OBJECTIVE To explore and establish a full-cycle management model for drug traceability codes that aligns with national policy requirements and the practical needs of healthcare institutions， thereby enhancing the refinement of drug management and the level of medication safety. METHODS A tripartite strategy integrating “hardware deployment， system transformation， and process re-engineering” was adopted. This involved the introduction of intelligent identification devices （personal digital assistant， high-definition industrial reader）， the modification of the hospital information system interface， and the re-engineering of workflows （drug warehousing， dispensing and distribution， drug withdrawal， uploading to the insurance platform） to achieve comprehensive， informatized collection and association of drug traceability codes throughout all stages. RESULTS A full-cycle management model for drug traceability codes was successfully established， realizing the goals of making drugs “traceable to their source， trackable in their distribution， and accountable in their responsibility”. The patient waiting time for medication dispensing before and after the implementation was [3.08（1.67，5.58）] min and [3.28（1.77，5.98）] min， respectively. Among them， the patient waiting time under the pre-preparation mode was [3.60（2.13，6.35）] min and [3.50（2.03，6.30）] min， respectively； the patient waiting time under the real-time mode was [2.05（0.83，4.03）] min and [2.78（1.18，5.38）] min， respectively； the number of dispensing errors was 3， 0， respectively； the staffing of relevant positions had not been increased. CONCLUSIONS The drug traceability code management model constructed from a full-cycle perspective effectively meets national policy requirements. It provides data support for refined hospital management and offers solid technical and procedural safeguards for ensuring patient medication safety and strengthening medical insurance fund supervision， demonstrating practical value.

Traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage commonly presents in traumatic brain injury patients, and it may lead to complications such as meningitis, ventriculitis, brain abscess, subdural hematoma or tension pneumocephalus. When misdiagnosed or inappropriately treated, traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage may result in severe complications and may be life-threatening. Some traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage has concealed manifestations and is prone to misdiagnosis. Due to different sites and mechanisms of trauma and degree of cerebrospinal fluid leak, treatments for traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage varies greatly. Hence, the Craniocerebral Trauma Professional Group of Neurosurgery Branch of Chinese Medical Association and the Neurological Injury Professional Group of Trauma Branch of Chinese Medical Association organized relevant experts to formulate the " Chinese expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage in adults ( version 2023)" based on existing clinical evidence and experience. The consensus consisted of 16 recommendations, covering the leakage diagnosis, localization, treatments, and intracranial infection prevention, so as to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage and improve the overall prognosis of the patients.

【Objective】 To investigate the related factors of allogeneic blood transfusion (ALBT) in total hip arthroplasty. 【Methods】 Thebasic information, surgical details and laboratory data of 258 patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty in Orthopedics Department of our hospital were collectedfrom the electronic medical record system and laboratorytest system. The factors concerningALBT were obtainedby single factor and multivariate logistic regression analysis. 【Results】 The ALBT rate in this study was 19%, and the differencesin such important factors affecting ALBT as gender, age, intraoperative blood loss, drainage volume, operation duration, preoperative hemoglobin (Hb), preoperative activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), preoperative prothrombin time (PT) andhypertension between the two groupswere notable (P<0.05). Multivariate regression analysisrevealed that the independent related factors ofALBT were age ≥ 60 years (OR3.577), intraoperative blood loss (OR1.003), drainage volume (OR1.004)and preoperative PT (OR1.888). Preoperative Hb (OR0.94) was a protective factor. 【Conclusion】 Specific and individualized evaluation of ALBT, aimed atreducingunnecessary blood transfusion, can be provided through the analysis of relevant factors.

Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of mismatch repair genes (MMR) MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, and PMS2 in colorectal carcinoma. Methods: Colorectal cancer tissues, collected from 607 patients enrolled in Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2015 to September 2016, were assigned into two groups based on whether the samples were positive or nega-tive for MMR expression to determine the relationship between MMR expression and clinicopathology. We then evaluated the diag-nostic value of MMR expression in the screening of Lynch syndrome and sporadic colorectal cancer. Results: The deletion rate of MMR protein was 35.58%. No statistically significant difference in age, sex, tumor size, P53, CD34, and D2-40 expression was detected be-tween the negative group with MMR protein deficiency and the positive group with normal expression (P>0.05). Differences in tumor location, differentiation, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, and VEGF and Ki-67 expression between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). The combined detection of MLH1, MSH2, PSM2, and MSH6 proteins may serve as a simple and economical meth-od for screening patients with Lynch syndrome. Conclusions: The risk of colorectal cancer can be reduced by MMR detection of surgi-cal specimens from colorectal cancer patients, screening of patients with Lynch syndrome and their family members, and assisting with proper management and intervention.

