Retrospective analysis of 55 patients with severe hepatitis during late period of pregnancy

Objective To study the relationship between survival rate and pathogen,subtype,stage,delivered methods of 55 patients with severe hepatitis during late period of pregnancy.Methods Clinical data of 55 cases with severe hepatitis during late period of pregnancy was analyzed retrospectively.Results The incidence of hepatitis B was highest in patients with severe hepatitis during late period of pregnancy (84.5%).In subtypes,the incidence rates of chronic severe hepatitis,acute severe hepatitis and subacute severe hepatitis were 83.6%,5.5%,10.9% respectively(P

The Role of Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potential in the Diagnosis of Cerebral Concussion

Objective To observe the change of brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP)of cerebral concussion patients.Methods The results of BAEP of 60 patients with cerebral concussion were analyzed and were compared with the results of CT test.Results Among the results of 60 cases of cerebral concussion,the abnormal rate of BAEP was 83%;the abnormal rate of CT test results was 21%.Conclusion BAEP is of great value in the early diagnosis of cerebral concussion and in the efficient evaluation of the function of brain stem.

Detecting Chromosome Aberrance of Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma (OSCC) in Cytogenetics.

Objective Detect chromosome aberrance(number and construction) in OSCC cell .Methods Cell were treated with colchicines and microsometic fluid, and then were expanded with cold acetic acid and formalized with methyl alcohol. After Giemsa staining, the cell were observed under oil microscope and the chromosome karyotype was analyzed. Results The number of OSCC chromosome is between 63~66, and many type of chromosome contruction is aberrant, chromosome break and monocase of chromosome break. The number change is appear in increasing of NO 1、7、16、19、20 and lose in NO 6、9、10、18、21、22, the constructing change in NO 1、2、4、11. Conclusion Analysising chromosome aberrance will be useful in location in chromosome for relative oncogene and suppressor gene.

Application of Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ovarian Masses

Objective To investigate the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian masses.Methods Ninety-four patients with ovarian masses were observed and undetermined by conventional ultrasound examinations who were underwent contrast-enhanced ultrasound examinations and were made the time-intensity curve.By analyzing the perfusion characteristics and the quantitative parameters of time-intensity curve,we compared the difference of different masses.Results The perfusion characteristics and the quantitative parameters of the time-intensity curve were different.The arrival time and the time to peak intensity of benign masses were later than those of malignant tumors.The peak iniensity of benign masses was lower than that of malignant tumors.There was a significant difference between the two groups.The arrival time and the time to peak intensity of benign tumors were later than those of malignant tumors.The peak intensity of benign tumors was lower than that of malignant tumors.There was a significant difference between the two groups.The time to peak intensity of non-tumorous lesions was later than that of malignant tumors.The peak intensity of non-tumorous lesions was lower than that of malignant tumors.There was a significant difference between the two groups.The arrival time of non-tumorous lesions was earlier than that of benign tumors.There was a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The perfusion characteristics and the quantitative parameters that draw from the time-intensity curve of different masses are different.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound is contributive to the diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of different masses.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound also has great clinical values to those ovarian masses whose ultrasonic appearance is complex and difficult to diagnose qualitatively.

Clinical Effect of Arthroscopic Circumpatellar Denervation in Anterior Knee Pain of Patellofemoral Osteoarthritis and its Correlation with Cartilage Degeneration

Objective To explore clinical effect of arthroscopic circumpatellar denervation in anterior knee pain of patellofemoral osteoarthritis and its correlation with cartilage degeneration.Methods Totally 104 patients with anterior knee pain of patellofemoral osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group(n =52) were treated with arthroscopic debridement,and those in combined group(n =52) were treated with arthroscopic debridement plus circumpatellar denervation.All the patients were followed-up for 6 months.The WOMAC scores,knee function recovery were compared between two groups,and the changes of WOMAC score among different degrees of cartilage degeneration were analyzed.Results The WOMAC score of pain,morning stiffness and joint function were significantly improved in combined group than those in control group at 6 months after surgery(P < 0.05).At 6 months after surgery,the score of range of activity and walking distance in both groups were all increased,and combined group had more remarkable increase than that of control group(P < 0.05).Compared with before surgery,the total WOMAC score in patients with grade Ⅰ-m at 6 months after surgery significantly decreased (P < 0.05),while there was no significant difference in patients with grade Ⅳ level between before surgery and 6 months after surgery (P > 0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement plus circumpatellar denervation for anterior knee pain of patellofemoral osteoarthritis can effectively relieve pain symptom,promote the recovery of knee joint function,especially suitable for patients with cartilage degeneration of Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ.

Target-controlled Intravenous Analgesia with Remifentanil on Hyoxemia in Obese Patients with Painless Gastroscopy

Objective To explor the safty and the effect of controlled intravenous analgesia with remifentanil on hyoxemia in obese patients with painless gastroscopy.Methods One hundred patients undergoing painless gastroscopy were randomly and equally allocated into 2 groups(50 each).In group R,anesthesia was induced with TCI(target-controlled infusion) of remifentanil,and the target plasma concentration (Cp) of propofol was set at 2ng/ml.In group N,the same volume of saline was continues infusion.MAP,RR and HR were monitored and recorded before the examination(T0),the time point of examination start(T1),gastroscopy go through glottis(T2),at the end of the operation (T3) and 5 min after examination (T4).The effect of sedation was evaluated by Ramsay.Except that,gastroscopy time,the satisfaction of patient,anesthetist and endoscopist were recored.In addition,apnea,bradycardia,hypoxemia,myoclonus,body movement,hypotension and postoperative complications were also recorded.Results Compared with group N,in group R,HR,MAP and rate of body movement were significantly decreased (P < 0.05).Except that,the satisfaction of patient and endoscopist were increased (P < 0.05).Conclusion TCI of remifentanil can provide satisfaction sedation for obese patients with painless gastroscopy with few adverse effects.

