China-Russia cooperation mechanism for pandemic prevention and control in the post-pandemic era

Abstract

Since the outbreak of COVID-19， the governments of China and Russia have strengthened their responsibilities and actively implemented border control measures. Simultaneously， good results have been achieved in the prevention and control of the pandemic in both countries. After we entered the phase of regular pandemic prevention and control， exported cases are still an important factor that should not be neglected. We need to build a mechanism to strengthen the cooperation between China and Russia in pandemic prevention and control. The article proposes building effective systems for pandemic surveillance and early warning， medical resources sharing， health department meetings， information sharing， joint prevention， academic exchanges， and personnel training.
