ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy and safety of the direct-acting antiviral agents coblopasvir hydrochloride/sofosbuvir (CLP/SOF) regimen used alone or in combination with ribavirin (RBV) in the treatment of patients with genotype 3 hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection in terms of virologic response rate, liver function recovery, improvement in liver stiffness measurement (LSM), and adverse drug reactions, and to provide a reference for clinical medication. MethodsA total of 98 patients with genotype 3 HCV infection who attended The Third People’s Hospital of Kunming from January 2022 to December 2023 were enrolled, and according to the treatment method, the patients were divided into CLP/SOF+RBV treatment group with 55 patients and CLP/SOF treatment group with 43 patients. The patients were observed in terms of rapid virologic response at week 4 (RVR4), sustained virologic response (SVR), previous treatment experience, underlying diseases, laboratory and imaging indicators, and adverse reactions during treatment. The course of treatment was 12 weeks, and the patients were followed up for 12 weeks after drug withdrawal. The independent-samples t test was used for comparison of normally distributed continuous data between two groups, and the Mann-Whitney U test was used for comparison of non-normally distributed continuous data between two groups; the Friedman test was used for comparison within each group at different time points, and the Bonferroni method was used for further comparison and correction of P value; the chi-square test or the Fisher’s exact test was used for comparison of categorical data between two groups. The univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were used to investigate the influencing factors for SVR12. ResultsBefore treatment, there were significant differences between the CLP/SOF+RBV treatment group and the CLP/SOF treatment group in terms of LSM, total bilirubin (TBil), gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT), HCV genotype, and the presence or absence of liver cirrhosis and compensation (all P<0.05). The 98 patients with genotype 3 HCV infection had an RVR4 rate of 81.6% and an SVR12 rate of 93.9%. The patients with genotype 3a HCV infection had an RVR4 rate of 84.44% and an SVR12 rate of 97.78%, while the patients with genotype 3b HCV infection had an RVR4 rate of 79.25% and an SVR12 rate of 90.57%. There were significant differences in RVR4 and SVR12 rates between the patients without hepatocellular carcinoma and those with hepatocellular carcinoma, there was a significant difference in RVR4 rate between the patients without HIV infection and those with HIV infection, and there was a significant difference in SVR12 rate between the previously untreated patients and the treatment-experienced patients (all P<0.05). The univariate Logistic regression analysis showed that treatment history, hypertension, hepatocellular carcinoma, ascites, albumin (Alb), and platelet count were influencing factors for SVR12 (all P<0.05), and the multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that hepatocellular carcinoma (odds ratio=0.034, 95% confidence interval: 0.002 — 0.666, P=0.026) was an independent influencing factor for SVR12. After treatment with CLP/SOF combined with RBV or CLP/SOF alone, the patients with genotype 3 HCV infection showed gradual reductions in the liver function parameters of TBil, GGT, and alanine aminotransferase (all P<0.05) and a gradual increase in the level of Alb (P<0.05). As for renal function, there were no significant changes in blood urea nitrogen and creatinine after treatment (P>0.05). For the patients with or without liver cirrhosis, there was a significant reduction in LSM from baseline after treatment for 12 weeks (P<0.05). Among the 98 patients with genotype 3 HCV infection, 9 tested positive for HCV-RNA at 12 weeks after treatment, 2 showed no response during treatment, 4 showed virologic breakthrough, and 3 experienced recurrence. The overall incidence rate of adverse events during treatment was 17.35% for all patients. ConclusionCLP/SOF alone or in combination with RBV has a relatively high SVR rate in the treatment of genotype 3 HCV infection, with good tolerability and safety in patients during treatment, and therefore, it holds promise for clinical application.

