Application of colposcopy in atypical squamous cell of undetermined significance

Objective:To explore the clinical significance of colposcopy in cervical atypical squamous cell of undetermined significance(ASCUS).Methods: Total of 516 women in our department were diagnosed with ASCUS by cytological test(TCT), they were further colposcope test. 209 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplassia(CIN)were biopsied under the colposcope. In 307 cases of chronic cervicitis were given conservative therapy for 1-3 treatment cycles. Twelve cases of second TCT examination abnormal were biopsied under the colposcope. 295 cases of those with negative cytology checks take TCT regularly.Results: Of the 516 cases, 221 cases of cervical were biopsy (42.82%). Among them, 30 cases were chronic cervicitis , 185 cases were cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN I-III), 6 case were squamous cell carcinoma, respectively. 295 cases without cervical biopsy, the follow-up of 6-18 months TCT found no abnormality.Conclusion: For the patients with cervical ASCUS, colposcopy associate with pathology biopsy may be helpful for the diagnosis and can provide a reasonable and effective treatment scheme for patients.

Discussion on management and use for electrocardiogram monitor during detection and repairing

Objective:To discuss management and use for electrocardiogram (ECG) monitor during detection and repairing.Methods: To solve the problems in the process of management and use of electrocardiogram (ECG) monitor through detection and repairing of this equipment, and will discuss the management measures of ECG monitor. Furthermore, the effective quality control measures for ECG monitor will be raised.Results: Qualified rate of ECG monitor is 80.47%.It is useful to improve measure of quality control by PDCA.Conclusion: Quality control will improve the utilization rate of medical resources, and reduce investment costs of these resources.

Research on quality control and calibration period of medical monitor

Objective:To do research on quality control and calibration period of medical monitor, to assure that the medical monitor is being its best performance and to provide a stable and consistency medical diagnostic images for doctors.Methods: Based on DICOM and AAPM-TG18 calibration standards and using luminance meter and monitor calibration software, our hospital implemented detection and correction quarterly to nine medical monitors. At the same time we tested the brightness response data of medical monitor continuously for 55 weeks and recorded the various brightness with the change of time, then we did some work in statistic analysis and curve fitting using MATLAB software.Results: The performance parameters of our hospital medical monitors are in AAPM-TG18 specified range and the display characteristics are also consistent with the DICOM standard; The change of brightness quarterly of medical monitor is 0~25cd/m2 which is accorded with the function of DICOM GSDF. Conclusion: In order to ensure the accuracy of the impact of image diagnosis system, it’s reasonable and effective to do medical monitors quarterly testing based on brightness response curve.

Research on the informatization of quality management of large medical equipment

Objective:To use computer technology for large medical equipment quality management.Methods: The quality management mode of the existing large medical equipment and means of analysis, combined with the work practice, learn from developed countries in Europe and America advanced method of large medical equipment management, and extract the key elements of quality management, and the formation of information management of design documents and procedures.Results: A set of used in quality management of large medical equipment information system, including the elements of quality management, quality management evaluation and related benefit analysis.Conclusion: by means of information used for quality management of large medical equipment, effectively regulate the quality management system of large-scale medical equipment, to enhance the quality and safety of controllability, protect the patient's life security, but also conforms to the future development direction of quality management, to satisfy the competent departments, medical institutions and patients in many aspects such as quality safety requirements for large medical equipment.

Study on high intensity focused ultrasound treatment for uterine fibroids

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods: HIFU was used in 15 patients(27uterine leiomyoma). Observe the change of patients after treatment, such as abdominal pain, irregular bleeding, menorrhagia, menostaxis. Then ultrasound imaging of uterine fibroid size change.Results: Thirteen cases of abdominal pain after treatment were improved, the effective rare was 81.82%; for irregular bleeding was 83.33%, menorrhagia was 81.82%, menstrual extension were 75%. 13 cases of 27 fibroids after 25±5d ultrasound review, there were no obvious change in the size of fibroid. 11 cases of 24 fibroids after 60±5d ultrasound review, 21 of them have no obvious change; total rate is 87.5%(21/24). There were 2 fibroid increases slightly about 10% of diameter, that’s 8.33% of total (2/24). 1 fibroid shrank about 15%, that’s 4.17%(1/24).Conclusion: HIFU treatment of uterine fibroids can achieve better clinical results, but not significantly reduce fibroids. Therefore, HIFU is a new treatment option for patient who preserves the uterus and fertility preserving ability, drug conservative treatment is invalid, cannot tolerate operation or fibroid recurrence.

