Fire safety is crucial for the regular operation of large public hospitals. This paper elaborates on the funda-mental guidelines for fire safety management in large hospitals.Under the framework of collaborative governance theory,it also analyzes and points out that the standardization of peoples behavior in hospitals and the integrity of fire safety facilities are the pri-mary factors influencing the efficacy of fire safety management.Subsequently, based on management practices,it suggests focu-sing on"five synergies"in enforcing primary responsibility for fire safety, namely, the implementation of fire safety main respon-sibilities in synergy, the regular inspection and rectification of fire hazards in synergy, the training and evaluation of basic fire safety skills in synergy, the lifecycle management of fire safety facilities in synergy, and the building of a fire safety management team in synergy. This approach aims to maximize overall fire safety effectiveness and comprehensively enhance the level of fire safety management in hospitals. Finally, the paper discusses and calls for further enhancements in the management of fire safety in large public hospitals.

Objective To explore the influences of continued nursing care on the recovery of intra-articular fractures of joint function of limbs and the quality of life after operation. Methods A total of 493 intra-articular fracture of limbs postoperative patients, who were discharged from our department from January 2015 to December 2016,were randomly divided into observation group and reference group. After operation, the reference group used self-management mode to practice joint functional exercise, while the observation group uses continued nursing mode to guide physical therapy to recover joint functions. After they discharged 12 weeks,we compared these two groups of patients with satisfaction of nursing care, joint function recovery and quality of life. Results After 12 weeks of operation, in observation group, the patients' joint function recovery rate was close to 79.27%(195/246), which was significantly higher than the rates 55.47%(137/247)in reference group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=32.947,P<0.01). Respectively, the physiological function score, vigor score, mental health score, physiology role score, body pain score, health condition score, social function score and health score of the observation group in the quality of life assessment were (72.66 ± 4.41), (89.27 ± 4.10), (93.01 ± 3.05), (88.03 ± 3.19), (91.68±3.99),(76.78±4.86),(79.11±4.68),(85.57±7.07).The scores of control groups were(65.71±3.41),(64.02±4.51),(61.43±4.29),(66.49±4.52),(64.24±4.30),(62.02±6.24),(62.94±4.50),(65.02±7.72).The comparative difference of the two groups has statistical significance (t=12.48- 60.15, P<0.05). Meanwhile,in the satisfaction rate of nursing care, the great satisfaction rate of observation group(70.73%, 174/246) was much higher than reference group (37.65%, 93/247), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=59.789, P<0.01). Conclusion Offered outside continued nursing care to the intra-articular fracture of limbs postoperative patients can effectively improve the joint function of patients, their qualities of life and can considerably increase satisfaction of nursing care. Thus,it should to be clinically promoted.

Objective To investigate the expressions of homeobox gene 10 (HOXD10) and analyze its clinical significance. Methods Expressions of HOXD10 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry SP method in 53 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissues and corresponding normal tissues which was fixed by 4% formalin and embedded by paraffin. It was analyzed that the relationship between the expression of HOXD10 protein and clinico-pathological features. Results The positive staining rate of HOXD10 protein in normal colorectal mucosal tissue (5.7%)was significantly lower than that incolorectal carcinoma tissue(64.2%),the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05). In colorectal cancer tissue, the positive rate of HOXD10 protein in high differentiation(53.8%), T1+T2(38.5%),Ⅰ+Ⅱ(54.3%)and no lymph node metastasis(55.3%)was lower than that in low differentiation (73.0%),T3+T4(72.5%),Ⅲ+Ⅳ(83.3%)and lymph node metastasis, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). However,it was not statistically significant between the positive rate of HOXD10 protein and the gender, age, primary site and tumor size in colorectal cancer patients(P>0.05). Conclusion The expression of HOXD10 protein is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer.

BACKGROUND:Research on hand braces is relatively backward, which is difficult to be promoted widely. Zone II extensor tendon has a complex structure, and poor recovery is commonly seen after injury. The main treatment for zone II extensor tendon injury is the fixation with plaster slab, plywood and polymer materials, and up to now, there is no ideal brace for zone II extensor tendon injury.
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of home-made multi-function hand brace on the repair of zone II extensor tendon injury.
METHODS:Seventy-six patients with zone II extensor tendon injury were randomly divided into test group and control group, with 38 in each group. In the test group, patients were given appropriate rehabilitation education and multi-function hand brace based apart from conventional hand surgery on zone II extensor tendon; in the control group, patients underwent conventional hand surgery and guiding functional training. Total active motion of the extensor tendons of fingers were evaluated at 1, 2, 3 months after treatment; and the manual dexterity and fine motor of the hand were assessed at 2 and 3 months after treatment.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The difference in the total active motion of extensor tendons of fingers was of great significance between the two groups at 1, 2, 3 months after treatment (P < 0.05). The Minnesota manual dexterity and fine motor of the hand also showed significant differences between the two groups at 2 and 3 months after treatment (P < 0.05). Patient’s cost-effectiveness analysis results showed that the total cost of the two groups had no statistical significance (P> 0.05), but less cost was used for one point increase in the above-mentioned three functional scores of the test group than the control group (P < 0.05), indicating the implementation of cost-effective treatment. This home-made brace can prevent adhesions and anchylosis during the postoperative auxiliary exercise; meanwhile, it can improve the range of motion, flexibility and fine motor ability of the hand and has a higher cost performance in the postoperative adjuvant exercise therapy of zone II extensor tendon injury.