Objective To study the relationship between serum insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and resistin levels and osteoporosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods This study was conducted on 306 T2DM patients admitted to Baoding No.2 Central Hospital from January 2018 to January 2022. According to the detection results of bone mineral density, the patients were divided into osteoporosis group (T≤-2.5) and non-osteoporosis group (T>-2.5). The differences in IGF-1, resistin and bone mineral density were compared between the two groups. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between serum IGF-1 and resistin levels and bone mineral density in patients with osteoporosis. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was applied to evaluate the application value of IGF-1 and resistin in predicting osteoporosis in patients with T2DM. Patients with T2DM complicated with osteoporosis were followed up for 2 years, and the occurrence of fractures was assessed. After univariate analysis, multivariate logistic regression analysis was applied to screen the risk factors for fractures in T2DM patients with osteoporosis. Results The incidence rate of osteoporosis in patients with T2DM was 53.59% (164/306). The IGF-1 level and bone mineral density level in the osteoporosis group were lower than those in the non-osteoporosis group, while the level of resistin was higher than that in the non-osteoporosis group (P<0.05). Serum IGF-1 in patients with osteoporosis was positively correlated with bone mineral density, and serum resistin was negatively correlated with bone mineral density (P<0.05). The AUC, sensitivity and specificity of combination of IGF-1 and resistin in predicting osteoporosis were 0.888, 82.93% and 62.68% respectively, which were all higher than those of single factor prediction (P<0.05). The 164 T2DM patients with osteoporosis were followed up for two years, and 15 patients developed fragility fractures, with the incidence of fracture of 9.15% (15/164). Multivariate analysis showed that hypoproteinemia, high-intensity exercise, lack of nutritional management, low IGF-1, and high resistin were risk factors for fractures in patients with T2DM complicated with osteoporosis (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with T2DM, the incidence rates of osteoporosis and fractures are high. The levels of IGF-1 and resistin are closely related to bone mineral density, which can be combined to predict osteoporosis. Hypoproteinemia, high-intensity exercise, lack of nutritional management, low IGF-1 and high resistin are risk factors for fractures in T2DM patients with osteoporosis. It is necessary to carry out targeted preventive measures in clinical practice to reduce the incidence rate of fractures.

Journal of Environmental and Occupational Medicine 2025;42(7):833-839
Background Enhancing the sense of honor and belonging among medical staff is a key component of establishing a modern hospital management system. Compared to medical staff at general hospitals, medical staff at oncology hospitals are more prone to job burnout, yet few studies in China have focused on job burnout among employees in oncology hospitals. Objective To propose a hypothetical model in which job well-being moderates the relationship between stressors and occupational burnout, to explore how stressors influence burnout and potential moderating role of job well-being, and to provide better understanding of job burnout and motivate employees based on the double-edge sword effect of stressors. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted in May 2022 at a tertiary oncology specialty hospital in Chongqing, China. A total of 1 898 medical staff were recruited. Data were collectedthrough four scales including a general information questionnaire, Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey, Work Stressor Scale, and Occupational Well-being Scale for Medical Staff. Independent sample t-tests and one-way ANOVA were used for univariate comparisons of job burnout. Pearson correlation analysis was employed to examine the relationships between job burnout, stressors, and job well-being. Hierarchical linear regression was conducted to identify factors influencing job burnout and to examine potential moderating role of job well-being in the relationship between stressors and job burnout. Results A total of 2 123 questionnaires were distributed, with 1 898 valid responses, yielding an effective response rate of 89.4%. The prevalence of job burnout was 60.1%. The correlation coefficient was 0.717 (P<0.001) between stressors and burnout, −0.784 (P<0.05) between job well-being and burnout, and −0.744 (P<0.001) between stressors and job well-being. The quadratic stressors showed a statistically significant effect on burnout (β=0.404, P<0.01). Job well-being positively moderated the relationship between the linear stressors and burnout (β=1.289, P<0.001) and negatively moderated the relationship between the quadratic stressors and job burnout (β=−0.571, P<0.01), explaining 7.1% of the variance. Conclusion Job burnout prevalence is relatively high among employees in oncology hospitals. There is a curvilinear relationship between stressors and job burnout, with job well-being moderating this relationship. From a practical perspective, it is recommended to establish a tiered stress alert system to monitor employees’ stress levels and prevent prolonged exposure to high-pressure conditions. Additionally, improving employees’ job well-being through institutional incentives and developmental support can enhance its moderating role in mitigating the adverse effects of stressors on job burnout. Meanwhile, fostering coordinated responses between organizations and individuals is crucial for strengthening mental health management systems, thereby supporting a healthy, stable, and sustainable development of the healthcare workforce.

