Service to hospital management by integrated use of data information resources of hospital

Through the integration of multiple types of information use hospital data resources to provide effective practice parameters for the hospital management decisions.Mainly includes the following aspects:First,the management of personnel files,personnel files to achieve the secure sharing of information and knowledge management in the information dossier on the basis of improving the efficiency of hospital management and scientific personnel.Secondly,the clinical aspects of digital information using the extended use of information technology to achieve information sharing medical imaging information systems and the medical doctors on the PACS station,nurse station systems,and computer management system,library networking integration and other modern IT networking,re sources to achieve the hospital image information sharing.In addition,play the role of information in the files of clinical teaching hospitals in major events,to carry out medical treatment,teaching,scientific research system for clinical teaching staff provide a basis.To enhance the scientific decisionmaking of the hospital management.

The Discussion about Academic Activities Carried out by the State Key Laboratory

Academic activities is the best way to promote academic exchange,which also play an important role in the rapid development of the State Key Laboratory.This paper summed up the innovative management and successful experience of the state key Laboratory of Cardiovascular disease,in order to analyze the functions of organizing academic activities in the laboratory.The paper also indicate that carrying out academic activities would create a good academic atmosphere,which is helpful to the construction of the state key Laboratory.

Objective Along with the theoretical and practical development of hospital management,revenue is no longer the single indicator for measuring the overall performance of a hospital,the level of scientific research will be more and more important.The management of scientific research becomes a key factor in promoting the overall performance of a hospital.Since the third technology revolution,scientific research has been playing a more and more important role across all sectors of society,and in the field of healthcare,we witnessed the integration of clinical practice and scientific research in most comprehensive hospitals which has brought mutual benefits and joint development.A complete management system for scientific research is significant for discipline development,scientific research advancement,and it can set up a guideline for future hospital research development.The applicability and limits of performance evaluation of scientific research is studies and discussed.

Funds management,which has a direct effect on the development of scientific research projects,is an important part of the scientific research management in hospitals.By investigating the present situation of the scientific research funds management in a local hospital in Shanghai,this paper analyzes the problems commonly found in the scientific research funds management.Based on the findings of the analysis,this paper proposes some corresponding recommendations and countermeasures to improve the management.

Peer review anti assessment includes the evaluation of expert and index system in two parts.The current status of anti-assessment study mainly focused on expert,much of the index system anti-assessment study reports.As can be seen from the status,the anti-assessment system not yet formed and the application is rare.In urgent need of further research to improve our peer-reviewed scientific research.

Impact study of basic medical research based on web of science

Based on ESI web of science,the article analyzed papers published by three Medical Schools from 2001 to 2012 in terms of volume of publication,cited times,discipline distribution,au thors and cooperation,and determined each factor's impact on research output and performance.Sug gestions and advice were given to enhance the overall basic medical science research level.

The Current Status and the Development Strategy of Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval Center in a Military hospital

Objective examine the current status of Science and Technology Novelty about Medicine and Health Sciences in the Guangzhou Military Region during 2010 to 2013.Methods Using Microsoft Excel software to conduct statistical analysis on data that including the novelty of the client' s new projects,subject classification,the level of project award application,client unit,type of requested projects,innovative items,etc.Results The total number of applying for project innovation checking showed a decreasing trend in the Guangzhou Military Region;the majority of awarded application was for the third Prize;and the requirested for new project innovation checking is far less than project innovation award checking.Conclusions The center should actively promote the understanding for the innovation of the new projects among the research groups,and improve the class of prize award.

Exploring the Factors of Advanced Training Pressure of The medical staff

With the rapid development of medical and health sciences,the pressure on the new skills learning for health professionals has also increased.Advanced training has become important opportunity for the career development of the health professionals.This study takes a third—grade class —A hospital to conduct a case study,using the questionnaire to collect information and analyzed the factors that might affect the pressure for advanced training.This paper also discussed how to improve the quality of advanced training by reduce the pressure of the medical staff from the view point of hospital and individuals.

Survey on the Current Status of Job Satisfaction of Clinical Medical Staff and Research on Coping Strategies

Objective To explore the current status of job satisfaction of clinical medical staff and factors that influence the job satisfaction,and to put forward coping strategies and suggestions for improving the job satisfaction of clinical medical staff,so as to maintain workforce stability.Methods The paper will investigate the job satisfaction of clinical medical staff by sending questionnaires to all doctors and nurses working in a hospital,and use descriptive analysis and T test statistic method to analyze the current status of job satisfaction of questionnaire receivers as well as different dimensions of job satisfaction among different population groups.Results More than 85％ of questionnaire receivers think that the job they are doing is at higher risk.Over 80％ feel stressed out by their jobs.Less than 35％ are satisfied with their occupations,social status,working status,job security,and promotion opportunities.Less than 15％ feel respected by their jobs.Conclusions Generally,questionnaire receivers' job satisfaction is low.Heavy workload and poor quality of life are leading factors that contribute to their low job satisfaction.In this sense,we should adopt various measures to give attention to these key population groups.
