Platelets are indispensable for physiological hemostasis and pathological thrombus formation, and platelet adhesion to endothelial collagen is a critical initial step in thrombus formation, often overlooked in current antiplatelet therapies. This study aims to elucidate how ginsenoside CK enhances hemodynamic circulation, alleviates stasis, and proposes therapeutic mechanisms. Inspired by the effects on improving microcirculatory disturbances in an acute soft tissue injury model, CK was identified as a PHD2 inhibitor, effectively suppressing platelet adhesion to collagen. It was proposed that targeting PHD2 regulates collagen hydroxylation modification, thereby influencing the formation of its three-dimensional structure, reducing the binding affinity between VWF and collagen, and ultimately suppressing thrombotic events. The efficacy of this mechanism was subsequently confirmed through a mouse DIC model, demonstrating the feasibility of CK in alleviating circulatory disorders. It is worth noting that when Phd2 was knocked down in mice's lungs, pulmonary embolism was significantly reduced. Additionally, PHD2 inhibitors approved for other diseases have exhibited similar anti-thrombotic effects. Moreover, when PHD2 inhibitors were combined with aspirin, they more effectively inhibited arterial thrombosis in rats. The findings offer valuable insights into potential targets for developing antiplatelet drugs or expanding therapeutic applications for existing PHD2 inhibitors in treating thrombotic diseases.

Objective To investigate the epidemiological status and molecular characteristics of diarrheagenic Escherichia coli(DEC)infection in Xiangshan County,providing a basis for its infection surveillance and outbreak control.Methods The real-time fluores-cence quantitative PCR(qRT-PCR)was used to detect virulence genes in isolated E.coli strains.The identified DEC strains were per-formed whole genome sequencing(WGS).The sequencing data were utilized for bacterial resistance gene analysis,multilocus sequence typing(MLST),and core genome multilocus sequence typing(cgMLST).Results A total of 29 DEC strains were isolated,with a detection rate of 9.8%.Enteroaggregative E.coli(EAEC)and enterotoxigenic E.coli(ETEC)were the main strains,accounting for 51.7%and 31.1%,respectively,while enteropathogenic E.coli(EPEC)had a relatively low proportion(17.2%).Drug resistance gene analysis showed that these strains were generally resistant to multiple antibiotics such as fluoroquinolones and carbapenems.MLST typing identified 19 sequence types(STs),including one novel ST type(STcpEC1).Among them,ST117,ST2178,ST31,and ST48 were dominant types.ETEC strains were mainly concentrated in the clonal complex CC-10,while the molecular typing of EAEC and EPEC strains was more dispersed.cgMLST analysis further confirmed the genetic characteristics of different DEC strains.Conclusion DEC infections in Xiangshan County are mainly caused by EAEC,ETEC,and EPEC.These strains have abundant resistance genes.Among them,the molecular typing of EAEC and EPEC is relatively dispersed,while ETEC is concentrated in the clonal complex CC-10.

Objective:To explore the mediating effect of self-esteem and resilience,and the moderating role of left-behind experience on negative life events and depression in college students.Methods:Totally 879 college students were selected from 3 universities in Sichuan and Chongqing (396 college students with left-behind experience,483 college students without left-behind experience).The Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List (ASLEC),Self-esteem Scale (SES),Resilience Scale of Chinese Adolescent (RSCA) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) were used to measure the negative life events,self-esteem,resilience and depression.The Bootstrap program and multiple-group analysis were used to test mediation effect and moderation effect.Results:Scores of ASLEC were higher in those with left-behind experience than in those without left-behind experience [(9.0 ± 3.8)vs.(6.8 ± 3.1),P ＜ 0.001].College students'left-behind experience was positively correlated with scores of ASLEC and SDS (r ＝0.22-0.22,Ps ＜0.01),while negatively correlated with scores of RSCA and SES (r ＝-0.29--0.56,Ps ＜0.01).The complete mediating effect of the scores of SES and RSCA between ASLEC score and SDS score was significant (mediating effect ＝ 0.08,0.13,0.07;Ps ＜ 0.01).It was significant that the mediaring roles of self-esteem and resilience (95％ CI:0.13-0.68).Left-behind experience played the moderating effect on self-esteem and resilience (the constraint model fitting degree of variation was △x2 ＝ 2120.68,△df＝ 8,P ＜ 0.001).Conclusions:Self-esteem and resilience completely mediates college students'negative events and depression,which is moderated by their previous left-behind experience.

Objective To evaluate the applicability of activated charcoal in treatment of oral poisoning. Methods The feasibility of clinical manipulation and tastiness of 4 forms of activated charcoal were investigated, with different dosage forms in 35 nurses and 50 volunteers, respectively. The feasibility of the clinical manipulation was assessed by gastrelavage time and block numbers of stomach duet,and the tastiness by volunteers' taking orally. Results The gastrolavage time (151.8±17.8) s for powder, (96.9±24.80) s for suspension, (319.0±82.4) s for tablet and (314.3±93.3) s for suspension(P <0.001). Conclusion There are significant differences in the applicability of activated charcoal in different dosage forms. The suspension is the best form in feasibility. Capsule and tablet are better than powder and suspension in tastiness. Suspension and powder are the worst to accept.
