Objective:To investigate the effect of triply periodic minimal surfaces (TPMS) structure and ceramic volume fraction on the mechanical properties of polymer-infiltrated ceramic network (PICN) composite and reveal its strengthening and toughening mechanism. Methods:In this study, TPMS structures with gyroid (G), primitive (P), diamond (D), and ceramic volume fraction (40%, 55%, 70%, 85%) were designed. Porous zirconia scaffolds were prepared using stereolithography technology, and resin was infiltrated into the scaffolds through a vacuum. Then, the PICN composites were obtained after curing. The bending strength, elastic modulus and fracture toughness of PICN were tested using an electronic universal testing machine, with commercial PICN as the control group. The micromorphology of PICN was observed through stereomicroscope and scanning electron microscope. The cytocompatibility of PICN was verified by using cell counting kit, live/dead cell staining and phalloidin staining. Results:The bending strength values of PICN with different ceramic volume fractions ranged from 82.0 MPa to 376.0 MPa, and they gradually increased as the ceramic volume fraction rised. The elastic modulus values of PICN with different ceramic volume fractions ranged from 12.1 GPa to 56.1 GPa. The fracture toughness values of PICN with different ceramic volume fractions ranged from 1.7 MPa·m 1/2 to 6.5 MPa·m 1/2. The bending strength of 85G PICN reached 306.0 MPa, and it had the highest fracture toughness (6.5 MPa·m 1/2) and an appropriate elastic modulus between that of the control group and that of enamel. Under scanning electron microscopy, it could be observed that the cracks branch and deflect at the interface and eventually terminate within the resin phase. After co-culture with PICN, the survival rate of mouse fibroblasts exceeded 80%, indicating that PICN had no cytotoxicity. Conclusions:The PICN composite with TPMS structure can satisfy the mechanical properties and cytocompatibility of dental prosthesis.

ObjectiveTo explore the incidence, characteristics, and influencing factors of non-suicidal self-injury behavior (NSSI) in adolescent patients with mental disorders in Wenzhou City, and to provide a basis for proposing effective preventive intervention strategies. MethodsA total of 500 adolescent patients with mental disorders admitted to the Seventh People’s Hospital of Wenzhou City from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects. Based on the definitions in the Third Edition of the Chinese Classification Scheme and Diagnostic Standards for Mental Disorders (CCMD-3), whether the patients had experienced NSSI within the past year was evaluated. Patients were divided into two groups based on the presence of NSSI: the occurrence group and the non-occurrence group. A logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of NSSI in adolescent patients with mental disorders. ResultsAmong the 500 adolescent patients with mental disorders, the incidence of NSSI was 39.40%. Among the adolescent patients with mental disorders who experienced NSSI, the main areas of self-injury were the forearm and wrist, hand, accounting for 36.54% and 23.86%, respectively. The main methods of self-injury were cutting and collision, accounting for 50.25% and 29.44%, respectively. Childhood family dysfunction, academic pressure, childhood abuse experiences, campus violence, mother’s education level, and Loneliness Scale (LRS) scores were related factors for the occurrence of NSSI in adolescent patients with mental disorders, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that having a mother with a junior college education or above, experiencing campus violence, childhood abuse experiences, childhood family dysfunction, high academic pressure and an LRS score >11 points were risk factors for NSSI in adolescent patients with mental disorders (all P<0.05). ConclusionThe occurrence of NSSI in adolescent patients with mental disorders is closely related to factors such as having a mother with a junior college education or above, high academic pressure, exposure to campus violence, childhood abuse experiences, childhood family dysfunction, and an LRS score >11 points.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Infectious Diseases 2022;15(1):21-27
Objective:To trace and identify the source and the transmission vector of a nosocomial infection event caused by hypervirulent Acinetobacter baumannii. Methods:Nine strains of carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (CRAB) isolated from respiratory general ward and respiratory intensive care unit in Shenzhen People’s Hospital from July to August 2018 were collected. Environmental specimens such as ward environmental objects and medical staff’s hands were also collected. Vitek 2 was used for identification of bacterial species and drug susceptibility testing; Illuinam HiSeq 2500 platform, Staramr, Ridom SeqSphere+ were used for whole genome sequencing, drug resistance gene detection and multi-locus sequence typing (MLST); and IQ-Tree software, BEAST2 software package and SCOTTI software were used to construct phylogenetic tree and propagation path map. At the same time, the virulence of pathogenic bacteria was detected by mouse pneumonia model. Results:The 9 isolated CRAB strains were all ST2 type, all carried the carbapenem-resistant gene blaOXA-23, and the capsular types were KL49, KL3, KL77 and KL2, respectively. One of the CRAB strains isolated from removable ventilator screen was ST2 type and KL49 type capsule. Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the environmental isolates were located in the same branch as 5 CRABs, and the transmission path map showed that these 5 CRABs were also located in the same transmission chain. Five strains of CRAB were involved in four lethal cases, and in vivo experiments in mice confirmed that the strains causing lethal infection had a hypervirulent phenotype. Conclusions:Highly virulent Acinetobacter baumannii can colonize the surface of mobile medical equipment, and sharing these equipment may lead to nosocomial spread of pathogens. The use of new propagation path analysis tools has certain reference significance for the investigation of propagation events.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2017;45(7):973-979
Trace impurities of Al, Ca, Co, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, Ni in silicon nitride powder were determined by slurry introduction into a solution-cathode glow discharge-atomic emission spectrometer (SCGD-AES).The effect of particle size on the stability of suspension was investigated.A 6-port valve was selected to link sampling system and SCGD-AES, by which the suspension could be introduced into the SCGD-AES to get instantaneous spectrum signal. The calibration curves for quantitative analysis could be established using aqueous standards and the pH of suspension was not required to be adjusted accurately. The applied voltage, solution flow rate, and integral time of PMT were set to 1080 V, 1.2 mL/min and 800 ms, respectively. In this work, slurry sampling was combined with SCGD-AES by a 6 port 2-pos valve.Powder Si3N4 was tested by this way and the limits of detection for all nine elements were 0.2-53.0 mg/kg.The RSDs were 1.1%-5.0%.The detection result of trace impurities in standard reference material ERM-ED101 agreed with that obtained from inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. This method was proved to be accurate, reliable and valuable.
