Structures and Antigenic Epitopes of Dust Mite Allergens: Der p 2 and Der f 2: a Comparative Study

Objective To compare and analyze the primary and secondary structures and antigenic epitopes of the two allergens: Der p 2 and Der f 2. Methods The protein sequences of Der p 2 and Der f 2 were downloaded online. The primary and secondary structures of the dust mite allergens were compared and analyzed bioinformatically to determine the potential epitope and signal peptide sites. Results Both Der p 2 and Der f 2 contained 146 amino acids and 9 potential protein binding sites with a secondary structure that mainly contains [3 - sheets, and there might be signal peptides site at the 1st 17th segment of the N - terminus. B cell epitopes analysis revealed that both Der p 2 and Der f 2 have 9 potential linear B epitopes and 2 conformational B epitopes. NetMHCⅡserver prediction showed Der p 2 contains 6 high affinity sites, whereas Der f 2 0nly contains 5. Conclusion This study may lay the foundation for further research of the biochemical function of the 2 allergens and contribute to vaccine development for allergen - specific immunotherapy.

Prediction of B cell Epitopes and HLA I Restricted CTL Epitopes Derived from Tumor Antigen SCCAg

Ojbective To predicte the HLAⅠrestricted CTL epitopes and B cell antigen epitopes derived from tumor antigen SCCAg. Methods The linear B cell epitopes and conformational B cell epitopes of tumor antigen SCCAg were predicted by Ellipro program. In addition, the HLAⅠrestricted CTL epitopes of SCCAg were predicted by NetCTL, Prot-Param and so on. Results B cell epitopes analysis revealed that SCCAg had 10 potential linear B cell epitopes and 5 conformational B cell epitopes; Combined with peptide HLAⅠbinding, proteasomal C - terminal cleavage and TAP transport efficiency, the NetCTL predicts that multiple HLAⅠrestricted CTL epitopes were present in the tumor antigen SCCAg. Conclusion The B cell epitopes and HLAⅠrestricted CTL epitopes can be predicted by multiple methods, which may lay the foundation for the further research on immunotherapy for targeting SCCAg.

Analysis of the Regional Health Planning of Public Hospitals Under the Background of the New Health Care Reform

To analyze and research the number and size of public hospitals of our country at the present stage, and explore the regional health planning of public hospitals under the background of China's new medical reform, provide the scientific basis for our further layout of regional health planning for public hospitals of our country. Methods Mainly use the method of the document analysis, by collecting and analyzing the literature related to the regional health planning of public hospitals under the new health reform. And relevant data on China Health Statistics Yearbook 2011 were analyzed. Results The irrational regional health planning and layout design of public hospitals not only seriously affect the efficiency of health care resources, but also exacerbate the difficulty and high cost of people getting medical service. Conclusion Under the new health care reform, the definition of public hospitals and the positioning and functionality of public hospitals need to be re-examined. The following three aspects will solve the problem of regional health planning of public hospitals. First, to moderately reduce the number and size of public hospitals; second, to determine and adjust the number of public hospitals at all levels; Third, to reasonably lay out urban and rural public hospital.

Research on Communication Strategies of Promoting Brand Value in Public Hospital

Under the heatedly competitive environment of the medical market, it is particularly important for public hospitals to explore effective brand communication strategies. Based on the service brand equity model of Berry and brand value theory such as the brand iceberg theory, this paper analyzes the relationship between hospital brand communication and hospital brand value, and in light of the public hospital and its brand particularity, attempts to construct the brand value model of public hospital and explores the effective communication strategy to promote public hospital brand value.

Effect Analysis of Hospital Expenses after Calling off Drug - addition and Price Adjustment of Medical Service in Public Hospitals

Objective To provide advice and basis for further reform of the medical service price by analyzing the effect on hospital expenses after calling off drug-addition and price adjustment of medical service in public hospitals at the end of 2016. Methods Comparing the changes of hospital expenses based on the data of hospital expenses before and after the implementation of the price reform policy in a provincial public hospital in Sichuan. Results After canceling the drug-addition and adjustment of medical service price, whether in the whole hospital, in the surgical department or in the non-operative department, the average cost of drugs for discharged patients has been reduced, the average costs of surgical operation and anesthesia has been increased, the ratio of change remains consistent with the policy adjustment range, the composition of drug charges and bed fee has been decreased and the proportion of drugs still ranks first in the composition ratio. Conclusion Canceling the drug-addition and price adjustment of medical service have a significant effect on hospital expenses. The adjustment of medical service price reflects the technical value of medical staff.

To Strengthen Laboratory Safety Management of Public Third - level Grade - A Hospital Through JCI Accreditation

The laboratory is an indispensable part in a hospital, and it is always providing very important and much support for public third-level grade-A hospital in medical treatment, scientific research and teaching. As one of JCI review points, how to strengthen the laboratory safety and management is one of the important tasks, which cannot be ignored. Our hospital managers try their best to strengthen the supervision at the following nine aspects: Laboratory rules and regulations, environment and management, safety facilities, safe water and electricity, chemical safety, biological safety, radiation safety, safe instruments and equipment, and personal protective measures. Based on above nine aspects, our hospital managers actively take measures to ensure our laboratory safety. Following are the measures: We arrange lectures on laboratory safety in order to improve the personnel laboratory safety awareness. We carry out network examination and popularize knowledge of laboratory safety. We not only have phased examination, but also give positive feedback to laboratory managers. In a word, our challenge is very big, but we harvest a lot of achievements.

Analysis on Innovative Points of Propaganda Works on Health Science Popularization

Objective To provide scientific, popular, interesting and effective health education by exploring various ways. Methods The competition of health education creation works was carried out. The innovative points of three prize-winning works were analyzed. Results There are 48 contestant works from medical staff. Among the innovative points were scientific positioning, easy to understand, the combination of reality and virtuality, and the combination of popularization of science and specialty. Conclusion The passiveness of health education was changed by exploring various ways, which served as a very good model for the innovation of popular science works.

A large size tertiary comprehensive hospital designed the performance reform program not only based on RBRVS and DRGs but also combined with cost control and medical quality and safety. The hospital have implemented performance reform at 2016, with achieving the public welfare and fairness by "combination" and exploring a set of performance management methods which suit the hospital's actual condition and boost its development.
