The guidelines for curriculum ideological and political of nursing ethics explored the ideological and political elements of Chinese nursing, and proposed the curriculum's ideological and political goals. The development framework and basic ideas of guidelines were formed from the aspects of the integration path of curriculum ideological and political, and professional teaching, searching for the entry point of curriculum ideological and political, reforming the teaching methodology, enriching the form of teaching, and constructing the case base of curriculum ideological and political. It promoted the deep integration of nursing professional knowledge transmission and ideological value guidance, created a distinctive education system of curriculum ideological and political for nursing ethics, and provided a reference for the curriculum ideological and political construction of national nursing ethics.

Objective:This study uses two markers of resting-state functional MRI (r-fMRI) to investigate changes in spontaneous neural activity and their correlation with postpartum depression (PPD) severity. Methods:A total of 15 individuals with PPD, who met the diagnostic criteria for DSM-5 unipolar depression, 24-Item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD 24) scores greater than 20, Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) score≥12, and 16 postpartum healthy mothers (control group) matched with age and education were examined using r-fMRI. Two-sample t-test was used to compare the amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation (ALFF) and regional homogeneity (ReHo) values between groups. Pearson correlation analysis was used to determine the correlation between the ALFF and ReHo of the abnormal brain region and the HAMD 24 and EPDS scores. Results:Compared with the healthy control (HC), PPD showed increased ALFF in the right cerebellum anterior lobe culmen and the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC), and decreased ALFF in the right parietal lobe (individual voxel P<0.005, cluster size >10 voxels, Alphasim correction). PPD had increased ReHo values in the left superior?frontal?gyrus,?orbital?part, inferior?frontal?gyrus,?orbital?part, middle?frontal?gyrus, precuneus, inferior?parietal lobule than HC. Decreased ReHo values were found in the right inferior?occipital?gyrus, inferior?frontal?gyrus, frontal lobule and left cerebellum inferior semi-lunar lobule (individual voxel P<0.005, cluster size>10 voxels, Alphasim correction). The ALFF value of the left DLPFC was positively correlated with the HAMD 24 score in PPD ( r=0.585, P=0.022). Age, body mass index and education years of each subject was included as covariates, partial correlation coefficient was still statistically significant ( r = 0.561, P = 0.046). Conclusion:This r-fMRI study suggested that changes in the spontaneous neural activity of these regions were related to emotional responses. PPD cases with high ALFF values in the left DLPFC had severe depression.

Objective:To establish a method to determine the content of bacterial endotoxin in iodixanol. Methods:The standard curve of kinetic turbidimetric method was established and the dilution ratio was optimized by interference test. Bacterial endotoxin in the samples was determined. Results:The dilution ratio of 1 ∶12 did not interfere with the test. The recovery rate of bacterial endotox-in was 50%-200%. Conclusion:The kinetic turbidimetric method is suitable for the determination of bacterial endotoxin in iodixanol.

ABSTRACT:Objective To discuss the risk factors of ICU patients with catheter-associate-durinary tract infection (CAUTI)so as to provide scientific basis for effective nursing measures. Methods ICU patients from April 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital were monitored, and in-dwelling catheter chances, indwelling catheter days, maintenance of urinary catheter, perineum nursing, the urine property, urine culture results were observed. Results 92 cases of urinary tract infection occurred in 1421 urinary catheter indwelling patients.Patients in emergency department with indwelling catheter more than 7 days and perineum nursing less than 2 times a day had more risk factors of urinary tract infection (P <0.05).A total of 153 pathogenic bacteria were separated in 92 patients.Among these pathogenic bacteria,23 cases were multiple drug-resistant bacteria. The top three pathogens were 17.65% of klebsiella,15.69% of candidaalbicans and 9.80% of es-cherichia coli. Conclusion Effective nursing strategies are to shorten the urine tube indwelling time, improve the technique of emergency patients with catheter, correctly maintain urine tube,en-sure the drainage device sealability, strengthen the perineum nursing, apply multiple drug-resis-tant bacteria isolation measures so as to prevent catheter-associated urinary tract infection.

Objective To increase acupuncture doctors' compliance on hand-washing, with which cross-infection can be avoided and the security level of acupuncture can be raised. Methods To get the information on current situation of hand-washing by direct observation. Aiming at present issues, we adopted such measures as improving hand-cleaning facilities and intensifying training of hand health knowledge and hand health manipulations to prevent them. Such methods as self reporting, indirect measuring, inquiring patients, and tracking surveys were used to evaluate the effects. Results Executive rate of hand-cleaning was 14% and 79% before and after the measures' intervention respectively. Conclusion As needles are inserted into the skin for the treatment, these needles may contaminate the blood or tissue fluid of the patient. The insanitation of hand may increase this contagious risk. Therefore, we must guide the acupuncturists to pay attention to their hands sanitation.