ObjectiveTo understand the infection characteristics and drug resistance of carbapenem-resistant Serratia marcescens (CRSM) in a general hospital in Shanghai, and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical anti-infective treatment and prevention of drug-resistant bacteria. MethodsClinical data on cases with CRSM infections detected in clinical specimens at a gradeⅢ level A general hospital in Shanghai from June 2022 to June 2024 were retrospectively collected, and their clinical distributions, factors of hospital-acquired infections, prognosis, and drug-resistant situation were analyzed simultaneously. ResultsA total of 38 cases with CRSM were detected from June 2022 to June 2024, and the number of CRSM strains accounted for 25.00% (38/152) of the number of SM strains. The 38 CRSM infection samples were all derived from sputum. CRSM were distributed in 9 clinical departments, and the top 3 departments having the highest percentages of CRSM among SM strains, were intensive care unit (ICU) (78.79%, 26/33), gastrointestinal surgery department (57.14%, 4/7), and thyroid hernia surgery department (50.00%, 1/2). Among the 38 patients with CRSM infections, 8 cases were identified as hospital-acquired infection, resulting in a hospital-acquired infection rate of 21.05. The mortality rate of the 38 cases of CRSM infected patients within 30 days after detection of CRSM was 23.68% (9/38). The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that sequential organ failure assessment (SOFA) score

Journal of Environmental and Occupational Medicine 2025;42(8):962-970
Background Prenatal chronic psychological stress may increase the risk of allergic diseases in children, and eczema is the most common allergic disease in children, the pathogenesis of which is not yet fully understood. Objective To preliminarily clarify the changes in offspring intestinal flora after chronic stress exposure during pregnancy in rats that increases offspring immune imbalance and eczema susceptibility. Methods Thirty SPF-grade adult female SD rats were selected and randomly divided into a model group and a control group (n=15). Sixteen male rats were randomly divided into a model mating group and a control mating group (n=8). A 28-day chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) model during pregnancy was established. On the 7th day of stress, male and female rats were caged in a ratio of 3:1. Blood samples were collected from female rats in each group via angular vein on the 1st day before stress, and on the 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th days after stress. The content of plasma corticosterone during pregnancy was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). For the offspring rats, an eczema model was constructed using 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB). The number of scratching times of the offspring rats within 5 min was recorded. The offspring rats were divided into 4 groups: DNCB-CUMS group (MM), DNCB-control group (MC), solvent control-CUMS group (CM), and blank control group (CC), with 8 rats in each group. The eczema was induced once every 3 days, and the induction period was 12 d. The expression level of immunoglobulin E (IgE) in the serum of offspring rats after the eczema induction experiment were determined by ELISA. The concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interferon-γ (IFN-γ), interleukin-2 (IL-2), interleukin-4 (IL-4), and interleukin-13 (IL-13) in the serum were quantified by multi-parameter flow cytometry. The composition and abundance of intestinal microbiota in the feces of offspring rats were detected by 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology. Results The plasma corticosterone concentrations in the model group were higher than those in the control group on the 7th and 21st days of stress (P<0.05). On the 14th and 21st days of stress, the 1% sucrose preference percentages of female rats in the model group were lower than that in the control group. On the 7th, 14th, and 21st days of stress, the horizontal movement scores of female rats in the model group and the vertical movement scores on the 7th and 14th days were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After 6, 9, and 12 d of model building, the scratching frequencies in the MC group and MM group were significantly higher than those in the CC group and CM group (P<0.05). Moreover, there were differences in the contents of cytokines including IFN-γ, IL-2, TNF-α, IL-4, IL-13, and IgE among the offspring rat groups (P<0.05). The CM group and MM group led to an increase in the contents of TNF-α, IL-4, IL-13, and IgE cytokines (P<0.05), while the MM group caused a decrease in the contents of IFN-γ and IL-2 (P<0.05). After the eczema induction experiment, the α-diversity analysis showed that the Simpson index and Shannon index in the CM were higher than those in the CC (P<0.05), indicating that CUMS during the pregnancy of female rats could increase the species abundance of their offspring. The abundances of Prevotella and Lactobacillus in the CM group decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion Intestinal dysbiosis in offspring due to chronic prenatal psychological stress, which may be one of the mechanisms linking maternal stress to immune imbalance and increased susceptibility to eczema in offspring.

ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic efficacy, influencing factors, and safety of a treatment regimen based on coblopasvir hydrochloride capsules/sofosbuvir tablets in patients with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection in a real-world setting. MethodsA total of 253 patients who attended The Third People’s Hospital of Kunming from September 1, 2021 to May 31, 2024 were enrolled, among whom there were 86 patients with compensated liver cirrhosis (CLC group) and 167 patients with chronic hepatitis C (CHC group). The patients were treated with coblopasvir hydrochloride capsules (60 mg)/sofosbuvir tablets (400 mg) with or without ribavirin tablets for 12 weeks, and they were followed up for 12 weeks after drug withdrawal. The primary outcome measures were the rate of sustained virologic response at week 12 after treatment (SVR12) and safety, and the secondary outcome measures were the changes in liver function, renal function, blood routine, and liver stiffness measurements (LSM) after 4 weeks of treatment, after 12 weeks of treatment, and at 12 weeks after drug withdrawal. The independent-samples t test and the Mann-Whitney U test were used for comparison of continuous data between two groups, and the Friedman test was used for comparison between multiple groups, while the Bonferroni method was used for paired comparison within each group; the chi-square test was used for comparison of categorical data between two groups. The Logistic analysis was used to investigate related influencing factors. ResultsThe 253 patients with chronic HCV infection had a mean age of 49.38±8.65 years, and there were 151 male patients (59.7%). Of all patients, 33.99% (86/253) had liver cirrhosis, 25.69% (65/253) had hypertension, 10.67% (27/253) had HIV infection, 8.70% (22/253) had diabetes, 3.95% (10/253) had liver cancer, 1.98% (5/253) had chronic hepatitis B, and 7.91% (20/253) were treatment-experienced patients. As for genotype distribution, 2.77% (7/253) had genotype 1, 12.65% (32/253) had genotype 2, 66.01% (167/253) had genotype 3, 16.60% (42/253) had genotype 6, and 1.98% (5/253) had unknown genotype. The patients had an overall SVR12 rate of 92.09%, with an SVR12 rate of 93.02% in the CLC group and 91.02% in the CHC group. The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age (odds ratio [OR]=1.086, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.007 — 1.170, P=0.032) and HCC (OR=9.178, 95%CI: 1.722 — 48.912, P=0.009) were independent influencing factors for sustained virologic response. Compared with baseline data, the CLC group had significant reductions in alanine aminotransferase (ALT) (χ2=107.103, P0.05), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) (χ2=90.602, P0.05), and LSM (χ2=42.235, P0.05) after 12 weeks of treatment, while the CHC group had significant reductions in total bilirubin (χ2=15.113, P0.05), ALT (χ2=202.237, P0.05), AST (χ2=161.193, P0.05), and LSM (χ2=37.606, P0.05). The incidence rate of serious adverse events was 1.58%, and none of the patients withdrew from drug therapy; the patients with such events were relieved after active symptomatic treatment. The incidence rate of all adverse events was 23.72%, among which fatigue (17.39%) and nausea (2.37%) were the most common adverse events, and these events often disappeared within 2 weeks or were gradually relieved after symptomatic treatment. ConclusionCoblopasvir hydrochloride capsules/sofosbuvir tablets with or without ribavirin tablets has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of chronic HCV infection.

