Journal of Capital Medical University is a comprehensive academic journal in the field of medical and health sciences, supervised by the Beijing Municipal Education Commission and sponsored by Capital Medical University. Launched in 1980, the journal is published bimonthly. The journal is one of Chinese Core Journals, a source journal for The key magazine of China technology, one of Chinese Biomedical Science Core Journals, and a "dual-effect" journal in the Chinese Phalanx of Periodicals,one of the medical series journals of Chinese universities. It is also collected by many domestic and international retrieval systems. The journal serves as a means of communication among people across the world who are interested in the medical and healthcare, and it publishes peer-reviewed scientific research papers from domestic and international scholar. The journal typically addresses achievements, technologies, and experiences in the fields of basic medicine, clinical medicine, preventive medicine, pharmacy, etc. It is targeted at a wide range of biomedical scientists and professionals and students at medical colleges abroad. Main columns are described as follows: Expert Reviews: Top experts are invited to look forward to the frontier of the disciplines to inspire the medical research. Special Reports: Based on research frontiers, hot topics, or major diseases, a key special topic is set in each issue to report on academical findings with great impact. Original Articles: The basic and clinical research papers are peer-reviewed and published.
