正文：大动脉调转术（arterial switch operation，ASO）是通过两大动脉位置相互调换和冠状动脉移栽（coronary transfer），主动脉重新连接至左心室，肺动脉连接至右心室，从而使心室与大动脉正常连 接，是大动脉转位（transposition of the great arteries， TGA）的首选术式，也可应用于部分心室大动脉连接异常先天性心脏病（先心病），如心室双出口等疾病中的某些特殊类型。
