Abstract

We measured baseline and activated (stimulated by 2 ug/ml collagen ) cytoplasmic ionozed calcium concentrations ([Ca2+]i. [Ca2+ ]ic) in fura-2 loaded platelet to 31 patients with acute cerebral infarction and. 23 healthy controls. We also measured platelet calmodulin (CaM) content from part of the patients and controls.
