Objective:To investigate the risk factors and treatments of recurrent cesarean scar pregnancy (RCSP).Methods:A retrospective case-controlled study was performed in 48 cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) patients in Shenzhen Maternity & Child Healthcare Hospital from January 2014 to December 2018. Recurrent group consisted of 12 patients with RCSP, while control group consisted of 36 patients experienced single CSP. The information of pregnancy, surgery and other factors of the two groups was compared. Results:Thickness of lower uterine segment in recurrent group was thinner than that in control group [(1.81±1.12) mm vs. (2.80±1.56) mm, P=0.031]. Dilation and curettage (D&C) was the main treatment method, and scar repair was the secondary treatment in these two groups. Patients may receive prophylactic uterine artery embolization (UAE) to prevent catastrophic bleeding during surgery when necessary. Totally 11 of 12 patients were cured in recurrent group, while all of 36 patients were cured in control group. Univariate analysis showed that artificial abortions ≥3 times ( P=0.007), type of CSP and thickness of lower uterine segment <3 mm ( P=0.013) had a significant correlation with the RCSP. Conclusion:Artificial abortions ≥3 times and thickness of lower uterine segment <3 mm were the independent risk factors of RCSP. D&C can be used as the first line treatment of RCSP, and prophylactic UAE should be performed when necessary.

Objective To observe the effecacy of modified CHOP regimen in the initial treatment of non-Hodgkin' slymphoma (NHL) patients with low Karnofsky score. Methods Twenty initial treatment NHI.patients with low Karnofsky score were randomly allocated into treatment group and control group, respectively treated with modified and standard CHOP regimen. Results Of 13 cases in treatment group,12 pacients'Karnofsky score were over 60.1 was still below 60,overall response (OR) rate was 92.3 % (12/13).while in control group,3 patients' Karnofsky score were over 60,4 were still below 60.OR rate was 100 % (7/7),rate of marrow toxicity was 57.1 % (4/7).There were no significantly difference for OR rates (P =0.4515),but for improving Karnofsky score there were significantly difference (P =0.0149).Conclusion Modified CHOP regimen can improve Karnofsky score of NHL patients with low Karnofsky score, benefical for further treatment and reducing hospitalization cost.
4.Ezrin protein and its importance in tumor
Cancer Research and Clinic 2006;0(09):-
Ezrin protein function as molecular linker between the actin-cytoskeleton and the plasma membrane, which involves in the formation of microvilli and the maintenance of cello-morphology, movement, adhereance as well as survival, intimate studies of its structure and function have been done. At present many studies indicate that Ezrin involves in the tumor development and tumor metastasis, relate to prognosis. To study Ezrin protein in tumor will provide us other way and standard for diagnose and treatment of tumor and prognostic evaluation.
