Cellular autophagy has a dual regulatory effect on the tumor microenvironment， which always affects the occurrence and development of digestive system tumors. Therefore， the effect and mechanism of action of cellular autophagy on digestive system tumors have become a hot topic in tumor therapy in recent years. Meanwhile， the remarkable research results of targeted autophagy drugs indicate that cellular autophagy may become an important target for anti-digestive system tumors. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has been widely used in the comprehensive treatment of digestive system tumors with good efficacy. A variety of active ingredients in TCM， such as flavonoids， glycosides， terpenoids， quinones， and alkaloids， can increase the expression of autophagy-associated proteins microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3 （LC3）Ⅱ/Ⅰ， autophagy-related gene （ATG）5， ATG7， inhibit the expression of autophagy-related protein p62 ， and induce autophagy in digestive system tumor cells， thereby exerting the anti-digestive system tumor effect. By summarizing the research results in recent years on the modulation of cell autophagy by active ingredients in TCM to fight against digestive system tumors， this paper analyzed the relevant signaling pathways， regulatory factors， and functional characteristics of cell autophagy modulation， so as to elucidate the mechanism by which active ingredients of TCM induce autophagy and to provide ideas and references for clinical application.

Breast cancer （BC）， a common malignant tumor in women， is characterized by high incidence and mortality rates， posing a serious threat to women's life and health. Currently， the commonly used treatments for BC include surgery， radiotherapy， chemotherapy， molecular targeted therapy， and endocrine therapy. Although radiotherapy and chemotherapy can effectively kill tumor cells and inhibit the proliferation and differentiation of tumor cells， they can induce adverse reactions such as hematopoietic dysfunction and impaired immune function. The other treatment methods also have problems such as drug resistance， high recurrence rates， reduced quality of life， and poor clinical efficacy. Therefore， it is urgent to explore new drugs with better efficacy and lower toxicity. Ferroptosis is a form of iron-dependent， non-apoptotic programmed cell death triggered by lipid peroxidation. In recent years， ferroptosis has become a hot topic in the field of cancer treatment and has been gradually proven to effectively inhibit the proliferation and metastasis of BC cells， reduce the drug resistance of BC to chemotherapy drugs， and enhance the sensitivity of BC to radiotherapy. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， with multiple components， multiple targets， and mild side effects， is widely used in the treatment of BC. A large number of studies have shown that active ingredients of TCM， such as saponins， flavonoids， terpenoids， phenols， and polysaccharides， can inhibit the proliferation and metastasis of BC cells by modulating ferroptosis-related pathways. These include iron metabolism， lipid metabolism， cystine/glutamate antiporter system Xc^-/glutathione/glutathione peroxidase 4， Specifically， these ingredients elevate the levels of lipid peroxidation， reactive oxygen species， malondialdehyde， and Fe²⁺ in BC cells， thereby inducing ferroptosis-mediated suppression of tumor progression. This article reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years， summarizes the mechanisms of ferroptosis in regulating BC and the research progress in the active components of TCM targeting ferroptosis in the intervention of BC， aiming to provide ideas for the development of new drugs for the treatment of BC.

Panvascular diseases represent systemic vascular disorders characterized by atherosclerosis as their core pathological feature. Their incidence rates continue to rise， posing significant challenges for clinical management. Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） theory of ''positive deficiency phlegm stasis''， this study delved into the pivotal role of mitochondrial homeostasis dysregulation in the pathogenesis and progression of pan-vascular diseases， along with its intrinsic connection to TCM pathogenesis. Mitochondrial homeostasis dysregulation pervades the entire course of these diseases， with mitochondrial oxidative stress serving as the initiating factor. Excessive reactive oxygen species （ROS） trigger endothelial dysfunction， lipid accumulation， and inflammatory initiation. Additionally， the imbalance between mitochondrial autophagy and apoptosis constitutes a pivotal link in disease progression. Excessive or insufficient autophagy may lead to the accumulation of damaged mitochondria and excessive cellular apoptosis， thereby promoting plaque instability. Furthermore， mitochondrial metabolic reprogramming impairs energy supply and function in vascular wall cells， hindering subsequent vascular repair. These pathological processes constitute the microscopic manifestation of the core pathogenesis， which is characterized by ''the intermingle of phlegm and stasis and the deficiency of healthy Qi''. Specifically， the endogenous phlegm-turbidity drives mitochondrial oxidative stress injuries， the mutual entanglement of phlegm and stasis induces an imbalance between mitochondrial autophagy and apoptosis， while deficiency of healthy Qi propels mitochondrial energy metabolism disorders and reprogramming. In view of this， this study proposed to employ phlegm-resolving and turbidity-clearing methods to mitigate mitochondrial oxidative stress injuries， phlegm-resolving and blood-activating methods to regulate mitochondrial autophagy and apoptosis， and spleen-tonifying and kidney-nourishing methods to modulate mitochondrial metabolic reprogramming. This approach can prevent and treat panvascular diseases by multi-target regulation of mitochondrial homeostasis， providing a theoretical framework and therapeutic strategies for the prevention and treatment of panvascular diseases through integrated Chinese and Western medicine.

