Construction of risk early-warning system for medical quality

Up to present,the research of the early-warning system for the risk of the medical quality has been carried out both at home and abroad.The majority of these researches aimed at providing theoretical guidance for the scientific decision-making of local health departments.In order to construct quality of medical care evaluation indicators system.On the bases of intelligence research,drawing on a series of internationally recognized quality of medical care evaluation system.The majority of these researches aimed at providing theoretical guidance for the scientific decision-making of local health departments.However,the hospital-related research is very limited.Therefore,hospitals were selected as objects in this study.33 experts from 6 three"A" hospitals were selected.And by using a series of internationally recognized quality health care system as a source of reference and focusing on process control and standardizing of management,the early-warning system for the risk of the medical quality has been constructed based on the combination of theory and practice.At the same time,Delphi method was used to verify the results repeatedly to form a set of early-warning system for the risk of the medical quality which is objective,scientific and approved by experts.

Solving the bottleneck problems in financial management of hospital

Currently,there are a few problems existed in managing the research outlay of hospital including mistiness of the managing boundary,disfluency of the guarantee chain,weakness of the cost-benefit consciousness,irrationality of resource configuring,lack of supervision mechanism,etc.These problems could be resolved by strengthening the inner management of the outlay,carding the management mechanism,broadening the channel of outlay,concerning about the cost accounting,optimizing the resource configuring and founding the performance evaluation mechanism.To offer a powerful guarantee for the material effect of scientific research and to promote the continuous development of scientific research healthily,we should explore the new way of strengthening the management of the scientific research outlay incessantly.

Experience of scientific research file management at university

The management of the scientific research files is an important basic work at the college,which is of great significance to the research work in both school and the scientific research organizations.However,some researchers and managers are lack of file consciousness and the management system remains unadapted to the new condition.These reasons result in the use of the dossiers inadequate or even absent.Therefore,it seems necessary and important for the perfection of the scientific research file work to take essential measures:establishing a scientific and reasonable file system,improving the file management regulation,and increasing the utilization ratio of the dossiers.

Clinical medical research under guidance of public welfare

In this paper the causes of deficiency of public welfare were analyzed in medical research,and some strategies were proposed to enhance the public welfare of public health care services according to the cardinal principles of new healthcare reform package in 2009.These were benefit to maintain the public welfare of public medical and health care services,and to reach the goal of medical research served as the clinic and the patients.

Information Dissymmetry is a common phenomenon in this economical market.None of us can master all information about anything.The relative difference of the information's occupancy leads to a sharp distinction of the bargainer' status currently.During the service of our hospital library,Information Dissymmetry seriously restricts the development of our library and makes many readers dissatisfied.The author analyzed the problem in progress of service to the reader and finally put forward the countermeasure of this progress reconstruction in the hospital library.

Research on status of epidemiology by Science Citation Index

Objects To analysis the research status of epidemiology.Methods According to SCI database,a statistical analysis was made for the amount and distribution of published original studies in epidemiological methods in SCI from 1998 to 2007.Some characteristic index,such as the subject areas,countries distribution,study designs and research status in china were evaluated.Results The number of articles of epidemiological methods showed an increasing tendency annually.These articles are mainly from public,environmental & occupational health and analytical epidemiology.America is core country in this field.Shanghai cancer institution showed higher productive in papers in China.Most of papers were mainly published in "CANCER EPIDEMIOLOGY BIOMARKERS & PREVENTION",which ranked at the first place in China.Conclusion With the development of epidemiology,epidemiological study methods have also been continuously improved and have played an important role.In addition,Cancer Epidemiology is a focus subject in China.

Analysis on "Heliang & Heli" Fund Award in military health system

By analyzing the Military Health System winning "Heliang & Heli" Fund Award between 1994 and 2009,we found that the Military Health System possessed a good scientific basis and high level,but with an unbalanced scientific research development,which suggests the Military Health System should further strengthen its independent innovation ability.

Evaluation and examination of research work for sections of Fuwai Hospital

The Scientific Research Management Department of Fu Wai Hospital appraises the output capacities of the research centers and research departments every year.To inspire the research passion,we set up the assessment criteria and threshold of specific minimum output.In this paper,we described the method how we set up the thread shod for " qualified" and " excellent".We tested this method and got satisfactory evaluation results.It was indicated that our system provides a reliable,simple,practical and easy program for the research manage departments to appraise the different sections of the research departments.

Construction of evaluation model based on gray theory and fuzzy mathematics for disaster medical assistance capability

Evaluation of medical assistance capability plays a significant role in improving medical assistance capability and accomplishing a diverse array of military tasks.Based on gray theory and fuzzy mathematics,we put forward a new evaluation model for disaster medical assistance capability,integrating the AHP,the gray cluster analysis and fuzzy evaluation.This model not only reflects the ambiguity of medical assistance capability evaluation but also makes full use of the information,which avoids the flaws caused by single method of fuzzy mathematics.It provides a new way to evaluate disaster medical assistance capability comprehensively and systematically.
