A survey for constitution and equipment of national rescue team of abroad

Face to various disaster and dilemma, the tasks of national rescue team were fast and effective rescue, and reducing the harm of life and damage of property, and decreasing each damage to the lowest point. The ability of national rescue team could reflect the strength and developed degree of a national, it further more manifested the levels of medical rescue team. Face to major disasters, it was vital to provide humanitarian assistance for the affected people in disaster areas at the first time. Many developed countries have established national rescue teams and equipped various kinds of rescue equipment, and the disaster relief of medical team was regarded as the main force in emergency health rescue for disaster. refer to the constitution and equipment of national rescue team of developed countries has an important guiding role for perfection of emergency medical rescue in China.

Applied research of two-dimension code technology in management of armaria

Aimed at the importance and current situation of hospital medical equipment management, the paper has analyzed the method of application and advantages of two dimension code technology and intelligent terminal in the management of medical equipment. And the two dimension code conversion software, which was developed by using C++ language compiler software and medical equipment management system, could achieve two dimension code information conversion and label production of medical equipment for instruction, maintenance, meterage and scraping and other information. And the intelligent terminal couldbe used to obtain information in real time, and it could combine with the existed one dimensional code to achieve informationization management for medical equipment, and then gradually replace one dimensional code. Through discussed the advantages of two dimension code and compared with the traditional model, the results indicated that this technology could provide a new direction in developmental trends and application prospect, and enhance the management level for dynamic information, and solve the problems of inconvenience in updating information.

"The application of inpatient education platform of internet plus ""317 nursing"" in health education of orthopedic ward"

Objective:To explore the role of the inpatient education platform of internet plus 317 nursing that was assistant of health education of nurse in the clinical nursing work.Method: 100 patients with orthopedic disease were divided into observation group (50 cases)and control group (50 cases) as random number table. The patients of observation group received admission education and health education by using internet plus 317 nursing, which was assistant of health education of nurse, while the patients of control group received routine education mode including dictate of cramming mode, blackboard newspaper, propaganda handbook and telephone follow-up and so on. And then the score of anxiety self-assessment scale (SAS) and nursing satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result: The scores of SAS of observation group in admission and 7 d later were (49.66±9.126) points and (46.32±7.02) points, respectively, and the scores of them of control group respectively were (48.18±9.260) points and (45.22±6.53) points. And the differences between the two time point in each group were not statistically significant (t=0.805.81,t=0.812,P>0.05). At discharge, the score of observation group (39.08±3.59) points was significantly lower than that of control group (42.86±4.25) points (t=4.81,P<0.05). Besides, the satisfaction degree of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(x2=0.925, P=0.031).Conclusion: The inpatient education platform of internet plus 317 nursing can guide health of patients in time, and quickly solve problems during hospitalization, and reduce the SAS score of patients, and increase the patient's satisfaction degree for clinical nursing quality.

The analysis and countermeasures for current situation of pharmaceutical procurement management in hospital

Objective:To analyze pharmaceutical procurement model of hospital, and explore better pharmaceutical procurement model so as to suit the development of modern hospital.Methods: Combined with the current situation of pharmaceutical procurement in domestic medical organization in recent years to analyze the current problems that existed in pharmaceutical procurement of hospital management.Results: Aimed at the problems that existed in procurement management model in current hospital, the reasonable suggestions have been proposed, and these suggestions have provided reference and experience forpharmaceutical management and procurement in hospital.Conclusion: Pharmaceutical procurement is the material basis of pharmaceutical supply of pharmaceutical trading enterprise, and it is the start point of pharmaceutical circulation and distribution, and it also is the first important step. Especially, aimed at the institutional reform of separating pharmacy from clinic in Beijing, the normalization of pharmaceutical procurement management will be very important effect in working practice.

Situation analysis and discussion for the archival management of special equipment in hospital

Objective:To discuss the important significance of the archival management for special equipment of hospital, and to ensure life safety of employee and patients of hospital. Methods: Through summarized practice experience in work, the content, existed problem, the relative management activity and solution of archival management of special equipment of hospital were analyzed and researched.Results: The development of archives management for special equipment of hospital must comply with the development of era. The traditional thinking model of management for equipment archival was transformed. And the advancedtechnique was applied to constantly improve and update the archival management of special equipment of hospital. And then the classification management, standard preventions and working process achieved more standardization, more science and more preciseness.Conclusion:The improved archival management of special equipment can ensure special equipment to play its due role in the diagnosis and treatment of hospital.

The cycle quality control of medical equipment based on system of operation and maintenance

Objective:To realize the development of processize, dynamic and normalizing of quality control for medical equipment, and increase the rate of submittal for inspection and work efficiency of medical equipment.Methods: Through data management of informationization platform to count the time, quantity and qualified rate of quality control for medical equipment, and to automatically reminded the number of equipment that was submitted to inspect, and to enhance the rate of submittal for inspection.Results: Through the real-time inquiry function of the operation and maintenance system, the work efficiency was enhanced, and the transformation from static state to dynamic state of the process ofcycle quality control for medical equipment was achieved, and the management for detection data of quality control for medical equipment was improved.Conclusion:Through the application of operation and maintenance system, the work efficiency of cycle quality control of medical equipment can be enhanced, and the informationization management of medical equipment can be achieved, and this system is appropriate for the management of medical equipment in all kinds of hospital.