The deficiency of fingers due to various reasons leads to a certain degree of loss of full or part hand functions. Physical and mental health of patients are seriously affected, and patients have varying degrees of reduced quality of life. Prosthesis fingers play an important role in completing the body shape and enhancing patients’ self-confidence and self-esteem. However, how to make prosthesis fingers perform coordinated movements and restore complete functions is a crucial problem that urgently needs to be solved. This paper reviews the methods of brain-computer interface controlled fine finger movements and elaborates on the origin, current situation, and advancements of the development of this technology, laying a foundation for subsequent research, with the expectation of helping patients solve the problems arising from the insufficiency or absence of finger functions.

Renal denervation (RDN) as an interventional approach for treating refractory hypertension has developed a variety of ablation strategies and different energy ablation techniques. This article reviews the principles, characteristics, clinical advantages, and the latest research progress of mapping/selective RDN system. Selective RDN identifies “hot spots” (sympathetic nerve-rich points) through renal nerve stimulation (RNS) for targeted ablation, while avoiding “cold spots” (parasympathetic nerve-rich points) and “neutral points”, achieving more precise sympathetic nerve regulation. Animal experiments and clinical studies have shown that mapping/selective RDN can more effectively lower blood pressure, achieve blood pressure targets, and reduce the burden of antihypertensive drugs (reducing the drug index by 3.25). Mapping/selective RDN system provides a personalized solution for hypertension treatment, improving treatment efficiency and reducing complications.

Although existing Western medical treatments can inhibit tumor growth to a certain extent and relieve patients' painful symptoms， problems such as postoperative recurrence and metastasis， numerous adverse reactions， and the tendency to develop drug resistance make the overall therapeutic effect unsatisfactory. Therefore， it is urgent to seek more efficient and safer treatments. Adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase （AMPK） signaling pathway can regulate the growth， differentiation， apoptosis， and autophagy of lung cancer cells， and is extensively involved in the occurrence and development of lung cancer， thus being regarded as an important target for anti-lung cancer therapy. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） exerts anti-lung cancer effects through multiple pathways， mechanisms， and targets， with advantages such as preventing postoperative recurrence and metastasis， alleviating the adverse reactions of radiotherapy and chemotherapy， and improving quality of life. TCM has therefore become a key approach in current anti-lung cancer treatment. Studies have found that active components of Chinese medicine， including flavonoids， saponins， polyphenols， and terpenes， as well as Chinese medicine compound prescriptions such as Guiqi Yiyuan extract， Qingzao Jiufei decoction， and Yiqi Fuzheng formula， have significant regulatory effects on AMPK and its interacting signaling pathways. These effects include inducing autophagy and apoptosis of lung cancer cells， modulating macrophage polarization， inhibiting epithelial-mesenchymal transition， reversing drug resistance， and blocking the cell cycle， thereby exerting anti-lung cancer activity. This article reviews and summarizes recent studies on the anti-lung cancer effects of TCM， and discusses the mechanisms by which TCM regulates the AMPK signaling pathway in the treatment of lung cancer， with the aim of providing ideas and references for the development of new clinical anti-lung cancer drugs.

Objective To observe the value of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)iFlow parameters for predicting major amputation in patients with acute lower limb ischemia(ALLI)within 30 days after revascularization operation.Methods Totally 310 ALLI patients who underwent revascularization operation were retrospectively included and divided into major amputation group(n=36)and non-major amputation group(n=274)according to major amputation within 30 days after revascularization operation or not.iFlow parameters,including time to peak(TTP)and the Peak were obtained after processing of DSA images after revascularization.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were used to screen the optimal cut-off value of TTP and Peak for predicting major amputation post operation,and then TTP and Peak were dichotomized.The dichotomized TTP and Peak variables and other variables were admitted into a multivariate logistic regression to identify independent predictors of major amputation.Results TTP was higher and Peak was lower in major amputation group than those in non-major amputation group(both P＜0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of TTP and Peak for predicting major amputation within 30 days post operation was 0.831 and 0.712,respectively,and the optimal cut-off value was 16 s and 1.53,respectively.Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that atrial fibrillation(AF)[OR(95％CI)=3.048(1.076,8.632)],livid skin appearance[OR(95％CI)=6.035(2.323,15.677)],TTP≥16 s after revascularization operation[OR(95％CI)=8.414(3.116,22.723)]and high myoglobin levels measured 48 h after operation[OR(95％CI)=1.001(1.001,1.001)]were all independent predictors of major amputation within 30 days in ALLI patients,but dichotomized Peak variable was not an independent predictor[OR(95％CI)=0.485(0.183,1.283),P=0.145].Conclusion TTP obtained through DSA iFlow was valuable for predicting major amputation in ALLI patients within 30 days after revascularization operation.

With the increasing utilization of cancer therapy, the incidence of lung injury associated with these treatments continues to rise. The recognition of pulmonary toxicity related to cancer therapy has become increasingly critical, for which interstitial lung disease (ILD) is a common cause of mortality. Cancer therapy-related ILD (CT-ILD) can result from a variety of treatments including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immune checkpoint inhibitors, antibody-drug conjugates, and radiotherapy. CT-ILD may progress rapidly and even be life-threatening; therefore, prompt diagnosis and timely treatment are crucial for effective management. This review aims to provide valuable information on the risk factors associated with CT-ILD; elucidate its underlying mechanisms; discuss its clinical features, imaging, and histological manifestations; and emphasize the clinical-related views of its diagnosis. In addition, this review provides an overview of grading, typing, and staging treatment strategies used for the management of CT-ILD.
