Objective To investigate the development of the"One-Body-Two-Wings"nursing safety management model with the support of information technology,in order to enhance nursing quality and ensure patient safety. Methods A pre-post controlled design was used in this study. The cardiology department that implemented the traditional nursing management mode from September to November 2022 was used as the control group, while the cardiology department which implemented the"One-Body-Two-Wings"nursing safety management model from January to March 2023 served as the experimental group.Comparisons were made between the two different nursing management models regarding the incidence rate of adverse events per 100 discharged patients in the cardiology department, nursing quality supervision scores, and nurses' perceived intensity of decent work. Results After the implementation of"One-Body-Two-Wings"nursing safety management model, the incidence of adverse events per 100 discharged patients in the department of cardiology decreased from 3.70%to 0.64%,and nursing quality improved steadily(P<0.01).The total scores of nurses' perceived decent work and the scores in dimensions such as work rewards, job positions, career advancement, and workplace environment were significantly higher after implementation compared to before(P<0.01).Conclusion The""One-Body-Two-Wings"nursing safety management model demonstrates significant efficacy in reducing adverse event rates, enhancing nursing quality, ensuring patient safety, and improving nurses' perceived decent work.It is worthy of promotion.

Objective:To investigate the current situation of knowledge, attitude and practice of medical personnel in areas with high incidence of fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS) in Anhui Province, in order to provide a scientific basis for conducting systematic training for medical personnel. Methods:From July to August 2024, a multi-stage random sampling method was used to select medical personnel from village, township, county, and city level medical institutions in high incidence areas of SFTS in Anhui Province (Hefei City, Liu'an City, Chuzhou City, Xuancheng City) for an online questionnaire survey on their knowledge, attitude, and practice status. The survey included demographic data, knowledge, attitude, and practice related to SFTS, and a binary logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of SFTS knowledge qualification rate. Results:A total of 2 718 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective response rate of 99.60% (2 718/2 729). Among them, 1 384 were males, accounting for 50.92%. The majority were medical personnel aged 41 to 50 years old, with undergraduate degrees, junior professional titles, working in township health centers or community health service centers, as clinical physicians, and with a working experience of no more than 10 years. They accounted for 31.97% (869/2 718), 50.48% (1 372/2 718), 35.54% (966/2 718), 38.52% (1 047/2 718), 62.33% (1 694/2 718), and 30.61% (832/2 718), respectively. The overall correct rates of medical personnel's relevant knowledge, attitude and practice were 77.52% (31 605/40 770), 94.53% (12 847/13 590) and 89.73% (12 194/13 590), respectively. There were statistically significant differences in the knowledge qualification of medical personnel of different genders, ages, education levels, professional titles, hospital levels, job positions, and years of work experience ( P < 0.05). The results of binary logistic regression analysis showed that professional title, hospital level, work position, and work experience were the influencing factors of knowledge qualification rate ( P < 0.05). Conclusions:Medical personnel have a relatively positive attitude and high level of practice towards SFTS, but their knowledge level still needs to be improved. It is recommended to provide targeted knowledge training for medical personnel in different positions to promote early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of SFTS.

Objective:To predict suicidal behaviors in patients with bipolar disorder by constructing a machine learning model based on random forest and backpropagation neural network, and provide clinical decision support for the prevention and intervention of patient suicide. Methods:From January 2020 to August 2023, 1 005 patients with bipolar disorder were enrolled. The general clinical data and social dysfunction, anxiety, depression scores of all patients were collected. The random forest algorithm was applied for feature selection, and backpropagation neural network model was constructed for evaluating the model's fitting effect and predictive performance. Results:There were statistically significant differences in sociodemographic characteristics and physiological and psychological factors among the suicide attempt group ( n=293), suicide ideation group ( n=332) and non-suicidal group ( n=380) of patients with bipolar disorder( P<0.05).Using the random forest algorithm identified six main predictive variables: educational level, age, free triiodothyronine (FT3), cognitive impairment, hopelessness and psychogenic anxiety. The developed backpropagation neural network model achieved a precision rate of 79.3%, a recall rate of 79.6%, an F1 score of 79.4%, and an AUC of 0.89 on the test set, indicating that the model predictive performance has high accuracy and discriminative power. Conclusion:This study developed a machine learning model for predicting suicide in patients with bipolar disorder, which possesses high accuracy and discriminative ability, providing a decision-making basis for the prevention and intervention of suicidal behaviors in patients with bipolar disorder.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 2024;33(3):325-329
At present, radiofrequency ablation(RFA)has already replaced medication therapy and become the first-line treatment option for patients with atrial fibrillation.Intraoperative cardiac tamponade is the most commonly-seen fatal complication, and, unfortunately, the absolute number of this pernicious event is increasing with the extensive use of RFA.Therefore, the full understanding of cardiac tamponade and timely management of cardiac tamponade are of great significance in clinical practice. This article reviews the diagnosis, rescue and treatment process, prognosis and prevention strategies of this complication.(J Intervent Radiol,2024,33:325-329)
