Discussion on Gynecological Recipe Cases of Contrary Treatment

[Objective] To dicuss the application of contraray treatment from“Yel ow Emperor’s Internal Classics”in gynecological diseases, hoping to guide the clinic. [Method] By reviewing the articles concerning contrary treatment in “True Large Theory.Yel ow Emperor’s Internal Classics”, take clinical recipe cases as examples, such as stimulating the menstrual flow and water circulation for long menstruation; dispel ing wind to relieve exterior syndrome for night sweat in menstruation;dismounting for morbid leucorrhea;reinforcing spleen for pregnant digestion;tonifying Qi for pregnant constipation;warm drugs for sore throat, etc. Meanwhile, it sums up the application rules of the contrary treatment in gynecological diseases. [Result] The gynecological dis-eases can be cured by contrary therapy based on differentiation of signs, i.e.treating diarrhea with purgative,treating obstruction with tonics, treating heat with warm, al with good cure effect proved by practice.[Conclusion] To treat gynecological diseases with contrary therapy is the demonstration of search-ing for primary cause in treatment;we shal further dig out, inherit and develop it and make it better serve the clinic.

Application of “Lung Viscera State”Theory in “Internal Classics”in Kidney Diseases

Kidney disease is very general in clinic, most of it has complex mechanism and is refractory, often with demonstrations of edema, proteinuria and blood urine, and it often recurs and develops over insufficiency and pathogeny. Analyzing the clinical demonstrations and treatment of kidney disease with“lung viscera state”in“Internal Classics”, we can find the theories have guide meaning on treating and preventing the recurrence and development of kidney diseases, such as “upper energizer developing and distributing flavors of five cereals”on treating proteinuria, “lung stretching water channels and down-flowing bladder”on treating edema,“Shaoyin belonging to kidney which connects with lung”on treating blood urine.

Review on Stem Cells Used on Heart Regeneration

[Objective] This article mainly discussed the potential of myocardial cellregeneration and the possible mechanisms involved. [Method] To study the mechanism of cardiac regeneration ability HSCs, this review studyed the relationship of the differentiation of cardiac stem cells, hematopoietic stem cells, myocardial cells and myocardial regeneration and the possible mechanisms involved. [Result] Self-renewing, differentiation both in vitro and in vivo of the c-kit positive CSCs had been seen. No matter in physiological condition or after damage, the c-kit positive CSCs had clonality and the potential of multi-directional differentiation. Hematopoietic stem cells can generate cardiomyocytes and coronary blood vessels for human celltherapy. The ability of dedifferentiation cells to maintain and improve the ventricular function of a damaged heart is very limited. [Conclusion] CSCs and HSCs play an important role in reversing chronic ischemic and non-ischemic heart failure.

Review on Buttock Epithelial Neuritis Treated with Massage and Composite Therapy

[Objective]Summary of massage and composite therapy efficacy in the treatment of buttock epithelial neuritis, to explore the effective treatment of buttock epithelial neuritis.[Methods] To summarize the recent ten years related data on reports of buttock epithelial neuritis massage and combined thera-py.[Results] Single massage treatment can play a certain effect, but compared with the complex therapy, combined therapy effect is more remarkable. Com-bined therapy is the treatment of massage, acupuncture, acupotomy plus drug injection. Data showed that in addition to massage plus smal needle knife therapy and other complex therapy, the total effective rate was 100%.[Conclusion] Inflammation of buttock epithelial neuritis massage and composite thera-py is stable, and suitable for al ages, with fast recovery, less side effect, it can offer reasonable evidence-based foundation for clinical treatment.

[Objective]Analyzing the effect of the theory thought of treating liver diseases from Zhang Zhongjing to Wang Xugao ’s book named“Xixi Library recorded”.[Method]To summarize the methods and experiences of treating liver diseases from Wang Xugao ’s book and to analyze the inheritance of the theory thought of treating liver diseases from Zhang Zhongjing to Wang Xugao.[result]Wang Xugao ’s book originated“the thirty methods of treating liv-er diseases”,based on his methods and experiences;he also generalized “liver qi,liver wind and liver fire ”as the essential points in liver diseases.[Conclu-sion]Dr. Wang Xugao was a famous physician skil ful at liver diseases ,and his theory thought of treating liver diseases basical y came from the theory of Dr. Zhang Zhongjing.

Tracheal Intubation in Patients with Common Psychological Problems and Nursing Intervention

[Objective] To understand the mental patients with tracheal intubation, formulate the corresponding nursing intervention, improve the quality of nursing care.[Methods] Analysis of extracting some nursing care of patients with tracheal intubation cases, discuss the causes of psychological problems and intervention measures.[Results] The tracheal intubation patients by nursing intervention, man-machine confrontation, accidental y were put the tube, with-out the treatment of reduction. [Conclusion] Take corresponding nursing intervention according to the psychological problems of patients with tracheal in-tubation, reduce complications during tracheal intubation occurred, improve the mental health status of patients, improve the nurse-patient communica-tion, improve the quality of nursing.

Explore the Health Preservation in Spring from the Perspective “Ye Wo Zao Qi”

[Objective] This paper focused on one sentence from Huangdi's Cannon of Classic, and explored its translation and deep meaning. [Method] The English translations and different scholars opinions were analyzed to explore the sentence meaning. [Result] The most suitable translation is deter-mined, and the healthy way of spring sleep time is getting up early in the morning, going to bed earlier than summer and later than winter. [Conclusion] Translation is based on understanding, and different understanding and translation can give different information to readers. The English versions can pro-mote the understanding of original Chinese meaning, and they are interacted.

Observation on Effect of Wet Union Principle on Saccharose Treating Pressure Sores

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of applying wet union principle in saccharose treating pressure sores.[Method] Randomly divide 44 cas-es into treatment group 25 cases and control group 19 cases. Both groups were actively treated with primary diseases, the control one with hydrogen per-oxide, NS and traditional therapy of iodine; the treatment one added with saccharose applied on surface of sores; 1m as a course, after 1 course, compare their treatment results.[Results] In treatment group, the total effective rate, treating period and times al were al better than control group, the difference of the comparison had statistical meaning.[Conclusion] Adding saccharose to treat pressure sores can cure the sores surface more quickly and shorten the treat-ing period, is the ideal method for pressure sores.
