Measures Selection and Contents Selection of American Physician Information Publication Reporting

Chinese Hospital Management.2017;37(5):78-80.

Physician quality information public reporting can help consumer selection,improve physician performance,and ease the patient-doctor disputes.As well,the selection and evaluating methods for public reporting quality measures have a significant effect in the value and social identity of public reporting.The paper introduced the content of doctor information publication,including patients' safety,diabetes,heart disease,preventing disease and the process of measures selection for public reporting.The paper proposed the multielement and regular publication content,the best publication quality index formulated by multichannel and interest group cooperation,stability and scientificness of test index before publication and the selection measurement of comprehensive index of disease module to provide evidence-based doctor quality information in China.

Systematic Review of the Effect of Clinical Application of Three-dimensional Printing Technology in Orthopedics

Objective To assess the effect of clinical application of three-dimensional printing technology (3D printing) in Orthopedics.Methods Comparing the effect of clinical application of three-dimensional printing technology with traditional Standardized technology,through using a systematic review and Meta Analysis.Results Meta analysis of 25 studies included in the research showed that application of 3D printing reduced operation time by 26 minutes,decreased intraoperative blood loss by 77 ml,and increased accuracy rate or success rate of screw implanting(increased by 2.10 times compared with tradit onal standardized technology).Conclusion The application of 3D printing in Orthopedics has good short-term effect But its deVelopment in clinical application should be cautious.

Analysis of Family Clustering of Inpatient Service Utilization in Rural Areas of Hubei Province

Objective To analyze family clustering of inpatient service utilization in rural areas of Hubei Province.Method Inpatient service information of all families in rural areas of sample counties was obtained on the basis of New Cooperative Medical System (NCMS) inpatient database;Lorentz curve was drawn by area graph and scatter diagram of Excel 2010,so was Gini coefficient;descriptive statistic,variance analysis and so on were carried by IBM SPSS Statistic 20.0.Result 3％ family takes up 19％ inpatient service,and rural family's Gini coefficient of inpatient service utilization is 0.366;high inpatient service utilization family(HIUF) uses less outpatient service(29.2±26.9) than middle inpatient service utilization family (31.7±23.5).Inpatient member of HIUF used more inpatient service than other families,except the low inpatient service utilization member(NHH9.2＞NMH4,NHM2.4＞NMM2.2＞NLM1.7);HIUF use least time to reach county hospital(tH44.3＜tM44.9＜tL45.2),have more inpatient members than others (NM＞4.5＞NH4.4＞NL3.9).Conclusion Great family clustering of inpatient service utilization exists in rural area,and irrationality exists in some way;more outpatient service utilization may reduce inpatient service utilization.

Analysis of Family Clustering of Outpatient Service Utilization in Hubei Province

Objective To analyze family clustering of outpatient service utilization in rural areas of China.Method Outpatient service information of all families in rural area of sample county was obtained on the basis of new cooperative medical system (NCMS) outpatient database,and family outpatient service utilization database was cleared out with the help of functions like IF,LOOKUP and so on in Excel 2010.Lorentz curve was drawn by area graph and scatter diagram with Excel 2010,so was Gini coefficient.Descriptive statistic,variance analysis and so on were carried by IBM SPSS Statistic 20.0.Result 20％ family takes up 53％ of outpatient service,and rural family's Gini coefficient of outpatient service utilization is 0.516.Members of high outpatient service utilization family (HOUF) used (17.7) more outpatient service than other families (10.4,4.2).HOUF were mainly distributed in towns with high capability of township hospital and low capability of township hospital.Conclusion Great family clustering of outpatient service utilization exists in rural areas.Family homogenization is distinct,in which irrationality exists.The capability of primary medical institutions influences the outpatient service utilization of residents in rural area.

Importance and Suggestions for Evaluation of Regional Health Service System in China

Evaluation of regional health service system can provide guidance for regional health planning,improve the ability of the national macro-control and supervision,and optimize the medical resource allocation.China has yet to establish a set of scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system.Through the introduction of the importance,influence factors and the current methods in evaluation of regional medical service system in US,suggestions are provided for establishing and improving China's evaluation system of regional health service.

Analysis of the Clinical Research of Three-Dimensional Printing Technology in Orthopedics

Objective To study onclinical researches of 3D printing technology in Orthopedics.Methods Through literature search,107 literatures were included and systematically reviewed,and the status of clinical researches of 3D printing technology in orthopedics was described.Results The clinical researches of 3D printing technology in Orthopedics were mainly focused on males and adults population conducted from 2007 to 2012.3D printing technology frequently used in Orthopedics were reduction and internal fixation,deformity correction,pedicle screw placement,tumor resection,revision and reconstruction,and knee replacement.Conclusion 3D printing technology in Orthopedics is still at an initial stage of clinical development.

Thought of Nursing Environment in China Based on Donabedian Quality Theory

Based on the theory of Donabedian quality theory,namely structure-process-outcome theory,the evaluation and maintenance of nursing environment is analyzed.Through related websites,retrieval of patient safety case and literature and combined with the relationship with three layers,the high quality nursing environment and patient safety is analyzed,to study its localization and reference,and to put forward the corresponding suggestions in order to help ensure the safety of patients.

Investigation and Analysis of Current Status of Surgery Grading Management Among Municipal Hospitals in Beijing

Objective To understand current situation of surgery grading management in 22 hospitals from Beijing Municipal Administration of Hospitals,and to discuss the problems and to make suggestions for better application and management.Methods Based on general survey,Surgery of Grading Conditions of All Municipal Hospitals was issued to 22 municipal hospitals to make related staff fill related data.Results Except for 3 specialty hospitals,19 hospitals have launched the surgery grading management,while they are in different steps of implementing hierarchical directory,surgeon permission and dynamic management.These hospitals have different reference standards of making hierarchical directory.84.2％ hospitals give surgeons authorities according to levels of operations evaluated by professional title,surgery grade and doctors' technical skills.There are 14 hospitals applying information management on surgery grading.Conclusion Uniform criteria of hierarchical directory,extension of surgeon permission system and implementation of surgery grading information management will contribute to regulation fulfillment.

Research of Threshold Effect of Government Health Expenditure on Residents' Health

Objective To study the threshold effect of government health expenditure on residents' health.Methods Using threshold panel data model to perform the empirical research.Results There is threshold effect of government health expenditure on residents' health.There are two threshold values.As the increase of the proportion of the government health expenditure to the total fiscal expenditure,it has two changes of the impact on the health of residents.Conclusion The government should increase the health expenditure,and increase the proportion of the government health expenditure to the total fiscal expenditure,but the government should not blindly pursue the high input of health expenditure,focus on the efficiency of health expenditure,and avoid of resource waste.

Strategy of Basic Medical System Reform Under the Perspective of Institutional Supply

Financial funding model of basic medical service reform should shift from single paying attention to supply of medical services to coordination concern about medical service output.No fault medical damage compensation system should be included in the budget arrangement of national financial investment.In the face of high incidence of medical damage,the center of medical tort liability system should be changed from relief patients to prevention of medical injury.Negligence litigation system has a profound negative impact on health care system.Most attention to this negative influence should be paid when efforts are made to promote managed care.It is necessary to change basic medical service system linking with current medical tort liability system so as to design from a more macro perspective of system supply.
