Study on MRI of sacroiliac joint

Objective To explore MRI of sacroiliac joint.Methods MRI was applied to 33 patients on transaxial FSE T2WI and SE T1 WI,coronal FSE T2 WI and two coronal FSPGR.Results Sacroiliac joints of 7 patients were normal,and all the sequences could directly show the cartilage of normal sacroiliac joints.The other 26 patients suffered from ankylosing spondylitis(AS),and cartilage abnormality appeared in 42 sacroiliac joints from 52 joints.The irregular thickened or tortuous ones replaced the linear intermediate signals on T1WI and T2WI.Conclusion Such measures do good to MRI of normal sacroiliac joint structure and pathological changes as optimization of scanning parameters,selection of proper scanning method and coil,as well as application of T2WI and FSPGR in phase fat suppression technology.

Three-dimensional Medical Support Function Embedded in Field Medical Shelter

The application of field medical shelter in Wenchuan Earthquake on May,12 is discussed,and some problems encountered are pointed out.Several advices,such as the increase of medical equipment in number and allocation optimization of the shelter,are put forward.

Hospital Information Sharing

Objective To realize patients' imaging and non-imaging information sharing between two hospitals.Methods Hospitals were connected with fibre.The central index server was set,in which the index information of medical records was saved.The central index server was searched to locate the server of the needed medical records,and then the medical records were read from the new found server.Results The solution for information sharing between hospitals was given.Conclusion It is feasible to realize information sharing between hospitals by fibre connection and central index server.

Research on characteristics and clinical applications of EBCT

Objective To master the various characteristics of EBCT and it's applications in clinic in depth. Methods Different scan modes were compared with each other. Results EBCT had the advantage of high speed in scanning and high resolving power of time without mechanical abrasion due to the using of electron beam. Conclusion EBCT is suitable for the examinations of cardiovascular system, and moving organs and uncooperative patients, and also for the application to CT fluoroscopy.

This paper uses defense acquisition theory to research on the problem of military medical equipment purchase.Focusing on the risk problem of military medical equipment purchase,this paper firstly introduces the current status of military medical equipment purchase.Then it analyses the effection of oligopoly to purchase risk based on oligopoly making price theory.At last,it puts forward some proposals for avoiding the risk of military medical equipment purchase.

Applications designed for a tele-monitoring electrocardiogram system

This article introduces a new applications which is used in the central electrocardiogram monitoring system of a tele-monitoring system for electrocardiogram transmitted by telephone.The applications is composed of the components of database,real-time monitoring and signal processing.The paper is mainly about digital wave filter used to process real-time collected signals and the algorithm to measure the interval between R-R electrocardiograms.

Standardization of management process for medical consumables in large-scale hospitals in western region

In order to scientifically and efficiently make use of the limited medical resources and gradually resolve the problem that "medical treatment is difficult and expensive",large-scale hospitals in the western region must reduce medical cost in purchasing,using and cost of medical consumables.This paper discusses the role of strengthening the management of medical consumables,and studies how to standardize the management process for medical consumables in large-scale hospitals in western region.
