Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of different intracranial pressure lower-ing regimens in patients with acute large-area cerebral infarction based on electrical impedance tomo-graphy(EIT)technology.Methods A total of 75 patients with acute large-area cerebral infarction were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into study group(n=40,using mannitol combined with albumin to decrease intracranial pressure)and control group(n=35,using mannitol alone to decrease intracranial pressure).EIT technology was used to continuously monitor the changes in intracranial pressure within 48 hours in the patients.Clinical data of the two groups were collected,and the 24-hour intracranial pressure change rate,48-hour intracranial pressure change rate,ICU stay duration,hospitalization duration,antibiotic use duration,and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score at discharge were observed and compared between the two groups.A 90-day sur-vival follow-up was also conducted.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the 24-hour intracranial pressure change rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).The 48-hour intracrani-al pressure change rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The ICU stay duration,hospitalization duration,and antibiotic use duration in the study group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the NIHSS score at discharge in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The follow-up results showed that the survival duration in the study group was longer than that in the control group,and the 90-day cumulative survival rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).The modified Rankin Scale score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with the use of mannitol alone,early use of mannitol combined with albumin can effectively decrease the in-tracranial pressure within 48 hours,shorten the hospitalization duration,and improve neurological function in patients with acute large-area cerebral infarction.

Objective : To compare the accuracies of implants with dynamic real-time navigation versus digital guide navigation to provide a reference for clinical precision dental implants. Methods: Forty-six cases (seventy teeth) with missing teeth admitted to the Department of Stomatology, Wuzhou Red Cross Hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups (thirty-five teeth in each group) for dynamic real-time navigation and digital guide navigation implantation techniques. To compare the entry point, apex point, depth and angle deviation of the preoperative and postoperative position of implants in the two groups. SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results : Dental implants were successfully placed in both groups. The deviations of apex point, depth and angle in the dynamic real-time navigation group were all smaller than those in the digital guide navigation group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant deviation in the entry point between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion In this study, both techniques had good clinical effects. The accuracy of dynamic real-time navigation was higher than that of digital guidance.

Objective To evaluate the effect of patients' participating supervision on improving nurses' compliance to hand hygiene(HH) in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods Implementation of HH of ICU nurses was investigated by field observation and investigation of patients, intervention measures were began to be implemented in February 2016, HH compliance among ICU nurses after(February-May 2016) and before (November 2015-January 2016) intervention was compared.Results A total of 81 patients were included in the study, 38 were in pre-intervention group and 43 were in post-intervention group.52.63%(20/38)in pre-intervention group and 88.37%(38/43)in post-intervention group seen, heard or recalled that nurses had performed HH, difference was significant(X2=12.67, P<0.005);after intervention, HH rates before and after touching a patient, before aseptic procedure, and after touching patient surroundings were all higher than before intervention (all P<0.01).Conclusion Patients' participation in improving HH compliance of ICU nurses is feasible, and it is worth to be popularized.

BACKGROUND:In foreign animal experiments and clinical reports, microporous polysaccharide hemospheres are characterized as good hemostatic effect, no delayed bleeding, good biocompatibility, and no adverse reactions in the body. OBJECTIVE:To assess the efficacy and safety of microporous polysaccharide hemospheres on reducing blood loss after unilateral total hip arthroplasty. METHODS:Totaly 98 patients who received unilateral total hip arthroplasty due to femoral neck fractures, 39 males and 59 females, aged 61-77 years, were randomly divided into two groups: test group, treated with 1g microporous polysaccharide hemospheres before suture of wound; control group, treated with electric coagulation hemostasis before suturing. Drainage tubes were placed in the two groups. Hemoglobin, blood loss, alogeneic transfusion rate, drainage volume, coagulation index and incidence of deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs were compared. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The total blood loss, drainage volume, and transfusion rate in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.01), but there were no differences in D-dimer, platelet count, activated partial thromboplastin time and international normalized ratio between the two groups. One case of each group developed deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs, and no significant difference was in the incidence of deep venous thrombosis between the two groups. No infection occurred. These findings indicate that microporous polysaccharide hemospheres that are safe, effective and convenient can reduce the visible and hidden blood loss after unilateral total hip arthroplasty.