Research on the added value of CT values mean the critical value of sensitivity analysis in the clinical diagnosis of giant cell tumor of bone

Objective:To investigate the CT value added value of the mean of critical value in the diagnosis of giant cell tumor clinical sensitivity.Methods: Aretrospective analysis, selected from March 2013 to November 2014, the clinical data of 120 patients with bone tumors treated, they can be divided into two groups at random, control group and the observer, 60 cases in each group, observer for patients with giant cell tumor of bone, the control for the patients with giant cell tumor of bone. Each patient chose three ROI, the added value of the mean values of enhanced CT and CT values mean as observed values, under the experience of observation analysis of patients with giant cell tumor of the added value of CT values mean critical value and its sensitivity in the clinical diagnosis of giant cell tumor of bone.Results: The observation group of patients after CT enhanced scan display area average CT value of HU(108±39)HU was significantly higher than the control group(82±78)HU CT value(t=3.348, P<0.05), statistically significant difference; Through the ROC curve analysis, found that when the added value of CT values mean acuity 96.5 as critical, sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis of giant cell tumors of bone are 90.9% and 90.9% respectively; When the CT value added value of the mean acuity 41.5 HU as the critical point, the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis of giant cell tumor bone were 98.9%, 48.1% respectively.Conclusion: The bone giant cell average CT value added value of diagnosis of critical value of 96.5HU 41.5HU, and high sensitivity, but the specificity is low, the added value of CT values help determine the existence of the giant cell tumors of bone.

Only mastering correct method can improve literature studying ability.

Objective:To study the significance of standard operating procedures of construction emergency medical simulation teaching-based. Methods:Emergency medical simulation teaching base on the construction of standard operating procedures mode. Results:SOP model was used in emergency medicine in practice teaching and management, it improved the connotation of practical teaching system construction;and was helpful to improve the practice teaching content construction. Evaluation is beneficial to improve the practice teaching system. Evaluation is beneficial to improve the practice teaching system. To strengthen the emergency medical simulation base radiation ability, promote the standardization of practice teaching and management level, this itself is a kind of innovation, but still need to constantly improve and improve. The evaluation of the curative effect of periodontal basic treatment for aggressive periodontitis

Objective: To explore the effect of basis of periodontal therapy in patients with aggressive periodontitis of clinical therapeutic. Methods: Select 80 cases of aggressive periodontitis patients from January 2013 and January 2014,randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group patients received routine treatment with antibiotics, liuwei dihuang pill and vitamin C, and the experimental group received treatment for periodontal basic treatment on the basis of routine treatment, after the treatment period, compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of cross periodontal probing depth (PD), explore clinical bleeding index (BOP), attachment level (AL) and two sets of teeth is loose. Results:After the treatment period, Periodontal probing depth of diagnosis (PD), explore clinical bleeding index (BOP), attachment level (AL) value is decreased obviously, and the improvement of the experimental group patients condition is more apparent, and at the end of the observation period, loose teeth number of patients is less than that of controls, statistical results have obvious difference (x2=12.17, x2=12.94;P<0.05). Conclusion:For aggressive periodontitis patients, periodontal basic treatment is a kind of curative effect and effective treatment, can help patients to improve the clinical symptoms as soon as possible, can be suitable for clinical promotion.

Clinical study of narrow band ultraviolet combined infrared with drugs in the treatment of vitiligo

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of narrow band ultraviolet combined infrared with 8-Methoxypsoralen for the treatment of vitiligo,to seek a new method for the treatment of vitiligo. Methods: Sixty cases of vitiligo patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group adopted 365-nm narrow band ultraviolet LED combined 850-nm infrared LED with 8-Methoxypsoralen for the treatment of vitiligo, the control group adopted 365-nm narrow band ultraviolet LED irradiation combined with 8-Methoxypsoralen for the treatment of vitiligo, the clinical curative effect of two group were observed when treated with 1 months,2 months. Results:After 2 months of treatment, the efficiency rate of the experimental group was 66.67%, higher than that of the control group with an efficiency of 40%, the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.653, P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of narrow band ultraviolet combined infrared with 8-Methoxypsoralen for the treatment of vitiligo is better than that of narrow band ultraviolet combined with 8-Methoxypsoralen in the treatment of vitiligo.