Explore the Risk Factors of Metabolic Syndrome in Obese Children

Objective To explore the relationship between metabolic syndrome (MS) and obesity in obese children,and to explore the risk factors of MS.Methods The study included 56 obese children (26 boys and 30 girls) and 50 non-obese controls (25 boys and 25 girls).Anthropometry,fasting glucose,insulin concentrations,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein (HDL),low density lipoprotein (LDL),triglycerides,systolic and diastolic blood pressure(BP) were measured in both of groups.Insulin resistance was determined by HOMA-IR.Finally subcutaneous and visceral fat thicknesses were measured by ultrasonographically.Results Obese children with metabolic syndrome had a high level of BMI,waist circumference,insulin levels,HOMA-IR,TG,blood pressure and visceral fat thickness than obese children without metabolic syndrome,but HDL-C was over than control group.The proportion of obese children with insulin ≥ 15 μU/ml,HOMA-IR ≥ 3.4 and TG ≥ 150mg/dl was significantly higher,while the proportion of HDL-C < 40mg/dl was significantly lower than the control group.In logistic regression analysis showed that HOMA-IR ≥ 3.4,TG ≥ 150mg/dl and HDL-C < 40mg/dl was strongly associated with the occurrence of MS and the risk was increased with the HOMA-IR score.The ORs of MS recurrence in obese children with HOMA-IR score between 3.4-4.9 was 3.8 compared with the reference group.That of HOMA-IR≥5 was 5.7,that of TG≥ 150mg/dl was 4.2,that of HDL-C <40mg/dl was 3.4 (P <0.05).Conclusion Children with HOMA-IR score between 3.4-4.9,HOMA-IR≥5,TG≥ 150mg/dl or HDL-C < 40mg/dL have an significantly increased risk for metabolic syndrome.So for these obese children,we should advance screening of high-risk patients and intervene as early as possible to prevent the occurrence of metabolic syndrome and its complications.

Drug Resistance Pattern of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis among Retreantment and New Cases

Objective To investigate the incidence of drug resistance among new and retreatment TB patients from special hospital.Methods Totally 500 smear positive TB patients from June 2013 to December 2014 in Beijing Chest Hospital were enrolled.Phenotypic susceptibilities to cultured isolates were analyzed in 15 anti tuberculosis drugs by MGIT 960,include Isoniazid (INH),Rifampicin (RFP),Streptomycin (STR),Ethambuto (EMB),Kanamycin (Km),Amikacin (Am),Capreomycin (Cm),Ofloxacin (Ofx),Levofloxacin (Lfx),Moxifloxacin (Mfx),Paza-aminosalicylate (PAS),Protionamide (Pto),Linezolid (Lzd),Ethionamide (Eto),Pyrazinamide (PZA).Results A total of 500 TB cases were enrolled.71 samples among these were NTM infection and 12 samples were contaminted.The rest of 417 of cases infected with Mycobacteriuma,and the rate of drug resistance was 47.2% (192/417) and the MDR rate was 28.2% (120/417).The retreatment was significantly higher than that of the new in any drug resistance rate and MDR rate (P =0.000).100 of the retreatment isolates and 50 of the new isolates with Mycobacteriuma were selected to do the drug susceptibility test in 11 subsequent anti tuberculosis drugs (include:PZA,Am,Km,Cm,Ofx,Lfx,Mfx,PAS,Pto,Lzd,Eto).Five cases were contaminated,and in the rest of the cases,48 was the new and 97was the retreatment.The rate of the drug resistance to PZA,Am,Km,Cm,Ofx,Lfx,Mfx for the retreatment were significantly higher than the new (P < 0.05).The rate of drug resistance to PAS,Pto,Lzd and Eto for the new and reteartment were no markedly differential in statistics.Conclusion This study further confirmed the rate of drug resistance in retreatment cases is higher,and the management of tuberculosis patients should be further strengthened.

Clinical Value of Combined Detection of GGT, Serum Lipids and hs-CRP in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of GGT,blood lipid and hs-CRP in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Totally 134 patients with coronary heart disease and 38 patients without coronary heart disease were selected after coronary angiography.Coronary heart disease patients were divided into mild stenosis group (group A,n =40),Moderate stenosis group (group B,n =38) and severe stenosis group (group C,n =56) according to Gensini score.The age,sex,GGT,blood lipid and hs-CRP levels were detected in all groups,and t-he statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS 22.0 software.Results The level of GGT,TC,TG,LDL and hs-CRP in CHD group were all higher than those in non CHD group (P < 0.05).The level of HDL was lower than that in the non CHD group (P < 0.05).The level of GGT,TC,TG,LDL,hs-CRP in group B and C were higher than group A (P <0.05).The level of HDL in group B and C were lower than group A(P <0.05).The level of GGT,TC,TG,LDL,hs-CRP in group C were higher than group B (P < 0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that serum GGT,TG,hs-CRP were independent risk factors for coronary heart disease (P < 0.05),HDL was an independent protective factor for coronary heart disease (P < 0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of GGT,blood lipid and hs-CRP has important value in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
