Micro-computed tomography(Micro-CT)is a non-invasive technology that is widely used in animal experiments to assist in the detection of bone,lung,oral,metabolic,middle and inner ear diseases,as well as tumors,and in other animal disease models.The technique can provide diverse scientific and reliable imaging data for animal experiments and has accordingly become an indispensable experimental method in animal experiments.In this review,we introduce the imaging principles of Micro-CT,review its application in the study of animal disease models,summarize the limitations of Micro-CT technology,and consider its future prospects.

Objective To analyze the antimicrobial susceptibility,molecular types,serotypes,virulence factors and resistance mechanisms of Streptococcus agalactiae(S.agalactiae)isolated from pregnant women with ad-vanced maternal age in Tangshan City,and provide basic data for the treatment,prevention and control of S.aga-lactiae infection.Methods 42 strains of S.agalactiae isolated from pregnant women with advanced maternal age in North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital as well as Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital were collected.Detection of antimicrobial susceptibility and whole genome sequencing of 13 antimi-crobial agents were performed.Results The percentage of tetracycline,erythromycin,levofloxacin,and chloram-phenicol concurrently resistant strains was 7.1％,35.7％of the strains presented multidrug resistance to erythro-mycin,clindamycin,and levofloxacin.The carriage rates of resistance genes ermB and tetM were 66.7％and 47.6％,respectively.29 strains(69.0％)exhibited mutations in both gyrA and parC fluoroquinolone resistance determi-nants.42 strains of S.agalactiae belonged to 4 serotypes,namely ⅠB(35.7％),Ⅲ(33.3％),Ⅴ(26.2％),andⅠA(4.8％);and 11 sequence types(STs),with the highest proportion being ST10(35.7％)and ST19(31.0％);as well as 6 clonal complexes(CCs),among which CC19(42.9％)and CC12(35.7％)had the highest proportion.All S.agalactiae carried virulence factor-encoding genes of cfb,cylE,and pavA.Conclusion The molecular types and serotypes of S.agalactiae carried by pregnant women with advanced maternal age in Tangshan City pre-sent polymorphism,with obvious multidrug resistance,and carry multiple types of drug resistance genes and viru-lence genes.

From the perspective of state differentiation and treatment， it is believed that the pathogenesis of acute respiratory distress syndrome （ARDS） is that evil poisons injured the lungs， and the lung qi suddenly collapsed， then blocked and exhausted， and the qi failure to control blood and liquid， then the fluids overflow outside the vessels， and damp phlegm， stasis， and toxins became knotted up in the body， which ultimately leads to qi dysfunction， and a series of symptom arise， so qi impairment is the principal mechanism of ARDS. A combination of Chinese and Western medicine was proposed to treat ARDS by combining tangible qi and intangible qi， using Chinese herbal medicine to boost qi and relieve collapse， percolate and drain dampness with bland medicinals， resolve toxins and dissolve stasis， and regulate qi， and combining with Western medicine to assist qi circulation to improve qi's consolidation， propulsion， and transformation， so as to make the evil qi go away， the positive qi restored， the viscera qi circulated， qi， blood， yin， and yang connected， and the activities of life maintained， and thus to achieve the goal of treating ARDS by integrated Chinese medicine and Western medicine.

The theory of Zang Xiang is the core of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and its content mostly comes from the comparison of images.Among them,the liver Zang of"main drainage"and"main blood storage"involves many systems such as nerve,digestion,circulation,hematopoiesis,reproduction and so on.It is difficult to find the corresponding anatomical organs or tissues in western medicine.The author analyzes and believes that the collection of the functional system of the liver system of traditional Chinese medicine,compares the physiological function and pathological changes of the liver system with the histamine receptor distributed in multiple systems of the whole body,as well as the main symptoms and adverse reactions of the drugs regulating the histamine receptor,and believes that the functional system composed of histamine receptors may carry the important functions of the liver system of traditional Chinese medicine.

Leclercia adecarboxylata is a Gram-negative bacterium belonging to the Enterobacteriaceae family. To our knowledge, this is the first report of a carbapenem-resistant L. adecarboxylata strain isolated from a healthy newborn. The L. adecarboxylata strain isolated in this study carried four plasmids that may serve as reservoirs for antibiotic resistance genes. Plasmids 2 and 4 did not harbor any antimicrobial resistance genes. Plasmid 3 is a novel plasmid containing three resistance genes. The bla _IMP gene harbored in the strain was most similar to bla _IMP-79 at the nucleotide level, with a similarity of 99.4% (737/741). This case highlights the importance of considering L. adecarboxylata as a potential cause of infections in children.

