Objective To analyze the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in treating breast cancer based on real-world data mining.Methods Inpatients with breast cancer who received traditional Chinese medicine treatment at the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2021 were selected.Python 3.10 software was used to mine traditional Chinese medicine prescription data;SPSS 23.0 software was applied for descriptive analysis,and systematic cluster analysis was performed on high-frequency drugs.Results A total of 3026 consultation records of inpatients with breast cancer were collected.The main traditional Chinese medicine syndrome diagnosis of"predominantly liver depression and Qi stagnation"accounted for 60.94％of the total consultations.A total of 240 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used,with a cumulative frequency of 35 462 times.Among them,29 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine such as Danggui,Fuling,Baizhu,Chaihu had a cumulative usage frequency exceeding 300 times.Regarding the four natures of drugs,cold-natured(43.55％),warm-natured(30.05％),and neutral-natured(23.34％)drugs were predominant;In terms of five flavors,sweet(46.12％),bitter(30.91％),and pungent(20.02％)were the main ones.The most frequently used drugs were tonifying herbs(32.77％),followed by heat-clearing herbs(15.96％)and phlegm-resolving herbs(14.71％).Systematic cluster analysis yielded 7 groups of drug combinations.Conclusion In real-world clinical practice,traditional Chinese medicine for breast cancer mainly uses tonifying herbs,reflecting the traditional Chinese medicine principle of"strengthening healthy Qi and cultivating the root"in treating tumors.The four natures and five flavors of drugs follow syndrome differentiation and the combination of cold and heat.The clustered drug combinations have extensive therapeutic effects,covering various syndromes of breast cancer at different stages,which can provide a reference for clinical medication.

Objective To explore the anti- inflammatory of pricking blood therapy in acute gouty arthritis rats. Methods 60 Sprague-Dawley rats were equally divided into normal group, bloodletting normal group, sham group, arthritis group, bloodletting group and ibuprofen group. The acute gouty arthritis model was established with injecting uric acid sodium salt into the right ankle joint cavity. The ibuprofen group was administrated with ibuprofen intragastrically, the bloodletting normal group and bloodletting group were pricked the right Kunlun (BL60) acupoint. The cross section diameter of the right ankle joint were measured before and after treatment. Levels of mRNA and protein of interleukin (IL)-10 and IL-4 expressed in ankle were determined with RT-PCR and Western blotting Results The cross section diameter increased in the bloodletting group compared with the normal group after treatment (P<0.05), and decreased (P<0.05) compared with the arthritis group and the ibuprofen group, while the expression of IL-10 mRNA increased (P<0.05) compared with the normal group, the arthritis group and the ibuprofen group, as well as the IL-10 protein compared with the normal group and the arthritis group (P< 0.05). The expression of IL-4 mRNA and protein increased without significance (P>0.05) in the bloodletting group compared with the normal group. Conclusion IL-10 may play a role of anti-inflammatory in pricking bloodletting therapy for acute gouty arthritis.

ObjectiveTo study the effect of three-level monitoring mode in reducing complications of pediatric PICC catheter tube and improving the quality of care for children. Methods64 cases of children with PICC catheter in our hospital from September 2009 to August 2011 receiving three-level monitoring modes were set as the experimental group.67 patients with conventional care from September 2007 to August 2009 were set as the control group.The incidence of catheter complications in children,success rate of catheter puncture and tube indwelling time for the two groups were observed. Results The complications occurred in 9 cases,accounting for 14.06％ in the experimental group.The complications occurred in 25 cases in the control group,accounting for 37.31％.The puncture success rate was 89.06％ in the experimental group,and the control group was 79.10％.The average time of tube indwelling in the experimental group was higher than the control group.The difference was significant. ConclusionsThe effect of three-level monitoring modes to reduce pediatric PICC catheter complications and improve quality of care in children with catheter is significant,it can increase the success rate of puncture and prolong tube in-dwelling time.