The design and implementation of real-time transmission system for pre-hospital emergency ECG

Objective:To design real-time transmission system for pre-hospital emergency electrocardiogram(ECG) so as to provide specialty and accurate diagnostic analysis about ECG before patient achieved at hospital and to shorten the waiting time for diagnosis and treatment after they achieved at hospital.Methods: 4G network and virtual private dial-up network(VPDN) were used to real-time transmit ECG data of patient from ambulance to hospital so as to doctors of ECG department and emergency room can analyze the detecting reporter, choose plan of emergency guidance and prepare operation and treatment for patientsaccording to the received ECG data in time.Results: The situations of emergency patients have been grasped and been primarily confirmed before they achieved hospital, therefore, the doctors could made relative preparation for fast and specially treating patients after they once achieved hospital.Conclusion: The real-time transmission system of pre-hospital emergency ECG can remedy the shortage of technical strength of pre-hospital emergency team, and shorten the treating time of emergency patients, and increase the success rate of rescue.

Analysis on the relative risk factor of bleeding again of patients with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding in negative result of capsule endoscopy

Objective:To study the relative risk factor of bleeding again of patients with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding (OGIB) of negative result in capsule endoscopy(CE). Methods: 92 patients with OGIB whose extermination results of CE were negative were enrolled in the retrospective analysis, and they were divided into observation group(46 cases, with bleeding again) and control group(46 cases, without bleeding again). The data of casehistory of these patients were compared, respectively, and then these data were analyzed by using Logistic regression analysis.Results: The ratio of 50 years old or older than 50 years old and the number of abnormal blood coagulation of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group(x2=5.386,x2=14.331,P<0.05), respectively. And the number of taking Aspirin of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, while the number of received special treatment of observation group was lower than that of control group(x2=7.180, x2=23.545,P<0.01). As the results of Logistic regression analysis, 50 years old or older than 50 years old, abnormal blood coagulation, taking Aspirin and non-receiving special treatment were the independent risk factors, respectively, for patients with negative results of CE.Conclusion: In the examination of CE, although the results of patients with OGIB were negative, they may blood again, and all of these factors including 50 years old or older than 50 years old, abnormal blood coagulation, taking Aspirin and non-receiving special treatment are the risk factors which can affect blooding again. These factors should be paid more attention.

The research of curative effect of hysteroscope electrotomy for treating infertile women with uterine septum

Objective:To study the effect of hysteroscope electrotomy for treating infertile women with uterine septum.Methods: 64 patients with uterine septum were divided into observation group (25cases) and control group (39cases) according to different operation method. Patients of observation group received the combination mode of hysteroscope and laparoscope while the patients of control group received hysteroscope electrotomy. And thenthe effects of the two surgical methods for pregnancy outcome of the patients of the two groups were compared. Results: In 22 patients with complete uterine septum, the postoperative pregnancy rate was 59.09％ which was significantly higher than preoperative pregnancy rate (18.18％) (x2=4.539,P<0.05). The postoperative rate of normal childbirth in term was 31.82％ which was significantly higher than preoperative outcome (0％) (x2=8.324, P<0.004). In 42 patients which incomplete uterine septum, the postoperative pregnancy rate was 73.81％ which was significantly higher than preoperative pregnancy rate (33.33％) (x2=13,832,P<0.05). The postoperative rate of normal childbirth in term was 54.76％ which was significantly higher than preoperative outcome (0％)(x2=31.672, P<0.004).Conclusion: Hysteroscope electrotomy is significant in the treatment for patient with uterine septum, and it has series of advantages of minimally invasive surgery including small wound, less blooding, fast prognosis and others. Therefore, it is worthy in the clinical promoting.

Research on the application of holistic nursing intervention in perioperative nursing for patients underwent radical hysterectomy under laparoscopy

Objective:To investigate the effect of holistic nursing intervention in perioperative nursing for patients underwent radical hysterectomy under laparoscopy. Methods: 80patients with cervical cancer were divided into observation group (40cases) and control group (40cases), and patients of control group received routine nursing modein perioperative period while patients of observation group received holistic nursing mode in the same stage. The complication of the two groups were compared and analyzed, and the satisfaction degree for nursing mode was investigated.Results: Under the intervention of holistic nursing, the number of complication of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (x2=8.205,P<0.05). And the satisfaction degree for nursing of observation group was significantly higher than that control group(x2=5.000,P<0.05).Conclusion: The holistic nursing intervention in perioperative nursing for patients underwent radical hysterectomy under laparoscopy can significantly improve the life quality of patients, and reduce the occurrence of complication, and enhance the satisfaction degree of patients for nursing.