China Pharmacy 2025;36(11):1379-1383
OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of leuprorelin and mifepristone on sex hormone levels, ovarian function, adverse reactions, and recurrence in patients with endometriosis (EMs) after surgery. METHODS A total of 178 patients who underwent surgical treatment for EMs in Ji’an Central People’s Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were randomly divided into the leuprorelin group and the mifepristone group, with 92 cases in each group. Medication was initiated on days 1 to 5 of the first menstrual cycle following surgery. Patients in the leuprorelin group received subcutaneous injections of Leuprorelin acetate microspheres, 3.75 mg per time, once every four weeks, for a total of 6 injections. Patients in the mifepristone group took 12.5 mg of Mifepristone capsules orally once daily for six consecutive months. Visual analog scale (VAS), serum sex hormone levels [follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), and estradiol (E2)], ovarian function indicators [anti- Müllerian hormone (AMH), antral follicle count (AFC)], and T helper 1 cell (Th1)/Th2 shift markers [interferon-γ (IFN-γ), interleukin 2 (IL-2), IL-4, and IL-10] were compared between the two groups before surgery and after treatment. Incidence and outcome of adverse reactions and recurrence within one year were also compared between the two groups. RESULTS There were no statistically significant differences in baseline indicators between the two groups before surgery (P>0.05). After treatment, both groups showed significantly lower VAS scores for chronic pelvic pain, dysmenorrhea and dyspareunia, and significantly reduced serum FSH, LH, E2, IL-4 and IL-10 levels compared to before surgery (P<0.05), while serum IFN-γ and IL-2 levels were significantly increased (P<0.05); the leuprorelin group showed significantly greater improvements than the mifepristone group in all these indicators (P<0.05). After treatment, serum AMH levels in both groups were significantly lower than before surgery levels, while AFC was significantly increased (P<0.05); the leuprorelin group had significantly higher serum AMH levels and more AFC compared to the mifepristone group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions and outcome rates between the two groups (P>0.05). During one year of follow-up after discontinuation, the recurrence rate in the leuprorelin group was significantly lower than in the mifepristone group (1.15% vs. 10.99%, P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS Both leuprorelin and mifepristone are effective therapeutic drugs for EMs, but the former has advantages in alleviating pain, regulating serum sex hormone levels, protecting ovarian function, regulating immune function and reducing recurrence rates.

ObjectiveTo investigate the value of albumin-bilirubin (ALBI), easy albumin-bilirubin (EZ-ALBI), and platelet-albumin-bilirubin (PALBI) scores in predicting 2-year survival in patients with HCV-associated hepatocellular carcinoma (HCV-HCC). MethodsA retrospective analysis was performed for the clinical data of 174 patients with HCV-HCC who were admitted to The Third People’s Hospital of Kunming from January 2020 to January 2022, and the patients were followed up till 2 years after admission. According to the follow-up results, the patients were divided into survival group with 95 patients and death group with 79 patients. The independent-samples t test or the Mann-Whitney U test was used for comparison of continuous data between two groups, and the chi-square test was used for comparison of categorical data between two groups. Univariate and multivariate Cox proportional-hazards regression model analyses were used to investigate the influencing factors for the survival of HCV-HCC patients. The Kaplan-Meier method was used to plot survival curves and analyze the 2-year survival rate of HCV-HCC patients with different EZ-ALBI grades, and the log-rank test was used for comparison between groups. ResultsThere were significant differences between the survival group and the death group in platelet count, aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total bilirubin, albumin (Alb), alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), prealbumin, prothrombin time, international normalized ratio, PALBI score, ALBI score, EZ-ALBI score, Model for End-Stage Liver Disease (MELD) score, HCV genotype, peritoneal effusion, and vascular invasion (all P<0.05). The univariate Cox regression analysis showed that AST, Alb, AFP, ALBI score, EZ-ALBI score, PALBI score, MELD score, Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer Staging, and peritoneal effusion were influencing factors for the survival of patients (all P<0.05), and the multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that EZ-ALBI score (hazard ratio [HR]=1.850, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.054 — 3.247, P=0.032) and peritoneal effusion (HR=1.993, 95%CI: 1.030 — 3.858, P=0.041) were independent risk factors for the survival of HCV-HCC patients. The survival curve analysis showed that the patients with EZ-ALBI grade 1/2/3 had a 2-year survival rate of 90.9%, 60.2%, and 32.2%, respectively, and there was a significant difference in cumulative survival rate between the patients with different EZ-ALBI grades (χ2=26.294, P<0.001). ConclusionEZ-ALBI score and the presence or absence of peritoneal effusion can be used as predictors of the survival of HCV-HCC patients.

