The Philippine Journal of Anesthesiology is the official scientific journal of the Philippine Society of Anesthesiologists, Inc. It is an online, open access, and peer-reviewed journal that is comprised of original studies, case reports/ series, qualitative and quantitative research, review articles, as well as commentaries on topics in peri-operative anesthesia care, pain medicine, and critical care. Keeping with the Society’s research agenda and advocacy of patient safety and advancing quality anesthesia care, the Editorial Board encourages the submission of research that benchmarks the education and practice of anesthesia in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
