OBJECTIVE From the perspective of China’s healthcare system, to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of tislelizumab in patients with locally advanced or metastatic squamous or non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose disease progresses or is intolerable after receiving platinum-containing dual chemotherapy in the past. METHODS Rationale-303 research data were used to construct a partitioned survival model. The model period was set to be 21 days and simulated to 120 months. Using quality-adjusted life year (QALY) as a health output index, the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (ICER) was calculated by discounting cost and health output with a discount rate of 5%. Single-factor sensitivity analysis and probability sensitivity analysis were performed to verify the robustness of the basic analysis results. RESULTS Cost-utility analysis results showed that the ICER of tislelizumab group was 65 653.52 yuan/QALY, compared with docetaxel group. This means that the regimen of tislelizumab was more cost-effective than the docetaxel regimen when the willingness-to-pay threshold (WTP) was 3 times China’s gross domestic product (GDP) per capita in 2023 (268 200 yuan/QALY). The results of single-factor sensitivity analysis showed that the three parameters that had a greater impact on ICER were the prices of tislelizumab, docetaxel and pemetrexed. The results of the probabilistic sensitivity analysis showed that the probabilities of the above two treatment regimens being cost-effective were both 50% when the WTP threshold was approximately 65 000 yuan/QALY. The probability of tislelizumab regimen being cost- effective was 100% when the WTP threshold was ≥134 000 yuan/QALY. CONCLUSIONS From the perspective of China’s healthcare system, when taking 3 times China’s GDP per capita in 2023 as the WTP threshold, tislelizumab is cost-effective for patients with locally advanced or metastatic squamous or non-squamous NSCLC after receiving platinum-containing dual chemotherapy in the past, compared with docetaxel.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and application value of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in the management of delayed pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD) hemorrhage(PPH).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 38 patients who underwent DSA for delayed PPH at Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University, between January 2019 and December 2024. The technical success rate and clinical outcomes of interventional treatment were the primary focus of the evaluation. Results Among 726 patients who underwent PD, 38 (5.2%) experienced delayed bleeding. Of these, 30 (78.9%) showed positive findings on DSA. The distribution of bleeding sites was as follows: gastroduodenal artery (18 cases), common hepatic artery (1 case), the first branch of the jejunal artery (2 cases), proper hepatic artery (2 cases), right hepatic artery (1 case), middle hepatic artery (1 case), left hepatic artery (3 cases), origin of the splenic artery (1 case), and right gastroepiploic artery (1 case). Interventional treatments included microcoil embolization (17 cases), microcoil combined with gelatin sponge embolization (4 cases), covered stent implantation (7 cases), and gelatin sponge embolization alone and microspheres embolization (1 case each). Successful hemostasis was achieved in 28 (93.3%) patients through DSA-guided interventional treatment, while 2 patients required surgical hemostasis due to recurrent bleeding. Conclusions DSA-guided interventional embolization offers advantages such as minimal invasiveness, precise localization, and effective hemostasis, making it the preferred treatment strategy for delayed PPH.

Objective:
To elucidate the association between biorhythm disorders and health risk behaviors in adolescence, so as to provide reference for appropriate interventions.
Methods:
From March to April 2023, 2 381 adolescents in Shanghai were selected as research objects using convenience sampling and stratified random cluster sampling methods. The Self rating Questionnaire of Biological Rhythm Disorders for Adolescents (SQBRDA) and the self report health risk behaviors questionnaire were used to investigate the status of adolescent biorhythm disorders and nine kinds of health risk behaviors, while a multivariate Logistic regression model was employed to analyze the association between the two variables.
Results:
The average SQBRDA score was (68.25±0.42) The incidence and detection rates of health risk behaviors in the groups with no co occurrence, mild co occurrence, moderate co occurrence, and severe co occurrence were 234(9.83%), 1 176(49.39%), 830(34.86%) and 141(5.92%), respectively. The total SQBRDA score was positively correlated with the risk of co occurrence of health risk behaviors. The risk of mild co occurrence, moderate co occurrence, and severe co occurrence of health risk behaviors was 9.05 times (95% CI =4.25-19.15, P <0.01), 44.55 times (95% CI =20.75-96.05, P <0.01) and 110.05 times (95% CI =40.65-297.95, P <0.01) higher, respectively, among adolescents with higher scores of biorhythm disorders compared to adolescents with lower scores of biorhythm disorders.
Conclusions
Health risk behaviors among adolescents in Shanghai draw attention to a serious phenomenon whereby biorhythm disorders are positively correlated with the risk of co occurrence. Comprehensive interventions aimed at addressing adolescent health risk behaviors should focus on regulating biorhythm disorders.

Porcine kidney cell line(PK-15)with HO-1 gene knockout was constructed by CRISPR/Cas9 system to provide experimental materials for exploring the role and molecular mechanism of HO-1 in cadmium-induced ferroptosis in PK-15 cells.Three sgRNA targeting HO-1 gene were de-signed,synthesized and ligated to lentiviral vector Lenti CRISPRv2.The constructed lentiviral plas-mid was transfected into human embryonic cells(HEK293FT)to obtain recombinant lentivirus, which was used to infect PK-15 cells. The monoclonal cell line with HO-1 knockout was obtained by puromycin screening and limited dilution method. The knockout effect was analyzed by sequencing and Western blot detection. The HO-1 gene knockout cells were treated with 10 μmol/L cadmium chloride(CdCl2).The cell viability was detected by CCK-8 method, the cell morpholo-gy was observed by phase contrast microscope, and the content of ferrous ion(Fe2+)was detected by fluorescence probe. The results showed that sgRNA2 possessed the highest editing efficiency. The base insertion or deletion of HO-1 gene and the frameshift of the target gene occurred in all five knockout cells.Western blot results showed that no expression of HO-1 protein was detected, indicating that the PK-15 cell line with HO-1 gene knockout was successfully constructed. After CdCl2 treatment, compared with the control cells, the cell viability was significantly increased and the Fe2+content was significantly decreased in PK-15 cells with HO-1 gene deletion, indicating that HO-1 gene knockout could significantly alleviate the abnormal iron metabolism caused by cadmium treatment. In conclusion, this study successfully constructed a PK-15 cell line knocking out HO-1 gene by using CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technique, and confirmed that HO-1 plays an important role in iron metabolism abnormality in PK-15 cells induced by cadmium treatment, which lays a foundation for further study on the regulatory mechanism of HO-1 in ferroptosis in PK-15 cells induced by cadmium exposure.
