Analysis on chlorogenic acid of chaenomeles speciosa and its correlations with anticancer by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry

Objective:To analyze chlorogenic acid of Chaenomeles speciosa by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods:A method for determining chlorogenic acid of Chaenomeles speciosa by HPLC-MS is described. The operating conditions were Diamonsil C18 column (5μm, 4.6×250 mm) at room temperature, acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase by step gradients elution at a flow of 0.8 ml/min and UV detection at 325 nm. Results: The content of chlorogenic acid of Chaenomeles speciosa is 1.3 mg/g (RSD 0.4%), respectively. Conclusion:Chlorogenic acid was detected from Chaenomeles speciosa, which may be related to its inhibition of FAS and the potential role of anticancer.

Research on H. pylori eradication treatment with iron deficiency anemia

Objective: To study Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection and iron deficiency anemia (IDA), to explore the HP radical IDA treatment effect. Methods:To select Hospital 584 healthy volunteers, analysis of the composition of IDA and HP infection, diagnosed 61 cases of IDA merger of HP infection were randomly divided into observation group and control group, observed 31 patients given iron joint anti-HP treatment, the control group of 30 patients treated with iron therapy, the therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results:The group of 584 volunteers, IDA combined HP infection in 61 patients;the IDA patients HP infection rate was 55.96%, significantly higher than the non-IDA crowd the 20.21%;HP infection by IDA prevalence rate of 38.85%, significantly higher than the HPnegative 11.24%;incidence of HP infection and IDA have significant correlation, x2=15.3403, P<0.001. Four weeks after the observation group anti-HP therapy disable HP cure in 29 cases, the cure rate of 93.55%. After treatment IDA indicators have improved to some extent, the observation group after treatment, 1 month, 3 months increased significantly compared with those before treatment (t=3.974, 4.802, 5.221, 6.308;P<0.01);only one indicator of a treatment in the control group after treatment before a significant increase (t=5.383, P<0.01), 3 months after treatment, a significant increase in the indicators than before treatment (t=4.446, 3.741, 8.221;P<0.01), but significantly lower than the same period in the observation group (t=4.201, 6.664, 3.847;P<0.01). Conclusion:HP infection and IDA is closely related to the cure HP infection is of great significance to improve the IDA treatment of effect.

Objective:In order to achieve a dynamic supervision system throughout the logistics process of high-value consumables of oral and maxillofacial surgery and solve the problem of inaccurate traceability. Methods: It is based on the theory of supply chain management and summarizes the logistics process on high-value consumables of oral and maxillofacial surgery. It is a combination of bar code and information management system. Results: The dynamic supervision system throughout the logistics process of high-value consumables of oral and maxillofacial surgery will replace the original static and extensive mode management. It will achieve the refine management of high-value consumables of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Conclusion:It promotes the integration of material flow, information flow, capital flow. It achieves the dynamic supervision system in every procedure including purchasing, warehousing, consuming, destroying, Checking inventory and ensures the accurate traceability.

Application value of bevacizumab combined with pemetrexed and pluscisplatin first-line chemotherapy in treating lung cance r

Objective: To study the application value of bevacizumab combined with pemetrexed + pluscisplatin first-line chemotherapy in treating lung cancer. Methods: Advanced non small cell lung cancer patients from January 2011 to December 2012 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group given bevacizumab combined with pemetrexed + pluscisplatin and control group given pemetrexed +pluscisplatin. Then long-term therapeutic effect index, tumor endocrine index and long-term therapeutic effect index were observed. Results:(1)overall remission condition of observation group were better than those of control group(u=6.782, P<0.05), objective response rate(x2=8.382, P<0.05) and disease control rate(x2=5.992, P<0.05) of observation group were higher than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)after chemotherapy, VEGF-A, VEGF-B and VEGF-C levels of two groups were lower than those before chemotherapy and VEGF-A(t=6.263, P<0.05), VEGF-B(t=6.094, P<0.05) and VEGF-C(t=5.892, P<0.05) levels of observation group were lower than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)1 year(x2=6.883, P<0.05), 3 year(x2=7.273, P<0.05) and 5 year(x2=6.274, P<0.05) survival rate and progression free survival(t=9.752, P<0.05), overall survival time(t=7.883, P<0.05) of observation group were higher than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Bevacizumab combined with pemetrexed+pluscisplatin have positive clinical value for it is helpful to improve the remission, decreased the level of vascular endothelial growth factor, inhibit tumor angiogenesis, prolonged overall survival time.

The clinical application of SA9800-based biofeedback therapy device in postpartum recovery

Objective: GLAZER assessed using biofeedback instrument diagnosis of postpartum pelvic floor muscle extent of damage, and thus guides the doctor through scientific electrical stimulation and biofeedback for patients with precise rehabilitation. Methods: Using MyoTrac infiniti's SA9800 type biofeedback instrument, for June 2011-June 2013 897 cases of hospital maternity maternal stress testing,Ⅰ,Ⅱ-type muscle fiber function assessed. 450 randomly selected group of electrical stimulation of human observation and biofeedback therapy; 447 as control group not treated. Results: After three months, for 897 cases of maternal second assessment, 450 cases of maternal observation group, the results tend to be normal; 447 cases of maternal control group also improved, but the result was worse than the observation group. Conclusion:Use SA9800-based biofeedback treatment, with GLAZER evaluate the results of patients diagnosed played a guiding role. In GLAZER evaluation criteria, you can quantify pelvic floor muscle strength and the extent of damage to the pelvic floor muscles, through proper rehabilitation; reduce the incidence of postpartum risk of common diseases.

