1.Research on the operational simulation of naval formation-level medical support for diversified military missions based on the three stages of oceangoing mission
Chinese journal of nautical medicine and hyperbaric medicine 2021;28(3):379-382,388
This paper briefly reviewed the current research status of military medical support in and out of China and clarified the major needs of the operational simulation of naval formation-level medical support for diversified military missions based on the three stages of oceangoing mission. According to the real situation of modern military medical support buildup and maritime military medical support, this paper put forward several key scenarios of the operational simulation, such as the simulation of the maritime military medical support process, the evaluation of naval casualty evacuation capability, the assessment and optimization of naval formation-level medical support scheme, decision-making support for deploying medical evacuation forces in a large-scale naval battle, the organization and command of naval formation-level medical support and the full process of medical evacuation training under real combat conditions.
2.Research on building a Chinese military navigation telemedicine system
Chinese journal of nautical medicine and hyperbaric medicine 2021;28(6):714-717
This paper illustrated the needs of building and developing a Chinese military navigation telemedicine system, by reviewing the development of modern military navigation, profiling the characteristics of medical environment in military navigation, and analyzing the health service demanded to support diversified military tasks on high seas. Then, it proposed and discussed in detail that the telemedicine system should consist of the maritime telecommunication resource, the shipboard telemedicine terminal station, the shore-based telemedicine center, the system of technical support, and the management systems of organization and operation maintenance.
