortality in sTBI-ALI patients. The combined predictive model of SII and GCS achieved an AUC of 0.904 (95% CI: 0.848-0.960). Conclusions:SII demonstrates potential as a biomarker for predicting the development of ALI following sTBI. Furthermore, incorporating SII into predictive models significantly enhances the ability to forecast mortality risk in sTBI-ALI patients.

The clinical data of 1 867 patients who underwent primary knee arthroplasty at Department of Joint Surgery, the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from April 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively analysed, including total knee arthroplasty (TKA), robotic-assisted total knee arthroplasty (RA-TKA) and unicondylar knee arthroplasty (UKA). There were 687 males and 1 180 females, aged (68.0±11.2)years(range:45 to 87 years). Patients were divided into the vancomycin group and the control group according to whether or not intra-articular injection of 1 g of vancomycin powder dissolved in 30 ml of saline was performed after intraoperative joint capsule closure. In the vancomycin group, 925 patients were included, including 782 TKA, 27 RA-TKA and 116 UKA.In the control group, 942 patients were included, including 767 TKA, 99 RA-TKA and 76 UKA. Early PJI, wound complications, and vancomycin-related toxicity including acute renal collapse, ototoxicity, and allergic reactions were assessed within 3 months postoperatively. The data were compared using the independent sample t test, χ2 test, and Fisher's exact probability method, as appropriate. Major Extremity Trauma Research Consortium (METRC). Objective To compare the effect of discrete trial training(DTT),pivotal response treatment(PRT)and a combination of DTT and PRT on joint attention in children aged three to six years with mild to moderate autism spectrum disor-der(ASD). Methods From January,2023 to March,2024,39 children with ASD aged 36 to 72 months in Tiger Children's Rehabili-tation Center in Shanghai were randomly divided into DTT,PRT and combination groups,who received DTT,PRT and a combination of DTT and PRT,respectively,for ten weeks.They were assessed with Joint Attention As-sessment Scale for children with ASD before and after intervention. Results Two cases in DTT group and one case in PRT group dropped down,resulting in a final sample of 36 cases.The main effects of group(F=11.225,P<0.001)and time(F=416.935,P<0.001)were significant,as well as the interaction(F=10.501,P<0.001),and the combination group was the best during intervention and follow-up(P<0.05). Conclusion Both DTT and PRT may improve joint attention in children with ASD,and the combination of DTT and PRT is the best.

Objective:Studying the effect of PRDX4 on esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cells(esophageal carcinoma,ESCC)proliferation and apoptosis as well as its potential mechanism.Methods:The University of Alabama at Birmingham cancer data analysis portal(UALCAN),gene expression profiling interactive analysis(GEPIA)and the Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)databases were used to predict PRDX4 expres-sion in ESCC and its relationship with pathological features and prognosis.The cancer and adjacent tissues of 60 patients with ESCC who un-derwent radical resection in the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from August 2010 to August 2023 were selected as research samples.The expression level of PRDX4 in the patients was detected by immunohistochemistry(IHC).The extracted cancer and adjacent tis-sues were homogenized to analyze its mRNA expression.The expression levels of PRDX4 mRNA and related signaling proteins in ESCC cells were analyzed by real-time quantitative PCR and Western blot.Cell Counting Kit-8(CCK-8)assay and flow cytometry were used to analyze the effect of PRDX4 on cell proliferation and apoptosis.Finally,a subcutaneous tumor model in nude mice was constructed to validate the in vitro experimental results.Results:The data from the GEPIA and UALCAN showed that PRDX4 expression was abnormally increased and re-lated to the pathology stage,grade,and survival rate of patients.After knockdown and overexpression of PRDX4 in an ESCC cell line,the ex-pression of PRDX4,phos-phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(p-PI3K),phos-protein kinase B(p-AKT),cyclinD1,and survivin protein decreased and increased,respectively;cell proliferation and apoptosis were positively regulated.Compared with the sh-NC group,tumor volume and weight in the sh-PRDX4 group were decreased.Conclusions:PRDX4 regulates the proliferation and apoptosis of ESCC cells by activating the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.
