Objective To evaluate the efficacy of neurofeedback intervention in the treatment of children and adolescents with au-tism.Methods Systematically searched PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,ClinicalTrials.gov and SinoMed for randomized controlled trials using neurofeedback to treat children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.The search covered studies from data-base inception to 5th December,2024.Data were extracted and analyzed by using RevMan 5.4.1.Results A total of 8 studies were in-cluded,comprising 381 patients.The results of Meta-analysis showed that neurofeedback group had significantly lower scores on various scales compared to those inthe control group(MD=7.49,95％CI:5.33-9.65,P＜0.001).Additionally,theta wave power in the neurofeedback group was notably reduced(OR=18.14,95％CI:7.32-44.96,P＜0.001).Conclusion Compared to placebo inter-ventions and conventional treatments(such as clinical counseling or one intervention models),neurofeedback demonstrates significant ad-vantages in improving social skills,cognitive functioning,and emotional regulation in children and adolescents with autism.

Objective To explore the experience in diagnosis and treatment ot primary transitional cell carcinoma of prostate for the early and accurate to diagnosis and treatment.Methods The clinical data and features of 3 cases were retrospectively reviewed.Results All patients were diagnosed as primary transitional cell carcinoma of prostate.Two cases were advanced tumor.The preoperative examinations (ultrasound and serum,PSA) have failed to accurately indicate the diagnosis.All of them were confirmed by pathological examination.1 case lost follow-up,1 case performed TURP + chemotherapy through intravesical administration have survived 17 months respectively till today.The other case has already survived 2 months postoperatively but with lumbar spine bone metastasis.Conclusions Early diagnosis of primary transitional cell carcinoma of prostate is difficult.The diagnosis of the disease depends on the transrectal needle biopsy of the prostate or the specimens of the prostate after the Urethroscopy.Because of the prognosis is bad,and prone to pathological missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis.Need to exclude multicentric lesions and mixed tumor and choice of treatment method.

Objective To explore the effects of applying microsurgical technique in the one-stage urethroplasty for hypospadias with longitudinal preputial island flaps of dorsum penis. Methods Forty-two hypospadias cases with obvious phallocampsis were reviewed. The patients aged from 1 to 19 years (median, 6.4 years). Among them, 6 cases were of coronary suleus type, 28 cases of pe-nis body type, and 8 cases of penis and scrotum type. All patients went through the operative proce-dures by microscope with four-times magnification and microsurgical instruments. Longitudinal prepu-tial island flaps of dorsum penis was employed for the treatment of 33 cases of these patients, and 9 cases underwent longitudinal preputial island flaps of dorsum penis combined scrotal septal pedicle flaps. Results Thirty-eight cases were cured by one-time surgery (90.5%). One case with urethral fistula after operation was cured by surgical repair of urethral fistula. Two cases with urethral meatus stricture after operation and one with urethral stoma stricture were cured by dilatation. Patients were followed for 9 to 52 months (mean, 27 months). Conclusion Use of microsurgical technique with longitudinal preputial island flaps of dorsum penis in one-stage urethroplasty for hypospadias improved the success rate of surgery with few complications.