The enteric-hepatic axis plays an important role in the occurrence, progression and regression of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Obeticholic acid (OCA) is a farnesoid X receptor agonist. In this study, C57BL/6 mice were fed with methionine and choline deficient (MCD) diet for 8 weeks with OCA (6.5 mg·kg^-1·d^-1) administration by gavage at the same time. The effects of OCA on serum lipid and bile acid metabolomics and ileal gut microbiota (GM) of MCD mice were studied by UPLC-MS and 16S rDNA sequencing. The results were as follows: (1) OCA decreased the activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in serum and the contents of triglyceride (TG) and malondialdehyde in liver, alleviated the accumulation of liver fat and inflammation of MCD mice. OCA down-regulated the contents of 2 eicosanoids (12,13-EPOME, 9,10-EPOME) and 4 free fatty acids (FFA16∶1, FFA18∶1, FFA16∶2, FFA18∶3) and TG (16∶1_16∶1_18∶2) in serum, and up-regulated the content of 1 eicosanoid thromboxanes B3. KEGG differential metabolite pathway analysis showed that fatty acid biosynthesis might be the main way that OCA ameliorated lipid metabolism disorder of MCD mice. OCA reduced the relative abundance of Christensenellaceae and Lachnospiraceae_UCG-006 in the GM of MCD mice; OCA decreased the serum levels of 23-deoxycholic acid, porcine deoxycholic acid, 3-deoxycholic acid, glycine deoxycholic acid, glycine cholic acid, taurine deoxycholic acid, taurocholic acid and taurine. These results suggest that the alleviating effect of OCA on NAFLD of MCD mice may be related to its above-mentioned regulation of the metabolism of the free fatty acids, oxidized lipids, 12α-hydroxylated bile acids and the abundance of GM. The goal of this study was to investigate the clinical application of free/total prostate-specific antigen (F/T PSA) ratio, considering the new broad serum total PSA (T-PSA) "gray zone" of 2.0-25.0 ng ml^-1 in differential diagnosis of prostate cancer (PCa) and benign prostate diseases (BPD) in men over 50 years in Western China. A total of 1655 patients were included, 528 with PCa and 1127 with BPD. Serum T-PSA, free PSA (F-PSA), and F/T PSA ratio were analyzed. Receiver operating characteristic curves were used to assess the efficiency of PSA and F/T PSA ratio. There were 47.4% of cancer patients with T-PSA of 2.0-25.0 ng ml^-1. When T-PSA was 2.0-4.0 ng ml^-1, 4.0-10.0 ng ml^-1, and 10.0-25.0 ng ml^-1, the area under the curve (AUC) of F/T PSA ratio was 0.749, 0.769, and 0.761, respectively. The best AUC of F/T PSA ratio was 0.811 when T-PSA was 2.0-25.0 ng ml^-1, with a specificity of 0.732, a sensitivity of 0.788, and an optimal cutoff value of 15.5%. The AUC of F/T PSA ratio in different age groups (50-59 years, 60-69 years, 70-79 years, and ≥80 years) was 0.767, 0.806, 0.815, and 0.833, respectively, and the best sensitivity (0.857) and specificity (0.802) were observed in patients over 80 years. The T-PSA trend was in accordance with the Gleason score, tumor node metastasis (TNM) stage, and American Joint Committee on Cancer prognosis group. Therefore, the F/T PSA ratio can facilitate the differential diagnosis of PCa and BPD in the broad T-PSA "gray zone". Serum T-PSA can be a Gleason score and prognostic indicator.

Professor WU Lian-zhong's experience in treating spasmodic torticollis by Kaiqiao Shunjin method (resuscitation and regulating muscle) is summarized in this paper. The pathogenesis of spasmodic torticollis is the occluded brain orifices and delirium, qi disorder of meridian tendons, specifically divided into five categories: damp-heat, liver-yang hyperactivity, liver-kidney yin deficiency, deficiency of the governor vessel, excess of the governor vessel. The treatment should be based on the symptoms and the root causes, the symptoms should be the main treatment, and the root cause should be treated based on syndrome differentiation. The main treatment is Kaiqiao Shunjin method (resuscitation and regulating muscle), and to take the chief (five heart acupoints-Shuigou [GV 26], Laogong [PC 8], Yongquan [KI 1]), deputy (Yintang [GV 24⁺], Shangxing [GV 23] through Baihui [GV 20], Ximen [PC 4]), assistant (Fenglong [ST 40], Lianquan [CV 23], combined with tongue needle prick), envoy (Hanyan [GB 4]) as the basic main acupoints, at the same time cooperate with local acupoints to remove knots and accumulation. Finally, syndrome differentiation is adopted to dredge meridians and disperse knots, regulate the governor vessel, and nourish yin and dispel wind.

Objective: To investigate the prevalence and associated factors of eating out among children and adolescents aged 6-17 in Hebei Province, and to explore the association between eating out and overweight/obesity. Methods: Data came from Children and Nurse Nutrition Health Monitoring of China during 2016-2017. Questionnaire surveys and anthropometric measures was conducted among 3 330 children aged 6-17 in 12 survey sites. Multivariate Logistics stepwise regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of eating out and the relationship between eating out and overweight/obesity. Results: The proportion of eating out was 16.19%, and the rate of overweight and obesity was 29.43%. Multivariate analysis showed that the older children (junior high school students:OR=1.36; high school students:OR=3.57, both P<0.05) and adolescents from highincome families (10 000~<20 000 CNY:OR=1.48; ≥20 000 CNY:OR=2.93, both P<0.05) were more likely to eat out. Children and adolescents living in rural areas (OR=0.20, P<0.01), nononlychild (OR=0.76, P=0.02), day school students (OR=0.21, P<0.01), and the primary caregivers of the elderly (OR=0.69, P=0.03) were less likely to eat out. In addition, eating out was statistically associated with an increased risk of overweight and obesity (OR=1.31, P<0.01). Conclusion Eating out is common among children and adolescents aged 6-17 in Hebei Province. Residency, age, household income, onechild family, boarding and and eating out behaviors of primary caregivers are associated with eating out among children and adolescents. Eating out may increase the risk of overweight/obesity in children.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the synergistic immunomodulatory mechanism of interferon alpha-1b, interleukin-2 and thalidomide (ITI) regimen on patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). METHODS: Sixty eight untreated de novo or relapsed or refractory or maintenance therapy patients with AML admitted in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University and the other 11 medical units from March 2016 to May 2019 were treated with ITI regimen. Peripheral blood specimen per patient was collected into EDTA-K3 anticoagulation vacuum tube before the administration of ITI and 3 months after the treatment; peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and perforin and Granzyme B expression were analyzed by using flow cytometry; the levels of VEGF, IFN-γ, TNF-α and IL-6 in the plasma were detected by using a cytometric bead array.
