Research on the effect of morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets given by different administration routes on patients with cancer pain

Objective:To analyze the effect of morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets given by different administration routes on patients with cancer pain.Methods: Chosen patients with cancer pain as research subjects, underwent morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets for treatment of pain, randomized to receive oral administration as control group and rectally administration as observation group, observed pain relief degree, onset time of analgesia and adverse reaction rates.Results:1)After treatment, the observation group patients’ overall response rate was 94.05%,no significant difference compared with the control group; 2) After treatment, the observation group patients had a mean onset time (0.68 ±0.17) h, significantly shorter than the control group,0.5h, 1h, 2h, 4h of onset percentages of analgesia were higher than control group; 3)After treatment, the observation group patients’ incidence of adverse reactions was 2.38%, significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion: The morphine hydrochloride sustained release tablets rectal administration route can significantly alleviate cancer pain, shorten onset time of analgesia, and don’t increase the incidence of adverse reactions.

Objective:To describe PACS hardware infrastructure experimental design and summary under big data environment.Methods: A real DICOM communication test of PACS hardware infrastructure experimental design.Results: Archive test figures of DICOM communication for 64 channel CT, 1.5T MRI and DR.Conclusion: Currently, an efficient, reasonable hardware infrastructure design is essential to guarantee large hospital PACS application.

Analysis on key factors of safety in use and quality control for high frequency surgical unit

Objective: To analysis the key factors of quality control for high frequency surgical unit to provide reference to ensure accurate and standard. Methods:To analysis the details of quality control on protective earth impendence, resistor-capacitor network, test error on definition, structure, magnitude and other aspects. Results:To master the key factors of quality control is important for the promotion of operability of the quality control work and decrease the using risk, and then to improve the quality of medical services ensure the safety of patients and medical staff. Conclusion: To analysis the each key factor is important significance to the quality control for high frequency surgical unit.

Performance of CR and DR imaging characteristics and clinical application of comparative study

Objective: To evaluate CR (Computer X-ray imaging system) and DR (digital X-ray imaging system) imaging performance, features, advantages and disadvantages, and for application-level comparative analysis instrumentation for clinical application of scientific and rational resource reference. Methods:In the city diethyl hospital radiology shot 852 CR and DR tablets were retrospectively analyzed, focusing on the performance evaluation of two components as affecting the quality characteristics and radiography, focusing compare their clinical applications. Results:CR imaging quality was 89.9%, DR was 94.8%, DR radiography quality is higher than the CR, the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.864, P<0.05); DR waste film was 1.4%, CR rate of waste film 9.4%, DR radiography rejection rate was significantly lower than on the CR (x2=6.541, P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. DR at the receiver radiography kV and mA seconds on the overall value slightly lower than CR, but the difference was not statistically significant (t=0.6784, t=0.7541;P>0.05). Conclusion: CR and DR mutual advantages and disadvantages, CR flexible, and lower cost, but the DR over CR has a higher spatial resolution, wider dynamic range and lower X-ray radiation, and a low rate of waste film radiography speed, high work efficiency. Suggest playing two advantages for clinical applications to provide more choices.

Research on Volume RAD technique and dose control methods

Objective: Three dimensional X-ray imaging by Volume RAD, familiar with the operation method, a reasonable set of parametersin time, improve the technology efficiency at the same time, the control of possible ways to reduce the radiation dose. Methods: The 168 cases of patients with Volume RAD examination were divided into low, middle, high dose group, dose ratio was 5:10:15; respectively to examine patient’s chest, head, cervical spine, pelvis and knee joints, observe its effect. To track acquisition and scanning sampling, analyze of experiment and the effect. Results:The experimental results show, small lung nodules and trabecular bone dose, high dose group in the image quality is better than the dose than the low dose group, the display image quality, no significant difference between the 3 groups. Conclusion:After a time exposure capture can be parallel to the image surface of the detector series, was displayed in thecomplex structure and the overlapping parts of the details. But its operations are complex, need the exposure dose on dozens of times, how to control the exposure time and dose, which needs further research to select the best dose control scheme.

Research on the application of the anesthesia information system in the hospital

The anesthetists not only pay attention to the exploitation and application of the information resource but also rely more and more on the convenience caused by the informatization. Based on HIS, LIS, and PACS, the Anesthesia information system has been constructed in order to guarantee the quality and safety of the anesthesia. The Anesthesia information system shares the information with HIS and LIS and manages the medical information such as the surgery and anesthesia closely. The paper introduces the notion of the anesthesia information system and its main function and also the predicted effect during the management of the anesthesia information system. Meanwhile, some problem about the application has been mentioned.

Research on the design and application of oxygen conversion adapter for respirator

Objective:Developed two kinds of oxygen conversion adapter in order to make the respirator be used rapidly in all of the hospital without changing the oxygen connecting device of respirator. Methods:Designed one double sleeve type structure with a socket and a plug on each side which was named oxygen conversion adapter. Results: The installation of oxygen conversion adapter only cost a few seconds who made the using of respirator have no obstacle. Conclusion:Oxygen conversion adapter not only solve the oxygen plug and socket mismatch problem but also saved money.

Analysis on GNSS vehicle terminal metrological verification in the medical ambulance application analysis

Objective: Metrological verification for the medical emergency vehicle terminal 3G system, in order to facilitate the accurate positioning, route correctly, timely treatment, high success rate, and increase the credibility and effectiveness of treatment process records provided in the verification process or perform the burden of adducing evidences for emergency first-aid course. Methods:Metrological verification the positioning error, azimuth error and velocity error of emergency medical 3G system terminal. Results:The vehicle terminal measurement device and measurement method, which can satisfy the requirements of verification terminal technology and provide a valid certificate. Conclusion:Metrological verification has the very good function to emergency medical vehicles to successfully treat patients and subsequent verification and perform the burden of adducing evidences.

Research on the designing and realization of medical information transmission based on the socket

Objective: To improve the digital image system's retrieval speed and transmission efficiency, change the defect of traditional preservation and improve diagnostic quality of the image. Methods:Medical information transmission based on the socket can make the multi-threading parallel work to improve the running speed of the program, so images and files can be transmitted quickly. Results:Socket-based multi-threading technology is applied to the hospital departments and various remote medical system, that will improve the transmission speed and save time and money. Conclusion: Medical information transmission based on the socket can manage and application the medical imaging effectively.

Research on advantage chooses of CT and MRI in diagnosing spine tuberculosis

Objective:To analyze manifestation of spine tuberculosis in CT and MRI, compare two kinds of techniques respectively of diagnosis advantage. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 18 cases confirmed by the surgical operation and pathology imaging of CT and MRI Material of spine tuberculosis. Results: The CT can nicely show that the bone destruction, the bone increase osteoslerosis, sequester and new-born formation and narrow of intervertebral disc, swelling paraspinal soft tissue and psoas major muscle abscess, spinal canal of bone is narrow, calcification. Although CT can show intervertebral disc involvement and terminal plate of vertebral body destruction in sagittal reconstruction, not equal to MRI sensitive, Evaluating intervertebral disc involvement and area of paraspinal soft tissue swells, changed in early days spine tuberculosis of valuation, MRI had obvious advantage. Conclusion: Combining CT and MRI can reflect the image of spine tuberculosis to learn a characteristic completely and be advantageous to diagnosing and discriminate diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis.