Objective To investigate the effects of “patient-family-community”health promotion mode on patients with impaired glucose regulation(IGR).Methods Using the function of random case samples in SPSS,we randomly chose an experimental village and a control village respectively from all villages in Zhuqiao of Pudong New Area.Altogether 75 IGR patients who met the requirement were filtered in the two villages. According to the villages they belonging to,39 of them were divided into experimental group and 36 to control group.From March 201 4 to August 201 4, subjects in the experimental group were intervened by“patient-family-community”health promotion mode,while participants in the control group used the regular health guidance.We compared the test score of knowledge-attitude-practice (KAP) questionnaire,family APGAR questionnaire and blood glucose between two groups.Results Relevant indexes of the two groups before intervention showed no difference (P >0.05).After intervention,the knowledge(K),attitude(A)and practice (P)test scores of the experimental group were (8.85 ±1 .31 ),(8.87 ±1 .77)and (6.92 ±2.67),higher than (5.86 ±2.37),(6.78 ±2.92)and (3.89 ±3.02)of the control group(Z =-5.1 89,-3.299,-4.042;P <0.05).The APGAR test scores of the experimental group(7.56 ±1 .90)was higher than(6.47 ±1 .77)of the control group(t =2.571 ,P <0.05).The FPG,2hPG and HbA1 c of the experimental group were (5.86 ± 0.50)mmol/L,(8.02 ±0.72)mmol/L and(5.73 ±0.42)%,which were lower than (6.1 1 ±0.45)mmol/L, (8.60 ±0.97)mmol/L and(5.97 ±0.53)% of the control group (t =-2.293,-2.383,-2.1 70;P <0.05).Conclusions Applying “patient-family-community”health promotion mode can improve the KAP, family function of IGR patients,control their blood glucose better and prevent diabetes.

Objective To Analyze the clinical characteristics of cerebral palsy caused by human cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection.Methods Fifty-one cases of CMV infection were studied by analyzeing related clinical symptoms of cerebral palsy,finding its characteristics,and analyzing its causes by comparing with control group of 50 patients with cerebral palsy caused by other etiologies.Results The clinical symptoms of cerebral palsy caused by CMV infection were similar to those of cerebral palsy caused by other etiologies,however,the clinical symptoms of cerebral palsy caused by other reasons were more severe; 37.25％ of cases with cerebral palsy caused by CMV infection showed damage to liver function.Developmental quotient determination of cerebral palsy caused by CMV infection was 90.20％ which was moderate to severe,whereas that of 52.6％ of cases with cerbral palsy caused by other causes were moderate to severe.There was a significant difference between the two groups with respect to their developmental quotient.The motor function in 88.23％ of patients with cerebral palsy caused by human CMV infection was class Ⅱ-Ⅲ,which was mainly in mild to moderate damage.Conclusions The motor function of cerebral palsy caused by CMV was mostly in the slight to moderat damage,however the mental development obviously was mostly in moderate to severe defects,which showed that the mental damage was much greater than the motor function damage.In patients with cerebral palsy caused by other causes,the degree of motor function damage was higher than the degree of intelligence damage.Besides,the children with cerebral palsy caused by CMV infection were easy to suffer multiple organ injury such as liver damage.

Classical swine fever (CSF), an acute and highly contagious disease of swine, is caused by classical swine fever virus. CSF is one of the most devastating diseases to the pig industry worldwide and results in serious economic losses. Currently prophylactic vaccination is still an important strategy for the control of CSF. Live attenuated vaccines (such as C-strain) are safe and effective. However, there are significant changes in the clinical features of CSF, displaying concurrent typical and atypical CSF, and simultaneous inapparent and persistent infections. Immunization failure has been reported frequently and it is difficult to distinguish between wild-type infected and vaccinated animals (DIVA). So there is an urgent need to develop more effective and safer DIVA or marker vaccines for the control of CSF. In this review, some of the most recent advances in new-type vaccines against CSF, including DNA vaccines, live virus-vectored vaccines, protein or peptide-based vaccines, gene-deleted vaccines and chimeric pestivirus-based vaccines, are reviewed and discussed.

Objective To explore the effects on dogs' testis by microbubbles excitated by ultrasound.Methods Sixteen male dogs were divided into 3 groups randomly.Pulsed ultrasound irradiation and intravenous microbubbles injection were both applied in the microbubble enhanced ultrasound group (MEUS),pulsed ultrasound irradiation and intravenous microbubbles injection were individually applied in the ultrasound group (TUS) and the simple microbubbles group (MB).Results In MEUS group,the layers of seminiferous tubules decreased and the germ cells were arranged disorderly and bubbles appeared in the cells.The appearances of focal ultra-structural damage such as intercellular space widening,baseline broken and tight-connection of sustentacular cells disappearing were observed by transmission electron microscope,which were slightly or hardly demonstrated in other groups.Conclusions Microbubbles excitated by ultrasound can affect testicular germ cells and the integrity of bloold-testis harrier,which providing new train of thought of target treatments of testis diseases.

Objective To create Mucin gene 1 (MUC1) antisense peptide nucleic acid (PNA),and to observe its effects on MKN-45 cell invasion and explore the mechanism. Methods The sequence of antisense PNA was designed according to MUC1 gene sequence and transfected into human gastric cancer cells (MKN-45) by liposome,and the empty vector group (randomized control group)and blank control group (negative control group) were involved. The expression of MUC1 was detected by real time quantitative PCR and the changes of E-cadherin expression were also observed.The effects on gastric cancer cell invasion were tested with transwell chamber assays.Results The expression of MUC1 gene was effectively suppressed by the 3 created antisense PNA,and their expression level (0.62±0.18,0.49±0.12 and 0.60±0.21) was significantly lower than that of negative control group (1.18 ± 0.03,P ＜ 0.01). There was no significant difference between radomized control group and negative control group (1.00±0.04,P=0.657).After MUC1 PNA transfected,the capability of gastric cancer cell invasion decreased significantly (P=0.005).And the expression of E-cadherin at mRNA and protein level was up-regulated.Conclusions There is negative correlation between MUC1 and E-cadherin expression in gastric cancer cell MKN-45.The capability of tumor cell invasion is significantly inhibited by suppressing MUC1 gene expression.
