TAF to The Hypoimmunity Mice on Effect of T Cell Polarization

[Objective]To study the effect of T cell groups of CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,IL-4,IFN-? in the hypoimmunitymice induced by hydrocortisone to discuss its function of regulating the immune function and CD4+TH cell’s inferior change of group,have offered the experiment basis for clinical practice of TAF.[Method] FACS measured the T lymphocyte phenotype;the level of cytokine IFN-r and IL-4 was detected by ELISA.[Result] TAF can raise CD4+T lymphocyte of hypoimmunitymice,suppress CD8+ T lymphocyte expression,raise CD4+/CD8+ ratio;And can make the level of serum IFN-r obviously enhanced in hypoimmunitymice,and the level of IL-4 was very low.[Conclusion] TAF can rebuild immune function of hypoimmunitymice,promote organism Th0 to split up to Th1,maintain the advantage state of TH1,and strengthen the function of cellular mediated immunoresponse.

Chronic Gastritis (Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome) 45 Cases Treated by Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction

[Objective] To explore the curative effect of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction for Chronic Gastritis(Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome).[Method] 90 cases were allocated to 2 groups(each group 45 cases) randomly.The treatment group was treated by the Decoction,the control group by Motilium and NexiumTablets.2 weeks constituted the course of treatment.The curative effect,improvement of symptoms and signs,manifestation of endoscopy before and after treatment were observed.[Result] The curative effect in treatment group was significantly different as compared with control group after treatment(P

Comprehension of Daytime Prolonged Online-HDF on the Treatment of Refractory Edema

[Objective] To evaluate the clinical efficiency of refratory edema based on daytime prelonged Online-HDF.[Methods] Six patients include four females and two males whose age ranging from 28 to 74 years old and average 55 years old.Online-HDF treatment for 3-9 times,vascular access was percutaneous femoral or internal jugular catheterization.One patient's temporary access was changed to permanent access because who needed continous hemodialysis.The machine version was Ganbro AK-100S.To filter by u2000 and replace fluid online for 6-10 hous,blood flow was 200-250ml/min,uf 1200-8600,the total fluid used for replacement was 20-42 liter,during the process,regular heparin or low molecular was used for anticoagulation.[Results]Three patients' clinical symptoms resulted from edema resolved,one patient accepted continous hemodialysis treatment for inpaired kidney function,one patient left hospital for expensive medical cost,one patient accepted ventilation treatment for respiratory failure in ICU.[Conclusion]Daytime prelonged Online-HDF is effective on the trentment of refratory edema,especially effective on dyspnea,tachypnea,chest distress that resulted from edema.

Mulberry Relieving Nutritional Anemia

[Objective] To observe mulberry relieving nutritional anemia.[Method] Take double-blind method,randomly divide 103 patients into test group(51) and control one(52) under HB,SF,FEP and serum F-carrier protein saturation degree,as much as in consideration of age,course and economic status,both take mulberry and placebo respectively for 30 days,then measure the index above,observe the clinical symptoms of appetite,mind concentration,fatigue,fretting,dizziness,dazzle,palpitation,etc.[Result] Mulberry can relieve the main symptoms above,can raise hemoglobin ≥10g/L in average,as well as red cells and press volume and average volume,hemoglobin amount;increase serum F protein,F-carrier protein saturation degree;lower FEP,with total effective rate 60.78%.[Conclusion] Mulberry can relieve nutritional anemia.

Discussion on Mechanism and Effect of Mica Granules on Rats' Stomach Mucosa Injury Induced by Non-water Ethanol

[Objective] To study the protection and mechanism of mica granules to rats stomach mucosa injury caused by non-water ethanol.[Method] Randomly divide 48 healthy SD rats into high-,middle-and low-dosed groups of mica granules,Simida group,model control group and blank control group as well,i.e.6 groups.After fasting for 24h,separately make stomach perfusion of mica granules and Simida to all rats in advance;after 3h,make stomach perfusion of non-water ethanol 1ml/100g for stomach mucosa injury;45m later,take proper blood of lower vena cava,sacrifice them for stomach,then respectively test all mucosa injury index,SOD,MDA,and GSH-Px content in serum and mucosa,observe pathological changes to evaluate mucosa injury degree and medical function.[Result] In mica groups,the SOD and GSH-Px were markedly higher than that in model control group,but MDA was lower than later(P

Gastrointestinal Hormones and Oxygen Free Radicals in IBS Rabbits of Spleen Deficiency

[Objective] To observe the effect of Leweiyin of traditional Chinese compounds prescription on gastrointestinal hormones and oxygen free radicals in IBS rabbits of spleen deficiency,and to explore the possible mechanism for the treatment of IBS with spleen deficiency.[Methods] 36 two-month-old rabbits with white feather and black eyes(WHBE rabbit),half male and half female,were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal group,model group,Xiangsha Liujun pill group,Lizhu Changle group,low-dose Leweiyin-treated group,high-dose Leweiyin-treated group.Except the normal group,others were made into IBS model of spleen deficiency which was induced by damp heat stress and gavage with Fanxieye as well as method of either hunger or gorge.The drug groups were administered preventively from the medium-term of the model reproduction to the end of modeling.The rabbits of each group were observed.NO,NOS,MDA,SOD in serum and SP in colonic membrane were detected.[Results] NO,NOS,MDA in serum and SP in colonic membrane significantly more increased than the normal group(P

Establishment of Immunoblotting in Detecting COX Protein and Its Manipulation

[Objective] To introduce a modified method for immunoblotting in detecting protein and to show all the details needing to be paid attention to. We take COX-2 for example. [Method] Total proteins were extracted and quantified. Denatured proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE and were transferred semi-dryly to NC membrane, then the latter was bound with specific antibody. Finally, protein expression was detected by ECL.[Result] The method was concise and easy to manipulate. The method had been successfully used to detect COX-2 protein in our lab and the pictures were reproducible. [Conclusion] Every step of the method is described in detail. It is helpful for novice to carry out immunoblotting. This established method is worthy to be recommended.

Analysis on Chronic Diseases of Respiratory System Treated by“Winter Disease Being Cured in Summer”

[ Objective]To observe the curative effects on chronic diseases of respiratory system treated by “winter disease being cured in summer”.[Methods]One hundred and twenty-six patients with chronic diseases of respiratory system were treated by herbal medicine,points application of medicament,and ear points.All the patients were observed and reported after the treatment in detail.[Results]The total effective rate was 90.5%,and with satisfactory effect in long run.[Conclusion]It is reasonable to treat chonic diseases of respiratory system in this way.
