Objective:To investigate the plasma differential protein expressions between patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) and normal controls, and to search plasma protein markers or protein combinations with screening or diagnostic significance.Methods:Plasma samples from 98 patients with dementia of Alzheimer type (DAT), 102 patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and 101 normal controls (NC) were collected from Wuxi Mental Health Center and Shanghai Mental Health Center from 2016 to 2018.The expression levels of 50 kinds of plasma proteins in all plasma samples were detected by Milliplex MAP assays(xMAP).Analysis of variance, regression analysis, discriminant analysis, and ROC analysis on the data were performed using SPSS 20.0 software.Results:(1)Compared with the NC group, 26 plasma proteins were up-regulated and 4 proteins were down-regulated in DAT group, while 6 proteins were up-regulated and 4 proteins were down-regulated in MCI group(all P<0.05).Compared with the NC group, 6 proteins were upregulated in both MIC group and DAT group, which were clusterin(Clust) (613.41(278.89), 761.76(358.60), 473.01(321.73)), cystatin C(Cys C) (691.88(441.34), 852.28(551.75), 548.64(545.28)), transthyretin(TTR) (207.10(168.60), 220.95(151.20), 152.89(162.70)), complement factor H(Com FH) (331.67(218.37), 361.69(124.64), 225.79(236.82)), soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM1) (109.30(49.47), 137.21(50.36), 87.06(57.59), and apolipoprotein E(APOE) (79.33(78.13), 79.31(68.85), 54.88(67.34)).The serum amyloid P component(SAP) was downregulated in both DAT and MCI groups(121.23(311.31), 92.39(156.62), 125.00(242.82)) compared with NC group.(2)Three sets of protein combination were screened by differential analysis, regression analysis, and discriminant analysis, including 8 proteins, 9 proteins and 7 proteins, respectively.And SAP, angiotensin (AGT), osteopontin (OPN), and complement C4 (Com C4) were the compared with NC group most frequently selected protein.The screening correct rate of three protein combinations were respectively 67.4%-71.4% for AD, 82.4%-88.4% for DAT, and 60.6%-63.5% for MCI. Conclusions:A variety of plasma proteins such as Clust, Cys C, TTR, Com FH, sICAM1, APOE are upregulated, while SAP is downregulated in AD patients.These differential protein combinations can help with early diagnosis of dementia with Alzheimer type.SAP, AGT, OPN and Com C4 may be potential markers for early screening or diagnosis of AD.

Objective:The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview (Hypo-) Manic Episode with Mixed Features- DSM-5 module (MINI-M) were tested in patients with a hypomanic or manic episode.Methods:After sinicization of MINI-M, a total of 110 patients with hypomanic or manic episode were recruited into this multiple-centre study through a convenience sampling, and completed the questionnaires by themselves. The reliability of MINI-M was analyzed with Cronbach′s α and Spearman′s r of item-to-total and test-retest correlations. Principal component analysis (PCA) and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) were conducted to explore the structural validity of MINI-M. questionnaire. The receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) based on clinical diagnosis was used to analyze the predictive validity.Results:The internal consistency Cronbach′s α of the MINI-M was 0.840, the correlation coefficients of item-to-total were 0.549-0.834 ( P<0.05), the test-retest reliability over one-week interval was 0.621 ( P<0.05). The PCA and EFA supported a single factor with strong loadings for all 6 items, which could explain 55.795% of the total variance. The ROC analysis showed that the optimal cut-off was 2 for distinguishing mixed features from the manic episode with a sensitivity of 0.800 and a specificity of 0.711. The MINI-M determined 38.2%(42/110) of patients with mixed features, which was higher than 18.2% (20/110) diagnosed by routine psychiatric interview. Conclusions:The findings demonstrate that the Chinese version of MINI-M is a reliable and valid tool for recognizing mixed features in patients with a hypomanic or manic episode, and helpful for raising the clinical diagnosis of mixed features.

Objective To investigate changes of family parenting styles after the reforn and opening in China and its influence on mental health.Methods On the base of stratified convenience sampling,a valid sample of 429 were recruited from Wuxi and Hefei city residents:1960s group 103 persons,1970s group 107 persons,1980s group 116 persons,and 1990s group 103 persons.Subjects' childhood parenting styles were surveyed with the family upbringing style questionnaire(FUSQ) and their current mental health status was rated with the psychological symptom inventory-100 (PSI-100).Results (1) Except understanding-blame,and expects-demanding,and mother respect-humiliation and mother warmth-wildness,there were significant age differences on other parenting styles (P＜ 0.05),their scores were gradually increased from 1960s group ((38.29± 6.30)-(44.99± 7.36)) to 1980s group ((40.96±6.05)-(48.53±7.91)),1990s group declined((40.13±7.27)-(46.97±6.61)).(2) Most parenting style dimensions were significantly negatively correlated with symptom total score (r=0.095-0.308) and mental symptom scores (r=0.090-0.330).(3) The family parenting styles had significantly effects on the symptom total score (explained variance of 20.3％) and mental symptom scores (explained variance of 12.4％-21.5％).Conclusion There have been some positive,open and scientific changes on the family parenting styles after the reform and opening in China,childhood family parenting styles have long-term effects on mental health of youth and adult.

Objective: To develop Mental Health Scale for Child and Adolescent(MHS-C) and assess it's reliability and validity. Methods: MHS-C were administered to 9278 children and adolescent aged 6-18 years or their parents from 12 Provinces of China, 143 children with mental disorders. 87 children were re-tested with MHS-C at interval of 5 weeks, 30 children were administered MHS-C and Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist as criteria test, 56 children and their parents were administered MHS-C. The reliabilities and validities of the MHS-C were examined using Pearson's correlations and factor analysis. Objective: To examine reliability and validity of Chinese Cognitive Ability Scale (CCAS).Methods:The CCAS was administered 321 children, 275 adults, 32 patients with brain damage, and 31 children with mental retardation.Out of them, 26 children were tested with WISC-CR and 26 adults with WAIS-RC.Results: The test-retest reliability coefficients of subtests and scales ranged from 0.732 to 0.894, 0.919 to 0.960 for children, 0.859 to 0.937, 0.968 to 0.981 for adults; The reliability coefficients for children (quick coding was omitted) ranged from 0.810-0.928 (Split-half), 0.737-0.923 (Cronbach's ?) and 0.737-0.945 (generalizability) for subtests, 0.939-0.976,0.898-0.965 and 0.898-0.965 for scales; Coefficients for adults ranged from 0.829-0.948, 0.747-0.941 and 0.747-0.941 for subtests, 0.945-0.979, 0.915-0.967 and 0.915-0.967 for scales; The CCAS IQs were high correlated with WAIS-RC IQs (VIQ=0.775,PIQ=0.621,FIQ=0.724) and WISC-CR IQs (VIQ=0.888,PIQ=0.779,FIQ=0.886) , the CCAS VIQ, PIQ, and FIQ were 5.3,9.2,and 7.8 points less than WAIS-RC, and 2.0,7.2,and 5.0 points less than WISC-CR; Comparing with normal groups, mean IQs of brain damaged adults(VIQ=80.50,PIQ=80.59,FIQ=78.91) and mental retardation children(VIQ=43.68,PIQ=49.77,FIQ=44.06)were much lower.Conclusion: The Chinese Cognitive Ability Scale has excellent retest stability, internal consistency reliability, convergent and discriminant validity.