Study on the mechanism of intraventicular administration of insulin improve the cardiopulmonary resuscitation rats’ neurological function

Objective:To explore the effect of intraventricular administration of insulin on pro-apoptotic expression of Caspase-3 mRNA and neuronal apoptosis in hippocampus CA1, and neurological function after rats’ CPR. Methods:Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:sham group;the resuscitation with saline-treated group and resuscitation with insulin-treated group. Six minute cardiac arrest was induced by ventricular fibrillation (VF) via pacing electrode placed in rats’ esophagus in saline and insulin group. Results:1. The NDS revealed a clear neurological deficit after reperfusion 24 h, 72 h in insulin and saline group as compare to the sham group, Comparing to the saline group, Insulin could improve the rats’ neurologic function after CPR 24 (insulin vs. saline group, 70(64~72)vs.56(50~58), P<0.001);2. Through TUNEL stain, insulin inhibited apoptosis in CA1 hippocampus as compare to the saline after CPR 7d. (F=5.853, P=0.02) 3.Caspase-3 expression in insulin-treated groups were significantly decreased compared to the saline-treated group after reperfusion 24h and 72h[(70(64~72), 56(50~58);P<0.001]. Conclusion:Intraventricular administration of insulin could inhibit the mRNA expression levels of the apoptotic activities of Caspase-3 after cardiac arrest, prevent neuronal apoptosis in the CA1 hippocampus and improve the rats’ neurological function (at least 24hours) after CPR.

Objective:To explore the normative procedures for the hospital in introducing the new- into the hospital.Methods: To fill in the application form about the introduction of new-type medical materials into the hospital and to demonstrate them according to the procedures. The evaluation of management effect in normalizing the introduction procedures.Results: Standardize the introduction of new- type medical material flow, a long-term mechanism to establish open and transparent management, perfect the procurement model of hospital. Conclusion: Normalizing the introduction process of new-type medical materials, can make the hospital technological innovation and competitiveness.

Research on lower extremity trauma fracture prevention of postoperative knee stiffness functional training

Objective:To investigate and assess the systemic functional training in the prevention of lower limb trauma fracture surgery knee stiffness effect. Methods: Select General Hospital of PLA (301 Hospital) traumatic lower extremity Department of orthopedics from 2009 since April admissions of fractures in patients with 126 cases, according to the nursing methods of postoperative patients were divided into experimental group 63 cases and control group 63 cases, control group was given routine nursing after traumatic fracture of lower limb, the experimental group received training rehabilitation care plan and patient in the control group. Postoperative follow-up, the time of 5 months-2 years, two groups of patients were muscle strength, extension and flexion degree and the patients with complications were analyzed statistically, and the comprehensive evaluation of knee joint function recovery of patients. Results:The postoperative knee flexion strength and degree than the control group;experimental group, the complication rate was 15.9%in the control group of patients swelling after seven cases, the complication rate was 28.6%; comprehensive evaluation knee function two groups of patients in the experimental group was 82.5% excellent (52/63), good rate of the control group was 65.1% (41/63);said comparison items were statistically significant differences (x2=12.6, P<0.05). Conclusion: Lower limb trauma fracture surgery rehabilitation for patients with systemic functional training rehabilitation care, joint function recovery is remarkable, scientifically valid methods, should be further promoted.

Research on the management and practice of equipment in the modern operation room

Objective:To explorehow to manage the equipments in the modern operation room in a scientific, efficient and safe way. Methods:This paper discusses key points of the equipment management in the modern operation room from two aspects of the management network and the system construction. Combined with the hospital practice, this paper elaborates the equipment management practice in the modern operation room from the aspects of personnel responsibilities, equipment trainings and assessment mechanisms. Results: Perfect equipment management network and system in the operation room make the management more standard, improving quality control of medical equipments and the level of safety supervision as well as enriching the equipment management connotation in the operation room. Conclusion:Strengthening the equipment management in the modern operation room is the premise of improving the medical level and ensuring the safe and smooth operation .The rational use of equipment resources can improve the economic benefits of the hospital and the patients are the biggest beneficiaries, which could bring the enormous social benefits.

TDP therapy nursing research to promote wound healing caesarean

Objective:To use TDP therapy combined with special care and treatment of cesarean section wound, clinical observation. Methods:The therapy combined with psychological, pain, health education and other special nursing treatment with TDP for 38 cases of the observation group of patients, the patients in control group took traditional postoperative nursing. Results:in the observation group were the wound infection rate was 7.9%, the incidence of complications was 18.4%, the control group were 28.9%, 42.1%, And the observation group at the end of the third week wound shrinking rate was 38.62±26.31, control group was 27.14±12.42, the observation group at the end of the 1 week, 2 week, 3 week pain levels were 4.68±1.24, 4.14±1.21, 3.96±1.02, comparing the two groups of patients, the wound infection rate reduced rate and pain level, (x2=4.2903, x2=4.2113;P<0.05),the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion:combined with special care, the postoperative parturient with TDP therapy effect is good, is worth the clinical promotion.