Objective:
To analyze epidemiological trends and changing characteristics of syphilis among students in Yunnan Province from 2005 to 2023, so as to provide evidence for the comprehensive prevention and control of syphilis in schools.
Methods:
The case data of syphilis among students in Yunnan Province from 2005 to 2023 were obtained from the China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention. The Joinpoint regression model was used to conduct a time trend analysis of the reported incidence rate of syphilis.
Results:
From 2005 to 2023, a cumulative total of 3 191 cases of syphilis were reported in schools in Yunnan Province(1 248 male cases and 1 943 female cases). The reported incidence rate rose continuously from 0.17/100 000 in 2005 to 8.26/100 000 in 2023, with an average annual percent change (AAPC) of 24.89%( Z =13.18, P <0.01). The reported incidence rate was higher in female students than in male students ( χ 2=229.48, P <0.05). The incidence rates in the primary school, junior high school, senior high school and higher education were 0.21/100 000, 2.42/100 000, 4.45/100 000 and 6.29/100 000 respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (χ 2=3 432.84, P <0.05). The average annual growth rate was the highest in the junior high school stage(AAPC= 30.68% , Z =7.57, P <0.05),followed by the senior high school stage (AAPC=24.28%, Z = 5.70 , P <0.05).The reported incidence rate of primary and secondary syphilis increased from 0.12/100 000 in 2005 to 2.06/ 100 000 in 2023, with an AAPC of 16.86% ( Z = 4.57, P <0.05).
Conclusions
The overall reported incidence rate of syphilis among students in schools in Yunnan Province shows a sustained upward trend, with the most rapid annual increase observed in junior high schools. Schools should prioritize syphilis education and expand awareness campaigns to curb transmission.
10.Compatibility and comfort assessment of school desks and chairs in three cities in China
Chinese Journal of School Health 2025;46(3):321-324
Objective:
To understand the subjective and objective comfort evaluations of students from different age groups on desks and chairs, so as to provide reference for standardized allocation and use of desks and chairs.
Methods:
From January to April 2024, a total of 2 446 students were selected from 26 schools in 13 districts (counties/cities) in Shanghai, Tianjin, and Wuxi from Jiangsu Province by using cluster random method, including students in kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools, colleges and universities. Standardized procedures were used to measure the height and weight of participants, and the matching desks and chairs models were selected according to the height. The subjective comfort of students on matching desks and chairs was investigated, and their objective comfort was evaluated by using a self designed questionnaire. The χ 2 test was used to analyze the differences of subjective perception and objective evaluation in comfort between different types of desks and chairs.
Results:
About 84.1% of the students subjectively thought that large desks and small chairs were very comfortable or relatively comfortable, followed by large desks and chairs (75.7%), and the proportion of small desks and chairs was the lowest among the three types (46.2%), and the difference was statistically significant ( χ 2=722.46, P <0.01). The reporting rates of primary school, junior high school and senior high school students who subjectively considered large desks and chairs to be very comfortable/relatively comfortable were higher than that of other types of desks and chairs, and the differences were statistically significant ( χ 2=297.49, 252.82, 343.67, P <0.01). However, there was no significant difference in the subjective comfort evaluation of different types of desks and chairs among kindergarten children ( χ 2=3.21, P >0.05), and 66.3% of the students in colleges and universities felt very comfortable/relatively comfortable when they used the matching standard desks and chairs. The objective evaluation results of the comfort for the three types of desks and chairs were consistent with the subjective evaluation, but the proportions of the objective evaluation as very comfortable/relatively comfortable were higher than that of the subjective evaluation ( χ 2=20.76- 813.47, P <0.01).
Conclusions
Large desks and chairs, as well as large desks with small chairs are perceived comfortable, while small desks and chairs are perceived less comfortable. It is recommended to match the large desks and chairs or large desks and small chairs that are suitable for them according to the "standard", to promote physical and mental health of students.
