Objective To study clinical characteristics of the thalamic hemorrhage,probe into the correlation factor of judged prognosis in early days and case-fatality rate.Methods To 2003—2005 96 thalamic hemorrhage sufferer's clin- ical data were analysed.Results The advanced age and high blood pressure is main cause of disease of the thalamic hemorrhage.Conclusion To observe the thalamic hemorrhage sufferer's vital signs have the certain reference value to judged prognosis,case-fatality rate and serious complications were related to bloods closely in early days,whether break into the brain room,hypothalamus and the brain stem whether implicate.
