Thoughts on Application of Evaluation Index System on Human Research Ethics Management in Beijing Medical Institutions

Objective:This thesis aims to construct the evaluation index system ethics management in Beijing medical institutions for application research.Method:The author applied the evaluation system which was agreed and adjusted by expert groups in four medical and health institutions.Result:After three rounds of expert groups have reached the agreement,the Evaluation Index System on Human Research Ethics Management in Beijing Medi-cal Institutions is established,which contains 6 first-class indicators,16 second-class indicators and 39 third-class indicators.The application on four medical and health institutions show that the evaluation index system is practical,operable and is of high degree of distinction.Conclusion:The evaluation index system is scientific,rea-sonable,practical and is of high degree of validity,credibility and distinction.

Analysis of Status and Equity of Health Resources Allocation in Village-level Medical Institution in China

Objective:To analyze the equity of health resource allocation in village-level medical institution in China,thus to provide the basis for formulating relevant health resources allocation policy.Methods:Using Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient,the rationality and equity of allocation of village health resources in China were evalua-ted by the equity of population distribution and the equity of geographical distribution.Results:The Gini coefficient of village health workers and health institutions was 0.19 and 0.20 respectively according to population distribu-tion,and was 0.65 and 0.63 respectively according to geographical distribution.The Gini coefficient's difference of village-level health resources in the eastern,central and western regions was small according to population distri-bution,but the difference was larger according to geographical distribution among different areas.Conclusion:The equity of village-level health resource allocation in China was preferable according to population distribution,but the equity according to geographic distribution was poorer.The formulation of health policy should pay more atten-tion to the equity of geographic distribution and allocate rationally.

Study on the Problems of Medical Informationization in the View of Ethics

This paper summarized the problems of medical informationization from the perspective of ethics.While medical informationization brings about the benefits of the enhancement of information mobility and interac-tion,its negative impacts also cause the indifference of doctor-patient relationship and the leakage of privacy infor-mation.At the same time,to ensure real and effective information data is the basis for the development of informa-tionization.Finally,this paper put forward to save time using informationization,to improve the doctor-patient re-lationship with the advantages of convenient communication,to protect patients' privacy through information super-vision and encryption,and to establish data quality standards.

Ethics Discussion on Responding to Public Health Emergencies

In the process of responding to public health emergencies,the conflicts between the principles of management and ethics are constantly revealed.Combining with a unit's practical experiences of participating in several major public health emergencies,this paper put forward that it should take into account both the rescue and notification to achieve the unity of effective rescue and informed consent;take into account both the enforcement and obedience to achieve the unity of the interest of groups and individuals;take into account both the equality and priority to achieve the unity of urgency priority and equal opportunity;take into account both the rescuing and suf-fering to achieve the unity of interest between the rescuers and the victims,and thus to provide references for the reasonable solution of the ethical conflicts in the process of responding to public health emergencies.

Study on the Public Cognition, Attitude and Coping Style of Medical Disputes——Empirical Analysis Based on a Sample of 2910 Citizens in Zhejiang Province

Objective:To investigate the public cognition,attitude and coping style of medical disputes among 2910 citizens from Hangzhou,Ningbo and Wenzhou and other cities in Zhejiang Province.Methods:Totally 11 cit-ies in Zhejiang Province were selected using the method of random sampling and a questionnaire survey was conduc-ted based on the principle of voluntary.Results:The public legal awareness was not strong,of which the primary influencing factors were the excessive prescription and medical professionals'unsatisfying attitude.Conclusion:In view of the existing problems,this paper put forward the optimization countermeasures including popularizing legal knowledge,enhancing citizens' sense of security,strengthening media management,correctly guiding public opin-ion,strengthening psychological intervention,and avoiding emotional stress.

Effect of Quality Control Circle on Improving Patient Satisfaction among Insured Patients

Objective:To explore the effects of quality control circle(QCC) on the complaint management and patient satisfaction in the medical insurance center.Methods:We set up QCC,defined the subject,identified the problems and made the cause analysis,made the countermeasures and implemented them.Results:Mter QCC ac-tivities,patients'major unsatisfactory factors such as long waiting time and poor staff coordination ability were signif-icantly improved.In addition,patient complaints decreased significantly (P < 0.01).Conclusion:The application of QCC management on patient complaints can not only increase patient satisfaction,but also provide an importantway for the hospital to build up the brand.

Chinese traditional culture is the soil for the survival and development of traditional Chinese medi-cine,among them,the concept of A thing is valued if it is rare portal factions and master has influenced the development,communication and popularization of traditional Chinese medicine.But the spirit and thinking of harmony unity of heaven and man comparative state benevolence and self-cultivation and self-re-straint has played an active role in the development of traditional Chinese medicine.Thus this paper put forward the suggestions and opinions of strengthening the cultivation of humanistic spirit of higher traditional Chinese medi-cine talents:establishing a comprehensive evaluation standards of higher traditional Chinese medicine talents,es-tablishing scientific development concept to treat the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine cul-ture,perfecting the curriculum provision of relevant professions,creating the conducive environment for the trans-mission of traditional Chinese medicine culture,hoping to provide a reference for the explanation of the relationship between traditional culture and traditional Chinese medicine.

Under the background of Internet plus,the medical work emerged some unprecedented new work characteristics,medical workers' practice environment also changed,and then made the disadvantages of the culti-vation of humanistic spirit in medical students become more and more obvious.By analyzing the status quo of medi-cal diagnosis and treatment,the current situation of the cultivation of medical students,the importance of humanis-tic spirit in the cultivation of contemporary medical students,and how to make up for the lack of humanistic spirit in the context of Internet plus,this paper laid a foundation for the transformation of the cultivation of humanistic spirit in medical universities and pointed out the measures for the cultivation of humanistic spirit of medical students un-der the background of Internet plus:endowing humanistic spirit with a new era significance,creating new commu-nication dimension of humanistic spirit,shaping new educational idea of humanistic spirit,customizing new training mode of humanistic spirit,and improving new educational power of humanistic spirit.
